Does ECW need more titles?

i think that WWE should bring back the WWE Hardcore Championship and put it on ECW with the name ECW Hardcore Championship and it could be defended ONLY in Extreme Rules matches coz ECW was hardcore back in the day and they should bring hardcore back.
