Fuck no. No fucking way.

Austin: "Which young wrestlers will make the biggest impact in WWE: “John Cena just gets better and better; unfortunately, he’s sidelined with an injury. Ken Kennedy was doing really good there for a while, but I think he kind of lost track a little bit. I think it was too many people trying to give him too much advice, and he needed to go back to what he was doing"

Yeah I knew that's what you would post. In that same interview he said Kennedy is still going to be a big star and that he has too many people in his head telling him how to do things, and suggested that kennedy should just be himself.

So basically he was giving Kennedy advice and still putting him over as a future star.

I believe he said that he thought he might be big. Something along the lines of 'I think he's going to get there'. Thats hardly strong praise. But really, this is all beside the point. Kennedy is overrated in my opinion, and even if Stone Cold doesn't think so, that really doesn't change my mind.

If Kennedy leaves, I will be mega pissed. The guy has all the talent in the world to make it big. Kennedy should fricken headline Wrestlemania 25, not be released.

With that being said, I honestly doubt the WWE would let such a great talent like that go. He has way too much potential for him to be released.

I can't imagine him leaving either. Vince has been high on this guy for awhile. He keeps getting hurt but if he stays healthy he has it made.

I actually think he's overrated..He's pretty good on the mic although his in-ring promos are awkward when they're with other people, and he's nothing special in the ring. I've never considered him "The Future of WWE"

The title of the thread sums it up pretty well.

He wont be going anywhere though, he's only young and he is considered the future of the WWE they wouldnt let him go just yet.

You guys keep saying that, but who considers him to be the future? Who said that? You guys here? The IWC? Thats a pretty bold statement, and I honestly see him to be the future of the US title, maybe. I dont see Ken Kennedy ever main eventing wrestlemania. It's just that there are guys in WWE who are on Kennedy's level that are just as entertaining (and in some cases more), and at least as tallented in the ring as Kennedy who are less injury prone and more consistant. I would say guys like MVP, Morrison, hell even Kendrick have a better chance of being 'The Future' than Kennedy does if only because they are injured less and therefore have more time to perfect thier craft in the ring. Ken works, on average, what? 8 months out of the year? Less? That's no way to become the future of anything.

While I don't see him as being the "future of the WWE" as some claim, he's still a decent talent,(better than alot of current WWE talent, anyway) even if he is a bit injury prone. yeah, there's thing that he can work on. (in ring ability comes to mind right away) but overall he seems like a capable guy. I don't seem him as being on the same level as say, MVP or Morrison, (Morisson's a guy I see as being main event level in the next couple years, but that's a different subject) But that doesn't diminish the talent that Kennedy does have. He's a solid guy, I just think he needs to be more careful and prefect his in-ring ability more so he doesn't get hurt as often.

while kenendy is great . and might be the future. they are just wastign him on smackdown they need him back on raw. i hope thy dont let him go but yeah. anythign can happen

I think if Kennedy was to stick around and be something great, they should give him something better to use than the Mic Check and he should stop using it.

I don't see him winning any world titles with the Mic Check.

I loved his promo when I think it was him and he was backstage talking about Shawn Michaels and he just snapped and smashed over the table he had set up with Shawn Michaels merchandise and etc.

Kennedy is a mediocre vanilla midget. You'd think "the future of wrestling" would be able to get even a somewhat decent reaction out of a crowd. But alas, no. D'Lo Brown's return was met with more fanfare then a Kennedy match.

He's the "future" just like Steve Corino was the future. Then again, Steve Corino wasn't a bad wrestling. Neither will ever become the next big thing. Ever.

That being said, I still don't see the WWE letting him go. I doubt they'd really want TNA to sign him.

I like kennedy. he is the best or near the best on the mic in the wwe today, and personnely i think hes matches are usually pretty decently entertaining. so i think he definetly could be the next big thing.
