I have to agree with Garlin and say that Slyfox won the debate.

I mean, his main point is ultimately right: while the rating wasn't great, it certainly wasn't disastrous, especially compared to NBC's regular shows, and the ratings programs on Saturday night usually get. Sly dug all that shit up, respectively, to prove his point, and he was right.

Also IC, I don't think you should've took offense to Sly calling Nick ignorant in the first place. I don't know why people find that word to be an insult, but it's not. We're all ignorant when it comes to certain things, and Nick did in fact show his ignorance by saying the show was "disastrous".

But who knows? Maybe Nick is right and that rating really is a disaster to most? Maybe now the producers and writers of “Disaster Movie” will get a hold of this complete disaster and put in their movie???? I can see it now: Kim Kardashian in her spare time is a wrestling internet writer and so accurately reports that WWE doing a 2.4 Rating is a complete disaster and WWE will soon go out of business because of it. They’re going to lose so much money because Saturday Night’s Main Event not drawing like they did when Hogan was in his prime! Vince will be broke by the end of the year because Saturday Night’s Main Event didn’t even draw a lousy 4.0 rating! So much chaos will insue because WWE will no longer be with us because Saturday Night’s Main Event just wasn’t a success, even though the whole purpose of the show was to bring awareness to Autism! OH NOESSS.

Seriously, in the end, this is no where near being “disastrous” because WWE will be around for a long time to come, even if NBC cancels Saturday Night’s Main Event. Who really cares? The Attitude Era didn’t hold ONE Saturday Night’s Main Event program, so what’s really the big deal if this show gets canceled (which I don’t think it will to begin with)?
