why is edge the champion he sucks he cant wrestle he only cheats, he dont have any muscles he dont even look like a wrestler he should be in a rock band, and randy orton is just so boring and lame. i would love to see john cena and edge in a real fight, cena would flatten that tooth pick champion.

Are you kidding?? Edge is an amazing wrestler- have you ever actually seen any of his matches. Everything from TLC, to his return matches in 2004- they are amazing. He had the best match at WM- he can do it all- Hardcore, singles, tag team- everything. He cheats because it's booked that way and because he's heel- to generate heat. Cena can't wrestle for his life and should be middcard talent.

I've only been watching wrestling for a year and a half but, I make sure to watch as many old matches and learn about other wrestlers as I can. Edge was face back when he was on SD and I think when he came back. He does much better as heel.

edge has done it all......face, heel and all that In-between. He was a face when he won KOTR and when he shaved kurts head. He was heel when he won all the TCL matches i think and when e&c team with kurt n rhyno to form team eckr i think it was. Edge is just the best thing wwe has going right now!

I agree, he can bring it all. Great wrestleing, good mic skills, good promos, goo heel heat- everything! Randy Orton is in my opinon the future of the WWE.

Orton is only 26 and has some great talent! he just needs to start getting booked better....there is no damn reason he should of lost to hogan at SS! i know it happened cuz hogan has control but it was a bunch of Sh*t! what was the reasoning behind having him job to hogan? I think a fued with cena would be good for him but not for the title! let edge keep the title and have cena n orton go at it for a few months!

I agree, Orton should not have lost at SS- it was uncalled for. Orton has a lot of talent it just should be used better. I want the Edge/Cena feud to stop and for Edge to hold the title for a few more months.

I dislike Randy Orton as a person, He seems to be way to arrogant for his own good, From what i can gather, Edge is awesome, He will no doubt be in the WWE hall of fame one day, Either for being a Tag Team Specialist or for Being a solid Main Event level wrestler, He has been walking the walk and talking the talk for almost 10 years now in a wwe ring, And is still what like 32 - 33 He still has another good 4 or 5 years in him, Nothing however will beat his E&C run when they did the 5 second poses and what not, Billiant stuff that.

Dude im havta disagree about the JBL comment, At the time many people thought he didnt deserve it, I always thought he did and he proved alotta people wrong by being a kick ass champ for the better part of 1 year, He was awesome and made smackdown a watchable show,
Edge DOES deserve a long title reign and it would be a good idea for him to sell out to Vince and have him and lita under the corporate banner. I dont know why but after watching raw im starting to think there may be a possible Corporation Vs Dx storyline brewing sometime in the future that would be sweet,

I think Randy Orton is an infintly better wrestler than Edge. Sure, Edge has had some entertaining matchs like his ladder matches but and yeah he's a fair wrestler. Coolest thing I've seen him do is spear Matt off of a ladder. When it comes to Orton vs. Hogan at SS you know they just did that to satisfy the fans, which I dont have a problem with, haha. But when it comes to Edge and Cena, I like Cena but I think he should be taken out of the title race. Always room for improvment, other than the fact that he could be a better wrestler he's a really cool guy. I got to support him, I'm from Mass.

on the JBL deal.......when he first won the belt i didnt think he needed it....i still dont think he needed it as long as he did but your right it did mke for the show to be watchable........now i think back to when he lost it! that was a fucking shittyyyyyy match at wm21 when cena took the belt....i dont think it was JBL who made the match suck...u?? The reason i say he didnt deserve the title when he got it was they took him straight from a tag team wrestler and gave him the belt without even having one good fued before getting the belt.

Now, I agree with all of your points McManus, Especially the JBL didnt make that match suck, The thing that made it suck was the JBL domminent all match John Cena 4 moves and WIN, I being one of the biggest JBL marks around flipped out when i saw this, i was never the same again, It made the champ look very very weak.
Yes they threw him into the spotlight with no notable fueds at all to build off but to his credit he took the ball and he did run with it, Its the only good times i can remember on smackdown in 3 years pretty much. So yeah whilst he didnt as you say have any fueds he still did a top job of making the ppl insatanly hate him, Which gave him good momentum. But you do bring up good points
