Does anyone here know how much I would get for trading in Fifa 11 in store credit? I got bored of the game and I find it to be a lot more difficult than Fifa 09 which is the last one I had.

Look up the words "cheap bastards" in the dictionary and you'll find Gamestop's logo. The amount of money that offer to buy back games is insulting. The only time you'll get 50% of the original price in trade-in value is if the game's brand-spanking new (i.e., it's come out in the last three months). After that, you'll be lucky to get 30% of the used price.

I actually work at gamestop. The game came out in the fall, so I would guess 20 bucks at the max (in store credit). Right now, we are having a 50% bonus trade in credit if you buy a pre-owned game with the trade-in. Not too bad of a deal, plus you get 10% extra with your power-up card (and 10% off the game).

Unless there's a special deal, you are just losing money. It's not worth it. It's sold for more than what they buy it for. A lot more. Best choice is to sell it yourself. I got to sell several PS2 games that equaled about 20 bucks in Gamestop and cashed about 80 by myself.

I sold my copy of Smackdown vs Raw 2011 for $13 cash because I needed the money for gas. Yeah, they fucking rip you off big time. Try CraigsList. I've sold quite a few games off of there. At least you can put it on there for $45 or whatever and get a few bucks for it.

I don't think they'd let you trade GTA4 in.

In the UK at least to trade things in you need ID and selling an 18/R game when underage won't go down well

Ya you can trade in gta4. It'll be like 2 or 3 bucks though cus it sells for like 9.99 used. It depends on if you want in-store credit or cash though. Cash is always like 25% cheaper.

But yeah, don't give Gamestop shit unles they're doing seals, last month they had a trade 3 games in and get an extra $10 store credit, the games only had to be above $1.50 in their value

Well I wanted to sell it because I think it sucks and like I already explained; I feel that it is too difficult. I want the money to buy Valkyria Chronicles for the PS3. Don't think they have it used though.
