I really couldn't find any fault with most of the matches other than some guys needing a bit more experience under their belts The Main Event was great, Last Man Standing was great, Joe/Angle was solid, and Hell, I even enjoyed Ion winning the X-Division Title over King, Sky and Dutt.

Really couldn't find any fault....here is my list

Destiantion X fine it is to highlight the X division but they sunk the other divisions. Take away the tournament matches and have them on Impact leading to Destination X. Instead add this to your PPV. Devon Vs Joe for TV title and BFG series. Add stipulation to AJ match winner is 1/2 tag champ this makes the tag interesting with Kaz and Aj hating each other btu not wanting to drop the titles. The xidivision guys that fought in the final 4 way dance will be seen again, the others in the tournament you will be lucky to see in three-four weeks.
Here is a list of big talents left off the card

Hardy
Crimson
Devon
Storm
Anderson
Bubba Ray
Sting
RVD
Morgan

You will see anyone of these guys and most likely all of them on Impact every week until the next PPV. Not as much can be said about the X division losing guys. As a matter of fact the follwing is a list of those not even on the TNA roster so yeah after to night they go away.

Rubix
Mason Andrews
Lars Only
Dakota Darsow
Flip Cassanova
Sonjay Dutt
Rashad Cameron
Kenny King

What does it all mean. 3 of 10 of the x division wrestlers aren't even part of TNA. 1 of 4 of the X title are actually on the TNA Rosters....So where is the surprise? Did Anyone really think there was going to be another winner?

I hope TNA decides to keep Sonjay Dutt and Kenny King, at least. Bring in Joey Ryan and possibly Chavo Guerrero and you have a pretty interesting X-Division, in my opinion.

Overall, a pretty solid ppv that was, in my opinion, carried by the three non X Division related matches.

Styles vs. Daniels was another strong showing between the two. It no longer feels fresh but they delivered a strong match. ***1/4

Angle vs. Joe was another well wrestled match and I liked the ending. It gave Angle a means of saving face while giving Joe a much needed win and some momentum. Like Styles vs. Daniels, the match didn't feel fresh but it was entertaining. ***

The main event of Roode vs. Aries was very good, match of the night in my view, and delivered some good action with a big surprise ending. Aries winning the title has potential ramifications for BFG, considering that TNA has been building towards Storm vs. Roode to headline the show. It'll be interesting to see what happens from here. ***1/2

The X Division matches didn't really do much for me. There was no real indication to care about any of the wrestlers involved and most of them consisted of spotfests. If that's what you're into, great, but I'm just not a spot mark.

The Last Chance Fourway match was what I figured it'd be, which was mostly a train wreck spot fest. There was some good athleticism but they were definitely going for spots rather than telling a story. *1/2

Kash vs. Andrews was a better showing and they told the story of Andrews being this tough, determined babyface. After all, just won a competetive 8.5 minute match and has to compete in another one immediately afterward. Andrews getting the win via roll up made the win seem a little flukey, but that's ok as I don't think anyone would buy Andrews as getting another really decisive win like this. **1/4

King vs. Williams was kinda meh for me. Again, it's just hard for me to get into matches in which there's no rhyme or reason that's been given to care about the guys involved. There were some fun spots, such as King's springboard neckbreaker. King gets the win at 10.5 minutes. **

Dutt vs. Cameron was probably the best of the X Division matches. Both men got a chance to shine and Cameron continues to be someone interesting to watch. Dutt scored the win, can't say I was surprised. **1/2

Ion vs. Flip Casanova, fuck that's a horrible name, was pretty much just forgettable filler with Ion getting the win. *

The Ultimate X match was kind of disappointing. This match just seems to have lost its luster. It wasn't a bad match really but it just didn't do much for me. The cheap way Ion won with the spray can thing was weak and gives me the impression that Ion's not going to be booked as a particularly strong champion. **

Overall, however, a solid ppv that delivered a handful of strong matches and generated a memorable moment that generated a lot of buzz. I give last night's show a B.

I think King being brought in is a foregone conclusion. I dont think he would have completely burned his bridges with ROH for 2 appearances. That being said am I missing something on Rubix (Jigsaw)? He seemed to be the crowd favorite in the last chance 4-way but no posters seem to want him to stay around. Also i'd love to see Jack Evans in the X-Division full time.

Really good showing by TNA. The first half of the show was pretty poor but the second half of the show was probably the best half to a show I've seen in a long time.

Four way qualifier: Good effort in this but it was very sloppy. No one looked good and it should have been left to the pre show. Rubix was massively over but they decided to give the win to Mason Andrews in a disappointing finish. **

Kid Kash vs Mason Andrews: Hard hitting, mostly by Kash, and this was all about him dominating the match until Mason gets the surprise win. I like the fact they are using the older talents to make the younger guys look good but nothing of real interest happened here. *1/2

Douglas Williams vs Kenny King: I was expecting a lot more from this to be honest. I was genuinely excited to see Douglas back on TNA television after a long lay off but I can maybe see why. He looks old, slow and is closer to the end. Again, nothing to note from this. *3/4

Sonjay Dutt vs Rashad Cameron: Rashad looks very Indy but he was surprisingly OK in this. That moonsault stomp though looks fucking awesome. **

Ion vs Flip Cassanova: Thank god that Flip guy was squashed before he could hurt anyone. He has potential, but needs to harness it and use his crazy moves at the right time. He's no Jack Evans, but should look to him on how to be effective in the ring. *1/2

Angle vs Joe: Not their best match ever but this was still really good. I'd have maybe liked the commentators to really put across the 15 minute time limit throughout the match to get some more interest behind it but this was still solid. ***

AJ Styles vs Chris Daniels: Fucking awesome from these two. This wasn't a wrestling match, it was a fight. They went with a formula they haven't used before and pulled it off magnificently. I didnt think this could be topped on the night but how wrong I was. AJ is still the best wrestler in the world IMO. ****

Ultimate X Match: Like JH, I didn't particularly like this years version. It was unfortunate that Sonjay was injured half way through after his shooting starpress and for that, the remaining three guys deserve credit for carrying things through to the finish. **

Bobby Roode vs Austin Aries: Best match of the year from TNA, considering they had two great matches at Slammiversary. Aries is absolutely amazing while Roode was a perfect foil. I still suspect Roode and Storm will headline BFG for the World Title, but this was a feel good moment and a well deserved one for the greatest man that ever lived. ****1/2

Very good PPV and I can't wait for Impact on Thursday.

Yes maybe a lot of guys were left off the card but still great. We can't always see the same ppl and a lot of idiots (NOT implying you) always complain about the fact that TNA is too full of legends. This changes that.

THE REST OF THIS POST IS NOT MY RESPONSE TOWARDS KIZZANI.

Anyway, the PPV was aWWEsome. They had one heck of a card and the matches were just WOW.

Only negatives are:

Angle should have actually tapped. He's never done it before and cuz he was the one that ended Joe's 15 month streak, Joe should have ended the "submission streak". Would have been great. Good thing to push Joe also for the BFG series and because his run last yr was BS. He is an original and the X division thing is something original, Destination X is based on that and so it would have been a cool thing to represent Samoa Joe and the originals over the veterans.

Other one was the ultimate X tourny. Yeah, it was epic and all but they shouldn't have handed it to Zema. That kind of wasted time bringing in indy guys. Zema could of had another chance and one of the more talented guys should have won like Kenny or RUBIX!!!!!
Not sonjay cuz he had a chance before and it's obvious that some of the guys that lost will still come to TNA (including Sonjay) like last yr.

Now since last yr, I think Destination X's competition is MITB. Last yr I thing DX one and this yr, even though MITB hasn't happened yet, I say DX will still be better. Said it last yr and was proved right. All MITB had was Punk v Cena.

.

if you think about it, a fast paced spotfest actually fits nicely to the concept of the match(Last chance), so it would seem logical they would go all out to try and impress as much as they can.
