I watch the Japanese guys I like, ignore the ones I don't but sure I can throw you some matches if you want. Just on Shelley though, literally go to Dailymotion type in "Alex Shelley NJPW" and a load of stuff with BUSHI, Tiger Mask, Low Ki and others should appear. Here is a good six man tag team match with Time Splitters and Hiroshai Tanahashi (Japan's biggest draw/John Cena) vs. Apollo 55 and Captain New Japan,

Kazuchika Okada is pretty fuckin' cool. Kind of like the CM Punk of Japan but the only difference is whereas Punk had troubles trying to knock Cena off the top spot, Okada is on the verge of knocking Tanahashi off the top spot in Japan. Checkout Shinsuke Nakamura, a good way to start would be looking up his match with Davey Boy Smith Jr. (Harry Smith) and once you've watched that you'll get a feel for him. Prince Devitt is my favorite Japanese guy (although Irish), he had an awesome match with Tanahashi last month. It's very rare for a Jr. Heavyweight to compete against a Heavyweight, its even rarer for it to be competitive, its in my bookmarks so

Look up KES (Vance Archer/Lance Hoyt and Harry Smith's tag team), Kota Ibushi, any Forever Hooligans match is usually pretty good, Ryusuke Taguchi and if you want something Japanese but not NJPW look up Naomichi Marafuji, Atsushai Kotoge, Taiji Ishimori, Kakashi Izuka/Izuki (sp?!), Go Shiozkai and Takeshai Morishima. Especially any of his ROH matches which are very highly rated.
