Havent heard anything about Hummels since Klopp said he'd eat a broom, i dont think hes a big fan of united after the whole shinji thing. Guy is starting to come across as a douche tbh.

Both Hummels and Reus have been linked with a transfer, as a united supporter i'd love for as to get either but it would absolutely destroy the bundesliga this season, if the free Lewandowski transfer didnt already

I would first and foremost identify as Melbourne Victory supporter, however the EPL is the biggest league in the world and i remember getting a pirated version of Fifa football 2004 at age 9 or 10 and only knowing 2 things, Manchester United and David Beckham (who was already at Madrid but i didnt know) so i chose Man U as my side and when i got FIFA 06 (legally) i couldnt choose a new side i nearly chose arsenal but my gut felt weird about switching sides. I have since spent countless hours since getting up at 3am to watch games, I even gave up 'schoolies' so my parents would agree to take me on one last family holiday to the UK and a game at Old Trafford

I'm glad United pulled out and kept Smalling. He's had a largely decent pre-season despite not looking totally comfortable with having to play out from the back if De Gea plays it short but given time and an experienced partner I think he'll do alright for himself.

Arsenal for the community shield tomorrow anybody (aside from Blade of course)?
