Funny you mention this. Last night, out of no where my four year said that she is afraid of flying. She's flown a few times already in her short life without indlcident. I think she must have seen the commercial for this movie when I was watching TV or something.

I can pretty well control what my kids see on TV shows but sometimes it's the commercials that make me dive for the remote.

My movie list is long. I just got to see the Avengers last week. Flight is high on the current list along with Argo. The Hobbit is my only must see in the theater for the rest of the year.

I'm thinking about doing it now but it's almost midnight where I am. I hate putting thought into female related situations. The girl is pretty laid back and she's not even a person I would see everyday and have to deal with consequences if I said something embarrassing and I'm still putting too much thought into it.

Better off just watching Walking Dead for the rest of the night and then playing video games.

Nah, I got away from video games just as the internet started to take off.

I did have Pong as a little kid which turned in to Intellivision and then on to Nintendo (I had Nintendo when it was still new and came with a crappy robot R.O.B.). Nintendo was the ultimate time waster, some of my favorties were Megaman, Contra, Double Dribble, Tecmo, Excitebike, Metal Gear and some others that Lee and some of the older members may know/remember.

Spent many nights wasting time playing NBA Jams, NFL Blitz, Mortal Kombat and NHL '94 on other friends units but that was kind of the end of my gaming run. It's probably for th best being that I waste enough on my life checking this place and watching TV. Also now I'm obsessed with Words with Friends on my wife's Iphone but that doesn't really count.


You done with school this year? Any idea where and what you are going to do for work?

Nope, I have plenty of school left, or a couple weeks anyway. I think the last week of classes is the first week of December, but fortunately the next two weeks are shortened because of Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving. I also have another semester after this one.

But I'm actually in the process of acquiring a job with a media company in Los Angeles called BermanBraun. I just finished interviewing with them and they should be making their decision this week, possibly even tomorrow. I'm more than a little excited as this internship sounds great and living in LA for 4 months will be awesome in so many ways.

It is absolutely not wrong for you to hit on your buddy's cousin. In fact your buddy is an idiot for putting up a fuss since the fuss should help you get the girl. I think you should let her know that your buddy has forbidden you from talking to her. If she has the slightest bit of a rebellious side she will become interested in you just to spite her cousin. Sure this is a horrible basis for a relationship but your too young to care and like you said "she's gorgeous sooo..."

The only time it is wrong to hook up with a buddy's female family member is his mom/grandma unless there is no way in hell he will ever find out or if you are making non-fiction MILF porn.

I also frequently feel like abusing around beautiful things. But you do have to realize, your buddy is completely justified if you slap her around.
