How should they come back....

An Angry Blonde

Occasional Pre-Show
Lets say Vince puts you incharge of planning out the return of _________(your chocie, must be currently out of action though and have intrest in returning to WWE). Vince wants the biggest possible shock value, interesting story line, and biggest money maker. Now this should last until Wrestlemania or even longer if you want....

Now your choices are....

Undertaker
Triple H
CM Punk
Chris Jerisho
Christian
Vince(for arguements sake)
Batitsa(I doudt it but I'll include him to for arguements sake)

Any anyone else who isn't wrestling right now, but has shown interest in returning to WWE.

So...
#1: How would you have your person/people return?
(heel/face/tweener role may change but is optional, so is gimmick and World/mid card titles, but must be Believeable)

Let your imagination run wild(As long as it is believable) and post all thoughts/storylines for as many of theam as you want.....

taker should return the sd after elimination chamber, to play mind games with the whc, i recon del rio. goes on to beat him at mania, then mitb winner challenges him, taker wins and retires 20-0.

punk, christian, jericho, hhh and bourne return in rumble. i predict jericho to win and use his mania title shot as leverage to get into the elimination chamber

Don't know if he's interested or not, but since I just watched the Perry Saturn interview earlier today, I'm going to go out on a limb and say Perry Saturn. Make him kind of a "tweener" but more on the face side. Kind of like a Taz/Joe sort of attitude. Bring him back, clean him up, get him working out again so he could get his physique back, and bring him out walking to the ring with a steel glare, talking about his hardships, how he's persevered, saying he's there to make a name for himself again, etc. etc. Have somebody try to interrupt him or jump him, and just have him decimate the guy. From there, maybe build him up with a couple of run-ins saving somebody from, say, a Nexus beat down or double team or something, but, like I said, with the fierce, no-nonsense attitude of ECW Taz or Samoa Joe. Then have him squash some people and then come out on top after a lengthy mid-card feud. Golden.

I choose Batista.

I would bring him back as a heel. His best work was when he was a heel during his feud with Cena. He was funny, and actually delivered some good promos. He played his character well. And I would bring him back as the Anonymous GM. The GM storyline is fun, but really needs to be revealed soon because it's getting to the point where it doesn't matter if it's a big name or not and any name revealed would be a disappointment. This one, however, wouldn't be.

After being revealed as the Anonymous GM, Batista should feud with somebody. Doesn't really matter who, probably Orton, or maybe Bryan. Some big face that Teest could put over before settling into the GM role for good. He could screw the guy over a few times before getting his comeuppance at Wrestlemania.

Shawn Michaels

Originally brought back as the GM at Wrestlemania, afterwards becoming John Cena's new advisor. I detailed how I would like the specific detail to go down in the "What Should Be Wrestlemania 27's Main Event Match" thread here, so I won't repost.

I would Have both triple h and undertaker return in the rumble during the rumble they elminate each other setting up triple h vs undertaker at wrestlemania 27 the feud builds and boils then at wrestlemania triple h ends "the streak" then next year at the rumble HBK comes out to do commentary for the rumble during the match he elminates triple h and says his reason for doing so is that he and not hunter should have ended "the streak" by doing that it sets up HHH-HBK at wrestlemania 28 with that match ending in a double count-out (not an outside count out but a both laid out inside the ring count out) the monday after Mania HBK retires for good getting the send off he deserves, ending with triple h coming bowing to HBK playing king of kings for HBK as the fans and hunter bow to shawn well hes walking out

I'd bring back Batista. I'd have Zack Ryder reveal that he's friends with Batista's daughter's boyfriend who put out the sex tape. Have Ryder boast and brag and even bring out Batista's daughter and her boyfriend. Batista comes back and clears house one night but Ryder beats him in a PPV match with assistance from Batista's daughter. Eventually fade out the boyfriend and have her become Ryder's manager/girlfriend.

Id have them hype a undertaker wwe return, just after elimination chamber, and he and kane fued up to wm27, at wm27 the winner of the mitb briefcase, loses the briefcase, and kniows someone has taken it !, so, i would have undertaker win the match, let him do his taunts, then brock lesnars theme tune plays, and he comes down to the ring with the briefcase and cashes it in... i think it would be realistic for brock to win, but i would like taker, so you decide.... thoughts??

You bring chris jericho back as the guy to beat the undertaker. He comes back and says he is the guy behind nexus and that under his guide barrett has been able to become the top heel on raw until now. Have Jericho boast that the biggest accomplishment was burying taker and that he deserved to be buried because hes a nobody anymore just like shawn michaels. Jericho feuds with taker until wrestlemania have taker beat him in numerous matches all the way until then so that jericho looks bad then at mania jericho and the nexus beat down taker and jerichyo ends the streak. following raw he announces what we have all known he is "THE BEST IN THE WORLD AT WHAT HE DOES"

I'd say Chris Jericho.

He comes back, wins the Royal Rumble. On this event, Randy Orton also wins the WWE Title, and Edge would also be WHC by this point. Orton defends his belt successfully at Elimination Chamber, as does Edge. Vince announces that the belts will be unified in a triple threat match, and Chris Jericho is going to be in the match as well. Jericho at the end of the show, punts Randy Orton and then hits the Lionsault, winning the Undisputed Title for the second time.

At Extreme Rules, Jericho defends successfully against Edge. RAW after Extreme Rules, Randy Orton returns, and he gets his rematch at Over The Limit. Jericho and Orton fight to a draw. Jericho successfully wins (taintedly) at Fatal Four Way, then defends it successfully again at Money In The Bank, but Orton, winning the RAW Money In The Bank that night, cashes it in on Jericho, defeats Jericho, and punts him once again, so Jericho can be written out of the storyline so he can do his stuff outside of wrestling, whilst Orton still looks dominant.

i'll try to be ambitious (slow day at work) and plot out how i'd bring back everybody mentioned by the OP, as well as maybe one or two others i think could come back...

Undertaker -- have him return and feud with Barrett for being buried. the Kane feud has run its course. more than once, i might add. Sheamus has been talked about but that just wouldn't make for a good storyline for Mania. it'd be too rushed. so have Taker go after Barrett. the storyline has already been in place for some time and it'd be pretty easy to make that match at Mania.

Triple H -- return at the Rumble. not in the actual Rumble match itself. but at that event. feud with Sheamus and finally end it inside the Chamber. then Triple H and Sheamus can both do other things for Mania that isn't a rematch of last year.

CM Punk -- return from injury and challenge Orton. Orton cost Punk his very first WHC. i believe at Elimination Chamber some years ago. so there's already a history there. so have Punk return from injury and say that he remembers his history and now he's gonna go after the man that cost him his first title without even the chance to defend it.

Chris Jerisho -- enter the Rumble at about 15 and win it all. challenge Edge for the WHC at Mania (this would mean that Edge gets the title between now and Mania) in a replay of their feud that just fizzled out last year without really finishing properly. but now the roles would be switched. turn Edge heel and Jericho face and let them re-feud.

Christian -- return and feud with Del Rio for getting injured. then turn heel and attach Rey for not defending him while he was getting injured. a good heel turn might freshen up his character some and allow him to chase the WHC with a face champion of Jericho in place.

Vince (for arguements sake) -- final Mania match. maybe against Savage. if the HOF is WCW themed and Savage is inducted, this could be the match. let McMahon get his Mania beating as he regularly does and then take time off again.

Batitsa (I doudt it but I'll include him to for arguements sake) -- definitely return as a heel. i loved his final heel turn. probably the best case scenario for him would be as the GM of Raw. he could feud with Orton or Cena for a bit and then just stick with being a match maker and on-air authority, as Brain suggested.

Bret Hart -- manager/mentor for the Hart Dynasty. i'd still love to see them mend the fences and become a good tag team. Bret can be the one to start that reconciling...

Ill do the same as Judah's Lion and do all of them...

Undertaker - Start with a slow build-up with Nexus...mind games, stalking in the shadows, etc...until he reveals himself. I understand Taker isn't 100% anymore, but setup a series of matches between him and Nexus, Barrett could even bring in some more guys for Nexus, until Wrestlemania for Barrett/Taker. Just when it looks like Taker is beaten by Barrett with the help of Nexus, various superstars come out and take apart Nexus leaving only those two left. Taker gets a full steam of power and destroys Barrett and wins WM27.

Triple H - Since its expected to happen at RR, make Triple H return when no one expects it (ala Cena returning at RR with no one knowing), maybe even this weekend at TLC. First have Sheamus out in the ring talking about being KOTR and king of the WWE before the match. As Sheamus is beating Morrison, HHH's King of Kings theme plays and he runs out and costs Sheamus the #1 contender spot. After a buildup and a few matches, finish the feud at Elimination Chamber but NOT in the chamber match itself. It has to be a 1 on 1.

<-----AGREED

Chris Jericho - Start with another countdown clock for a few weeks...yes we will all know who it is but its his return trademark. Have him come back as a face and go after Orton. We haven't seen a Face vs Face in awhile. Eventually it leads to them both being in the title picture where Jericho takes a heel turn in the match and injures Orton, putting him out of the match and winning the title.

Christian - After a quick reunion at the Slammys, have Christian come back and chat with Edge and hanging out with him. When Christian tells Edge that they should get back together, Edge degrades him and tells him that he is beyond that and better than that, then laughs at him when Christian tells him he is going after the title. Christian turns on Edge costing him the title (or chance at it) setting up Edge vs Christian.

Vince - He woke up from his "coma" and is not happy with how RAW is being run. He demands answers, mainly who setup the attack on him from Nexus and who is the mysterious GM. Eventually this could lead to the reveal that not only was Stephanie AND Triple H behind Nexus's attacks, but unknown to Nexus, she was the GM too. They both say that they wanted to put Vince out so they could have the company. This ends with Vince vs Triple H, with the other superstars (maybe even Brett) coming in to aid Vince in beating Triple H.

Batitsa - Upset with how things ended with him and Cena, after Batista quit he waited for his time to strike and get revenge on Cena. So he got in contact with Barrett after he won NXT and gwthered Nexus together. From outside WWE Batista was pulling the strings every minute. It would explain why almost every attack has been toward Cena. Batista then makes the big reveal that he was behind Nexus and that he FINALLY got his revenge on Cena and the fans.

Bret Hart - RAW GM. Yes the GM "banned" Hart from being on RAW...but that doesn't mean he didn't do it himself. "But what about all the times he was there when the GM emailed in?" Hart had another family member send the email. Bret gets the Dynasty back together and even brings in Teddy Hart to add to that. He stays on RAW and becomes their manager. This also could setup at GREAT "old school" feud between the Harts and Uso's if you bring in their father.

My choice would be CM Punk.

I love where they went with the "I don't forget, and I dont forgive" angle at the Slammy's on Raw. There are obviously numerous possibilities they could go with this, but my choice would be Randy Orton. Orton cost Punk his first World Championship back at Unforgiven 2008 when he punted him in the head before the Championship Scramble match. Unlike the case is with most faces, which Punk was at the time, Punk never gave Randy his comeuppance. In fact, they had a one-off lumberjack match on Raw in which Orton defeated Punk after William Regal interfered.

Just as Cole interfered with Lawler's TLC match on Raw, I could see Punk interfering with Orton's match at TLC. I couldn't think of a better person that Punk could still hold a grudge against, but I could see Orton having forgotten. Orton's facial expressions alone could sell the moment as he's about to unhook the title, and Punk venemously pushes the ladder over. Orton's expression of shock would be priceless as he falls through a table, allowing Miz to retain.

The next night on Raw, Punk would refuse to comment on his reasoning. A "still injured" Punk would be deemed untouchable by the Raw GM. This would continue in the weeks leading up to the Royal Rumble, as an enraged Orton would be looking for answers, but Punk would refuse to give them. A "medically cleared" Punk would repeat the act by being announced as the 30th entry in the Royal Rumble, where he would eliminate Orton once again. I wouldnt have Punk win the Rumble, however.

The following night on Raw, Punk would gleefully announce to the world his reason for revenge. He would flee Orton at every opportunity leading into Elimination Chamber, except for each winning qualifying matches based upon botched interference from the other. At EC, I would have the two start, and all out brawl for those 5 mimutes. A nice tease, as both would be easy pickings for entry #3 due to wearing the other out.

This obviously would segway nicely into the a Wrestlemania match. Punk could easily sell the match based upon his ability to put over being wronged, and Orton as being remorseless for his actions. It would allow the feud that should have happened 2 years ago to take place now, and on a much bigger stage.

Triple h and Undertaker: This really might not be the best option, but I really don't want to see triple h/sheamus at wrestlemania again, so hear it goes:

At TLC, have HHH cost Sheamus his #1 contender match, leading to a match with him at the Royal Rumble. Meanwhile, during the ppv, have a segment where a member of nexus has gone missing (let's say harris). Then, after Cena beats Barrett, and goes to the back, Undertaker choke slams Barrett. The next night on raw, the Undertaker cuts a promo saying that he's going to kidnap and torture every single nexus member until he finds out who's the one leading them.

At the Royal Rumble, have HHH beat Sheamus in a last man standing match, ending their feud. Then, have Undertaker beat Barrett, the last nexus member the Undertaker didn't take. Right after the match, have it look like Taker is going to take Barrett too, just to have HHH beat him down, turning him heel.

The next night on Raw, HHH could say that he made a deal with the nexus; he wouldn't interfere with them, and they would bury the Undertaker for retiring Shawn at Wrestlemania. He says that he deserves a second shot at beating 'Taker for the streak, more so than Shawn did. This leads to 'Taker vs. HHH at wrestlemania 27 (10 yrs after their first wm match, btw) While the details are kind of out there, I think HHH vs Taker 2 is a lot better than HHH vs. Sheamus 2

Undertaker - At the Rumble do the 2004 storyline with stuff happening but make Mania his return.
Triple H - Royal Rumble
CM Punk - Same as above
Chris Jerisho - Same as above
Christian - Smackdown in a battle royal for the last spot in MITB and cost Del rio the shot so they face off at Mania.
Vince - I'd have him as the RAW GM all along.
Batitsa - I wouldn't he left and chances are he's not coming back if he did I'd do something like a guest host on RAW or along them lines.

I think Christian should come back as the vampire brood gimmick he had way back. Not sure whether heel or face, wouldn't matter because it would be bad ass either way. He doesn't need to grow his hair back out and im not sure he can because I think he is going bald. Just wanna see him change it up. Right now he is too similar to Edge.
