Ugh I hate these arguments. This argument pops up every year for DiBiase, and it's pointless to me. Yes, it was part of his gimmick to be rich and live a lavish lifestyle, but when did he ever pay off a big time opponent in a main event-style match?

I agree that he wins, but not under these circumstances.

Was he actually in the match? no. He's never successfully bought his way out of a main event style match. The argument is invalid here.
