I was at Notts County's home game with Sheffield United on Saturday.

Could see why County were on a bad run and why the Blades have stalled in recent weeks. Still was not the worst game I have ever seen. Goal in the second minute, red card and then a deserved late equaliser for the ten men. Was sorely tempted to buy County's 150th anniversary third shirt - it is bright pink.

Bradford fully deserve it. As much as I wanted Villa to win, the romantic in me is happy that Bradford have got as far as they have. And Villa were woeful at times, as has been the case this season for the most part.

I didn't think Villa could be much worse than how they were under Graham Taylor. Ohhhh how they've achieved it this season. When you consistently sell your best players and replace only a handful, you're asking for trouble. The sad thing is, Villa's young players are decent. But the team needs much more experience & quality, and leadership. Lambert could be on his way, though I doubt it, and I'm not sure it's the best idea. That said, if he did, I'd take Atkins in a heartbeat (though I seriously doubt he'd go there).

As I said though, Bradford fully deserve it. They just better win the bloody thing now.
