Holy good God... I've done it.

D-Man

Gone but never forgotten.
I actually created my own custom sig using GIMP. Only took me about 3 years to figure out the damn program!!

How does it look?

I mean, I know it's not "Doc" quality, but still. I'm fucking proud of it.

To be honest I didn't notice that DBD wasn't supposed to be there until I saw this thread. Good work.

I'd have scaled Bryan down a tad, but apart from that, good.

It was tough because the image was only of his torso. Scaling him down would've looked funny. Trust me.

As someone who has to dabble with Photoshop on a daily basis for my job, it looks pretty good. No obvious aliasing (jagged edges) or left over artifacts, and GIMP is not the most user friendly program on the planet. If you don't already have a decent photoshop background, using GIMP can be downright intimidating if you are trying to do anything even remotely advanced.

It took me a while before I noticed you inserted Daniel Bryan into the sig, initially I thought it was an original picture. Good job D-Man.

I wouldn't have noticed. Looking at it now though, I see the steps behind him, but that took a good couple minutes of looking hard at it

You can't be serious man. It took you 3 years to mask another photo and paste it on top of another? It should take hours to figure that out, wait -- no, it should take seconds.

I'm guessing the program you're using makes it extraordinarily difficult. For example, a program like Sony Vegas is a lot easier. Very user friendly, even a 7 year old can do it. They allow you to connect the dots around any figure you want to mask out, and place it on another layer with the photo you want to attach it on. It isnt rocket science, a child can do it. I would recommend other options

Now you know why I despise Gimp.

Good work. Very clean and a great concept, and I of course love the subject.
