Well I don't think that's why Miz or Swagger didn't get the push, but I have NO DOUBT it's why Sheamus got his. You don't go from a nobody on ECW to World Champion on Raw without being tight with someone backstage.


I know I say this a billion times...but I really wish Christian could have gotten that title win instead, or at the very least move him to the main event scene on Raw or Smackdown (preferably Smackdown). Sheamus just does not belong in the main event right now. How the fuck can we take a guy who lost cleanly to GOLDUST two months ago seriously as a world champion?

If Christian moves, which I'm not so sure he should at the moment, it needs to be to Smackdown. Or he'll die in the DX/Hart/McMahon/Cena/Sheamus/Kofi/Orton ocean that is the main event. Is it bad that I just sorta forgot who the champion of that group was? Yeah. It's a clusterfuck.

At any rate, if Christian moved to Smackdown he'd have a returning Edge (that will hopefully have feuded with Jericho) and a multitude of others he work well with. I think he could pull it off.
