Pulling for Real Madrid, their team on paper is just so freakin' amazing. Suarez to bite Ronaldo.
Swansea don't concede a goal while Sigurdsson is on the pitch or concede one after he has left, yet I don't get any clean sheet points for him in fantasy football. What's that about?
As for Lpool:
I said at the start of the season, that B.Rodgers buying players for depth and Not replacing Suarez adequately would bite them in their Arse, and it has proven true, especially since Sturridge got injured.
Look at the MF, and besides Stevie G, everyone else is inexperienced. Would it have hurt to throw maybe 10-15mil at Real/Barca for a Xabi Alonso/Mascherano?
The likes of Di Maria, Falcao, Alexis Sanchez(who has excelled),etc...were available and the guys buys.....Balotelli(for less than 20mil, who AC Milan of all teams Didn't want)...
pity, pity, pity...
Also, ManCity:
Will also have it harder since they also should have bought a Top guy for their attack as well. Yaya is obviously not giving his all given the kind of summer shit that occured with the birthday farce,etc...whilst Aguero is injury-prone.
Guess FFP has hurt their chances big time, whilst Chelski march on.
Too bad, Rusty. Guess you're in for some disappointment tomorrow, cuz it is gonna be all about Barcelona.
Leo Messi for a second Liga Clasico Hat-Trick in a row.
May the Best Team(Barcelona) win.

I think its because he was only on the pitch for 57 minutes. Clean sheets are for 60+ minutes.
Guarantee Costa will play, Mourinho has used this tactic many times before.
It was also an issue to replace the best player in a team. They needed depth due to having a European campaign now. Look at how they are overworking Sterling at the moment.
The midfield is the same as last year, I don't know what you are getting at. How is it inexperienced now when they are the same players with one more season of experience? Xabi was always going to join up with Pep Real deem him surplus to requirement. You really think Barca would sell Mascherano this year?
Di Maria, Falcao, Sanchez all are good but they cost a lot more in wages. Transfer fees are the only costs here. We aren't living in the 90's anymore. Wages make up a lot more of the player's cost to clubs. Agree on the Balotelli thing though, when even AC Milan don't want him there has to be deeper issues.
Man City issue is they slacked off this year. It could probably be due to a world cup hangover. Yaya being less than superhuman also hurt them. FFP probably only hurt them in having to let Negredo go out on loan but they probably figured a fit Jovetic is an able replacement. Too bad he is still injury prone. I think they are actually deeper this year than last year. Sagna is a better back up at RB than Richards. Mangala is a quality young CB that is an improvement over Lescott in fighting for a CB spot. Fernando is better than Garcia.
I understand the need for depth, but replacing your best player with Balotelli(don't believe BR's BS about Balo not being the replacement) doesn't make sense if they wanted to challenge again. Also, given that the likes of ManU and Arsenal invested in new players also, Lpool should have taken note.
As for their MF; most of their guys aren't experienced enough for UCL, and Gerrard is also not ideal for 3 games per wk. Someone like an Alonso/Mascherano would have helped with that.
Masche was on his way out of Barca(to Napoli) and only agreed to stay after crunch talks with the coach.
Alonso, I feel, would have returned to Lpool had he actually been pursued.
Indeed, those guys cost a load, but Lpool had to replace Suarez and they had around 70+ mil to spend. Surely they could have done better than just get in players for depth, whilst their rivals all bought the Top Quality guys.
Fair enough on ManCity.
I feel FFP hurt them more than anything. They are staring down yet another poor UCL campaign as well.
I feel they are lacking in attack to an extent. Maybe they'll go after Reus for next season, and that'd shake things up well.
