One of the theroys behind the Columbine shootings had to do with the game DOOM. (Though it is one of many theroys and of course, its just a theroy.)

You're post is making me laugh... people AREN'T violent by nature. Please look up your history. It'S being civilised that keeps us from being violent, the truth is, humans are and will always be violent by nature. Video games have nothing to do with somebody going out and killing a person, if anything they would keep them from doing since they can realease there hatred on to the video game, it's keeping everything inside that cause people to have problems.

If this person did not play video games he would have blamed something else. There were brutal killing before the media ever even existed, now it's just a lot easier to blame a single thing liek video games then actualyl trying to figure out what was wrong and what caused him to actually to this action. His parents? Pressure at School? Lack of self-confidence? Nigligence for years without getting the proper help?
