How hard can it be to be a good poster?

I mean, the more I think about it, how difficult can it be. All you have to do is be able to use grammar correctly. Anyone with a high school education should have this ability. Everyone here is a wrestling fan of some sort, so it's not there's such thing as a bad opinion. So really, to me, it all breaks down to being grammatically correct.

And this is difficult.... Why?

You'd really classify that as a good post, and say that whoever posted that is a good poster? No. A good poster states their opinion, and gives multiple reasons on why they think that. they can also back up their point if needed.

Well yeah, that's a given; a strong opinion, and evidence to back it up. And sometimes, you have cases in which people don't back up their information with evidence. But still, all of us are fans, and have a passion for the programs. Wouldn't you think a strong opinion and argument would come innately?

People can't spell or speak correctly anywhere that i go and as infuriating as it is, there's nothing you can do. I mean, i'd like to combine a shotgun face with a person's anus everytime i met someone who says "I just done my last...... or whatever"

I'm lazy and dyslexic. Read anything I write after 2:00 in the morning and you'll find that it only qualifies as English on a technicality. Similarly there are plenty of people here with perfectly acceptable writing skills who nevertheless seldom say anything worth reading.

Being able to write like a fuly paid up member of society will earn you a place in the mediocrity at best. For anything better you need to be knowledgeable, articulate, well reasoned or, at the very least, embarrassingly prolific with your posting.

Have a damn debate, and use context. Some of us just couldnt give a shit to go back and proof read posts. If it takes you 30 seconds to read my post, rest assured it took me about 32 seconds to write it.

It depends. My keyboard is poo, and I often make typos, but my grammar is pretty good generally. I don't have a problem with a few spelling mistakes here and there, but what is pretty much inexcusable is a complete lack of coherence.

In short:

"Cena is the bes world champoin ever, in my opinyon" is fine
"World Champiin?! best Cena iz de in mi opinioinnue" is not
