At 68 years old Harrison Ford has been acting since 1966 but his big break came while he was working as a carpenter and was hired by George Lucas to build cabnits for his home. For some reason Lucas decided to cast Harrison in his movie American Grafitti. This would have a huge effect on Ford's career due to the fact that Lucas played a big part in getting him cast as both Han Solo and Indiana Jones ( he got the former while reading othr parts for Star Wars and the later because Tom Selleck was busy).

He's also starred in other movies such as Blade Runner, The Fugitive, What Lies Beneath and Air Force One. This is by no means the entire Filmography but really guys he started acting in 1966 there's way to many for me to list here.

Man (Ford) gets falsely convicted of his wifes murder and is sent to jail. He is able to escape. He then spends the entire movie trying to clear his name. I first saw this movie when i was 8or so and the scene where Ford is cornered by Tommy Lee Jones anddives over the edge of the spillway into the dam has always stuck with me and is one of my favorite scenes from any movie.

The acting is superb by everyone involved and is an all around fantastic movie. If you've never seen it i highly reccomend it.

I have 2 movies of his that i absolutley love, own and watch whenever i can and those movies are The Replacements and Street Kings.

The Replacements is a great comedy and has great acting from everyone involved (Reeves, Hackman, Jones and Faverau just to name a few). I usually don't like sports movies but this movie is more about the men playing than the sport itself which is a good thing. Also this movie makes me laugh which is the main thing I look for in a comedy.

Street Kings is about as different from The Replacements as you can get but i love it. Again superb acting from all the stars. This movie kept me guessing about the end while i was sitting on the edge of my seat. I don't want to talk about the plot cause that would spoil it for some people so if you're a fan of the action-crime genre I reccomend this movie.

I love these movies and can watch them all day. They may be parodys but the plot in all of them were original enough to not make me think the were totally ripping off James Bond. Myers was great in all his rolls (2 in the first. 3 in the second and 4 in the third). The supporting cast did a great job in all of them. These movies have everything I look for in a comedy. i like his other work but these top the list for me.

I had to think about this one. I've enjoyed every Adam Sandler movie I've seen. The man is one of the best comedic actors out there and everything he does is gold.

I pipcked this one because for me it has a prety good lulz to scene ratio and the fact that I enjoy golf makes it even better. It had a nicev plot and all the supporting actors just made the movie that much better. All in all one of my favorite movies with one of the most lulz indcuing lines/scenes ever. "The Price is wrong Bob" and then he proceeds to get in a fight with Bob Barker.

Volcano_ver2.jpg

like Jones in more serious rolls rather than his slightly comedic rollls like MiB. While those are good movies I just don't feel he was at his best in those movies. Volcano however is a fantastic movie and Jones is at his best in it. The entire movie I was on the edge of my seat and when the scene came up where the guy tried to jump over the lava i nthe subway and landed in it and melted I damn near puked and shit myself at the same time. I still watch this move when the modd hits me and I've seen over 100 times and it never gets old. IF you haven't seen this movie stop what you're doing and go buy/rent it right now and watch it.

Four_brothers.jpg

Big surprise here right? This is only my favorite movie of all time and I watch it constently. I love the plot line (which is loosely based off the John Wayne, Dean Martin's 1965 film The Sons of Katie Elder). This move is what got me liking Mark Wahlberg's films and I've watched most of his movies since watching this one. All 4 main characters do a great job and the supporting cast desrves a lot of credit as well. It's a great movie and if you haven't watched it I highly suggest you pick it up and give it a watch.

Blade_Trilogy.jpg

I'm a sucker for any vampire movie good or bad, old or new and these three are among my favorite. To me Snipes has always been good in those roles where he can play a brooding good guy who doesn't talk much and the Blade role fits him to a 'T'. The plot is OK but it could've been better . The supporting cast for all three of them are great and the movie wouldn't be the same without them. IF for any reason you haven't seen these movies put your rock up for rent and watch them you won't be disapointed.

I've said before that I like Vampire movies and while I don't think they use the word vampire at all in this movie when you have blood drinkers who can't go out in the sunlight that's pretty much what they are. As for the movie itself I love the plotline & Smith plays his character perfect. There really isn't a bad thing I can say about this movie so if you haven't seen it yet I highly reccomend you at the very least rent it and give it a watch.

Awesome Dude. Thanks for this.
I'm not gonna bother with pictures, 'cos I ain't gonna do a huge post here, but start getting into the next ones.

Harrison Ford - Have to TOTALLY agree with you there. I love the Fugitive, it's one of my all time favourite films, and more than likely always will be. As well as that comes the Indiana Jones films. Not the 4th one, 'cos it's terrible, but the 1st 3. I think that all 3 of those films are totally amazing. My order of preference goes 1, 3 then 2. 3 only comes 2nd because Sean Connery is in it, and he's one of my favourite actors (Milenko, you should SO do one of these for him).

Mike Myers - Again, I agree with you. All 3 Austin Powers films fucking rule. They're all hilarious. 1 being the best, followed by 2, then 3, 'cos quite a lot of the jokes are just recycled and put into a different scene. However, Myers has made loads of great films, so it'd be a toss-up between AP, Wayne's World and Shrek. Yes, Shrek. Wayne's World has some iconic moments in it, and sprung some wonderful catchphrases, "SCHWING". Shrek is by far one of the greatest animated films I've ever laid eyes on. Just pure genius/brilliance.

Adam Sandler - Erm, again, I probably have to agree. It's a hilarious film yet again, with some great laugh out loud moments :)
However, a strange film of Sandlers' that I LOVE is "You Don't Mess With The Zohan". This film, granted, is terrible. Ish. I think some of it is truly hilarious, don't know how/why, but it really is. For anyone who's not seen it, I would say to go watch it, for sure. It's strangely interesting, and John Turturro is great in it as well.

That's me for now, but I'm staying with this all the way :)

Honestly I'm not a huge fan of movies like this but this one is great in every way possible. Great plot, great acting from everyone involved. I like most of Norton's other work (minus the Incredible Hulk) but this one blows them all out of the water so far you lose sight of them. If for some reason you haven't seen this movie it's $5-$10 at Walmart (at least the one I work at it is) and is well worth the price. go buy it and watch it tonight I promise you won't be disappointed.
