Former WCW & WWE Superstar announces retirement

Today former WCW Star, Kanyon (Chris Klucsaritis) announced on his Myspace account that he was retiring from pro wrestling effective today.

Today marked the 15th anniversary of his pro debut on April 5, 1992 in Levittown, NY. Kanyon also said that he will announce his non-wrestling plans for his future Wednesday on the Howard Stern show on April 11th.

I thought he retired ages ago, intresting thoughthat he does this on the anniversary of his start in Wrestling, that would be the way that they should go out.

I didn't care much for him as a wrestler or as a person seeing how he acted. So this doesn't affect me.

I'm surprised that WWE dont use him as a trainer. He just seem's to me like the type that would be good at that sort of job. I dont think WWE would'nt hire him because of his sexuality. Pat Patterson's gay and he's one of Vince's friends.

Well WWE will never hire him for a trainer espically after his antics on Stern and on his Myspace and even that little stunt he pulled at a house show i think about a year ago. And Jakes right look the 1st ever IC champ Pat Patterson. I just feel he has burned his bridges.

As a wrestler he was ok but i always thought he be like an Al Snow for training wise...

I dont think the fact that he's spoken out about WWE would harm his chance's of being re-hired. Umaga was fired a few year's ago for worse reason's and he's now getting the push of his life.

True, I mean whats that famous saying in wrestling, "Never say never in this bussiness" I just think if Vince or any of the heads there are not to keen on him then it wont happen.
