Does Miz have a concussion??

I am gueing that Miz has a concussion but did anyone notice the difference in size of the Miz's eyes at the beginning of Raw when Cena was in his face?

I don't think that is a lighting issue, but it was odd and made me wonder if he is suffering from a concussion right now

Any thoughts?

I wasn't exactly looking into the Miz's eyes, but I'm pretty sure he suffered a concussion at WM. Those don't necessarily just go away, especially with the amount of bumps he takes night in and night out. Comes with the territory.
