Either New Day via 3 ladders all grab the case at the same time or better yet a character like Miz fumbles the release of the case as it falls to the mat. Miz looks at the case, New Day (each member on the outside of the ring) looks at Miz, then at the case then at Miz then at each other then they enter the ring to pounce on the case like it's a live grenade. The ref calls for the bell and declares New Day the winners. The refs explanation is he ruled New Day as an entity and the refs say is final. Now we have three legit contenders for a crazy cash in at anytime. I would give the cash in to BigE during the slow Oct-Dec season. I also give Woods the IC Belt and have New Day the Tag, IC and Heavy Weight Champs.

Ok, I get you like the New Day, but they are not set for all of that yet in my opinion.

The one thing with stables is that as soon as someone gets the big prize, the stable will break up.

Now, it could have the potential story of breaking up the New Day because of the MITB case but they are possibly the best thing on WWE right now, keep them together for their face run and take it from there

I get that you like New Day, I'm a fan of them myself, but, c'mon, you only want to see this happen because you think it'd be cool rather than because it makes any real sense. If you'd be willing to take it this far, then you might as well come up with something for New Day to have the US and Divas Championships as well so they'd have all the gold.

The only scenario that might POSSIBLY, and I do mean POSSIBLY, have any potential merit would be for a member of New Day to win the WWE WHC MITB briefcase, cash in, win the title and for New Day to invoke the Freebird Rules bit with the WWE Championship. It'd certainly be a novelty as nobody has ever done that with a main event championship, at least not that I'm aware of, but just because it'd be a novelty doesn't mean it'd be a good idea. It's something that could work out and it's something that could be flat out lousy, it's hard to say. New Day is over, there's no debating that, and they might have the goods to pull this off successfully. At the same time, however, fans can be fickle and while they might have no problem with factions doing Freebird Rules with the tag titles, fans do hold the main event to something of a higher standard, and rightfully so; it was a novelty for Santino Marella to be US champ for 5.5 months back in 2012, but it wasn't a particularly good idea nor would it be for him to have won the WWE Championship.

As I said, this is something that New Day might be able to do well, but the odds are pretty long and even longer that it'd even happen in the first place.

They should Freebird Rule a singles title, but something more along the lines of the US title. I'm still upset that they didn't pull the trigger on this during John Cena's Open Challenge when it would have made the most sense. They would have made more of it than the run they wasted on Del Rio.

Not much of a fan of New Day anymore I have grown a bit tired of them, I would rather Big E breakout as a singles star and get the big push.

Big E is like the current day version of Monty Brown.

Sure, sure. Let's give them belts that this group is not built for. NOBODY in their right frame of mind is going to put the World strap on the New Day. The minute that this group breaks up, there is a very real possibility that Woods, and possibly Big E, sees the unemployment line. The New Day is lightning in a bottle as they are. They are comedy gold. Their characters are not made for World straps. The Freebirds they are not.

The minute that this group breaks up, there is a very real possibility that Woods, and possibly Big E, sees the unemployment line. The New Day is lightning in a bottle as they are. They are comedy gold. Their characters are not made for World straps. The Freebirds they are not.

Big E is going to be made a major star out of this. Woods will do the wrestler/manager thing for a few years and then probably get into commentary (which is is EXCELLENT at). Kofi will have a fun upper midcard run for a few years. They'll have a big reunion at the end of Kofi's run with the company and everyone will be happy.

Hmm, I think your next MITB winner will be from a pool of Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins. All are worthy and while Seth has had the briefcase before the other 3 all make for intriguing candidates. Ambrose as a face w/the briefcase would be Raw gold for months at a time. JBL, "We're on the verge of total chaos. There's a lunatic running around with a golden ticket for the WWE WHC that he can cash-in at any time. Can you imagine what will happen to this company not IF, but WHEN Dean Ambrose becomes WORLD CHAMPION?!?!?!"

I actually would've supported this in 2015, especially as I believe Kofi deserves to win one of these major battle royales, but...I dunno. I worry New Day is getting forced down our throats more and their style of humor is wearing off. They're still funny, but it seems like their segments are hit-and-miss. I also don't like how they are apparently turning face.

I won't say I'm against it, but it will depend on how much momentum they have entering the PPV. Rollins winning was a great idea. Sheamus winning...eh...I'll support it, if only because I didn't want the current briefcase holder to be the #1 villain and remind us of his victory ever night. Rollins was a great choice, but he kind of burned me out on the contract because he was the focal point of the company and forced that shit down our throats. Sheamus only became the lead villain after he cashed it in and it didn't last long.

They tried a couple of times with Big E already. What people fail to realize is that the New Day feed off each other. When Stamford put this together, they thought that it would not amount to much. What they got was lightning in a bottle. New Day took off to the Moon. They are the most over group of people on the roster. Break it up, and you break up the dynamic that elevates the three of them. Make them solo, and they crash and burn because they would lack the dynamic that makes the New Day the success it is.
