Has the WWE forgotten Wade's Title?

So the whole concept of WWE NXT was that the winner would get a Title Shot of his choice, against anyone (Obviously a World Title) and at a PPV of his choice. Wade Barrett won NXT (As we all know) and with the great success of The Nexus, we've sort of forgotten that he can challenge for the WWE or World Heavyweight Championships. Its been lost in the shuffle. It was mentioned when Bret was GM but after that, neither Wade or anyone else seems to be that concerned with him saying he gets a Title Shot.

So is this just the WWE wanting to focus a bit more on the Angle it self or is it WWE forgetting he has the Shot and just expecting everyone else to forget as well?

Actually, at the beginning of the Story Arc, The GM took it away from him and never mentioned it again,and neither did Wade. If they reintroduced the title shot, it would kinda destroy the whole "all for one" mantra of The Nexus unless they became a golden stable.It would just alienate Wade from the group and make it seem like he's better than his running buddies.

The GM took it away from him when they were all fired, and of course he will get his title shot. Right now would be a poor time with Nexus getting as much heat as it is and they are fueding with Cena(Team WWE). After Nexus ends Wade will get his title shot. So no, WWE hasn't forgotten his title shot.
