Excellence of Execution
So I wake up this morning, March 1st, to get ready for work and I look outside and there is snow on the ground. Snow...in March...in the southern part of Missouri.

Global Warming, my ass.

It's been really cold here for this time of the year too, no snow though luckily. I detest cold weather.... Hope it becomes nicer outside soon.

I've got snow in Ohio to, about 5 or 6 inches. Its slowly melting though, I'm thinking a snowball fight is in order on my way to the bar tonight.

I'm not to sure what we are to do In here, but yesterday I had Jury Duty. Anyone have any good experiences with it? Because I just sat there for 6 hours, I didn't even get picked. Was an alright time. I had to shake my head at a few people, some of the stuff they said was mind numbing. One question was basically if the state doesn't prove its case against my client, what would you vote. This lady spent 10 minutes answering the question. When the answer was not guilty.

We had snow a few days ago, but we're supposed to be in the clear for the next little while, surprisingly enough. The thing is, you can never guess with Utah weather. It's 44 degrees right now -- pretty nice for this time of year in Utah -- but it could very well be 5 degrees and pouring out buckets of snow tomorrow. The weather here is about as erratic as it comes.

This snow shit has really fucked us up. My entire yard is covered by easily more than a foot and the edges of my driveway and sidewalks are at least double that. I had to use a spade to clear it since I don't own a snow shovel and now, I kind of want to die.

Made a pretty sweet Snowman, though.

It's was hot as all hell this past weekend, rained throughout the week, and now it's pretty cold.

God, I hate the weather down here sometimes.

Oh go fuck yourself. What's cold down there, 55°? I have to take my pants off as soon as I enter my house so I don't track snow everywhere.

:lmao: Shit, I grab jacket, when it's windy down here. And when it gets in the forties or thirties, I rarely step out of the house, and when I do go out, the heater is on full blast in the car all the time.

Oh, and it's 52° now, Nate ;)

I don't hate the cold or the snow for that matter. The first day snow is on the ground is awesome. Take the kids out to play and shit, basically just sit around and do nothing. But by the second day it can fuck off.

I hate Summer time. I hate that my kids want to go out and play in the sun while I just want to sit inside in front of the air conditioner.

Only seen snow in person once, and that was on a vacation to some small town in Colorado as a kid. Don't have any desire to see it again.

And summertime down here is a bitch. It's scorching hot all the time, and then the constant rainstorms come around eventually. Then, there's the threat of fucking hurricanes, and the local news stations go out of their way to throw everyone into a panic, while those morons in Key West throw hurricane parties. Can't complain though, because the last hurricane that actually hit us hard was Wilma. That was about six, seven, or eight years ago, and Katrina was just a category 1, when it hit us.

I've always liked cold weather - it's the hot weather I can't stand. Nashville fluctuates between warm and cold weather, but it's never unbearable. It's only been in recent years that we're had unnaturally warm winters. We got some snow today, but none of it stuck and I don't think the roads got real icy. That's when we tend to get fucked, is when the roads get icy.

Snow is gorgeous when it blankets the ground.

I'm sure it is, but I didn't get the chance to see snow in all its glory. In fact, by the time we left, most of if it had melted away.

Wanted to see snow in New York a few years ago, but instead it was freezing cold (for me at least), and I was too cheap to buy Knicks tickets.

I saw snow once in my life and that was in December at Mt. Baldy Cali. Despite falling on my ass soon as I got off the van, it was worth it.

Of for the weather here, it's around the 70's. It's cold to our standards. The crazy hard winds don't help either. If anything, I'm used to it since it was around the 40's when I was in Irvine in December.

I'm sick of snow. I wouldn't mind if it was proper snow but it seems to lay for a day or two then turn to ice.
