Da Prophet Presents: WWE Unleashed

Prophet,
I have been so busy lately I have not had time to read up in recent shows. I read up a few of them, and I read the Survivor series ppv. I must say, by far the most interesting and well built up ppv in book this I have ever seen. I really REALLY loved the WWE title match. I always pictured Justice being like Samoa joe.. guess I missed the description? Seeing Abyss made me so happy, because you made such a star out of him. I really loved your overall show. Great. Simply great. I hope you keep writing.

October 7th
Minnesota; Minneapolis – Target Center

With the normal pyro going off in the background, Taz and Michael Cole welcome us to Friday Night Smackdown. It was just 5 days ago that Edge shocked the world and cashed in Money in the Bank to become the NEW World Champion. It has turned the WWE upside down and tonight promises to be just as big. With the new faces coming from the draft, they all want a chance to shine. How will things go tonight, I guess we can only wonder as we kick of Smackdown?

“Metalingus”

The entire crowd jump up and cheer because here comes the World Champion. Out from the curtain Edge appears, holding the title on his shoulder. This is the first time Edge has been a World Champion in his career. Edge makes his way down to the ring, taking in all the cheers from the crowd. A smile comes over the face of Edge who holds his title high above his head. With the people cheering, Edge says thank you. After winning the Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania, his career has been slowly moving up. Nobody thought he would do it. Some said he was only a tag team guy, nothing more. But last Monday, that all changed. Edge mentions his achievements since his debut, saying that they mean so much to him. However this means the world to him. Nothing is more special than this. He only wishes that his best friend was with him. Let’s not dawn on the negatives however, Edge once again holds up the title. For tonight is going to be celebration like no one has ever seen. This night is not only about me but about you the fans. You can see that Edge is getting a little teary as he goes on. It was only a few years ago that Edge suffered a possible career ending injury. However it didn’t. No with everything that he had, with everything the fans gave him. Edge was able to continue on his road to championship gold. Now it has arrived. After RAW had finished Edge mentions that he sat on the bed at the hotel. And just stared at his title.

Finally he had done it. A small Edge chant begins as our champion nods in approval. He once again thanks them all. After the chant slowly dies out Edge asks the camera to move forward. It zooms in on the name plate which of course has the name Edge. “See that, it has my name on it” to a laugh from the crowd. Edge mentions the announcement made over WWE.com yesterday. With the WWE PPV events going back to the brand exclusive style. A small graphic appears on the screen showing the list. Edge asks what people think about it, getting a mixed reaction from the crowd. He makes a joke that at least his title run will be of a decent length. Now Edge brings up Batista, who of course lost the title on RAW this week. Edge reminds every one of the way Batista lost the title, telling them of JBL and his tactics. Being a proud champion Edge says he will defend this title against Batista at any time. He hopes to be one of the greatest ever in this business. With a smirk on his face Edge once again holds up the World Championship. Edge says that we have passed the Austin Era, we are in for a new era. This Era is RATED R!

“Longhorn”

The crowd go up with heat as JBL appears at the top of the stage. It didn’t take long for JBL to make his way to the ring, looking in disgust at Edge. JBL watches as Edge stands proud, with the title in his hands. Congratulations from JBL, saying Edge has earned it. Yeah he did earn it, NOT! All Edge did was some flips off ladders, for what? So you people could cheer for ten seconds. You see I never go down to that level. I’m JBL, the millionaire of this company. I’m a god in Texas! I’m the wrestling god, I should be the World Champion. Of course Edge disagrees, bringing up that this past Monday Edge did indeed pin JBL. In fact if you want to Edge says he can show JBL what happened. The big screen lights up as JBL watches on, seeing himself be pinned to the mat by Edge. After the package ends Edge responses by saying it is pretty clear cut. You were pinned, I’m the World Champion.

You can see that JBL is having trouble hearing this. In a high tone of voice JBL declares that if Edge is a real champion that he thinks. If you think that you are the great champion that stands before us. Than why not defend that title TONIGHT?! A loud cheer from the crowd who would love to see a title match tonight. After a short pause by Edge he takes a quick look at his title. Will he put it up for grabs tonight? The fans chant for Edge, probably thinking it will get him to put the title up for grabs. You can see that Edge is having trouble deciding on what he should do. Will he just throw everything he has said out the door? Or will JBL get his wish? JBL gets in the face of Edge, asking him if all that he just said is worthless. Is he really a champion or a chump? Do you have the guts to face me tonight or are you just as pitiful as Batista? As Edge goes to give his answer he is cut off by---

“I Walk Alone”

Well business is about to pick up my friends because here comes Batista. No playing around tonight from Batista who walks straight to the ring, not even looking at any of the fans. He locks eyes with JBL, the man who stole the World Championship on Monday. He says something to JBL without a microphone before turning his attention to Edge. You can sense the tension between all these men, with Batista not looking in the best of moods. Batista hasn’t taken his eyes off the Edge since that little interaction with JBL. Slowly Batista lifts the microphone up to his mouth, saying he is going to cut to the chase here. We don’t need to have these fake welcomes, not need for these fake friendships. This is business, so let’s get right to it. A small Batista chant begins with the man himself not caring at the moment. Batista address the way he lost the World Championship. Mentioning that while he has come to turns with the loss, it will not last for long. See Batista has a rematch clause which he fully intends on using at some time in the coming weeks. He was going to use it at TLC, but with the decision of making the PPV events brand exclusive Batista has made other plans.

That title belongs to Batista apparently, I think Edge would think different. He goes on by saying that Edge did earn the title no matter what JBL thinks. He won at WrestleMania and for that Batista respects him. However Batista does not respect the way Edge is calling himself a true champion. You can’t be a turn champion without even defending the title. Right now Edge is nothing more than a chump holding onto a champion belt. Once Edge defends it, than he can call himself a true champion. This brings up the fact the Edge doesn’t agree. Edge tells Batista that he is a true champion. He pinned the reigning World Champion to this (holds up title). It doesn’t matter if he has defended it, he is a true champion. He is the ONLY World Champion on Smackdown. He is the top dog, he is the best on the brand.

“MacMallitant”

A small cheer for the Smackdown General Manger who is in a very happy mood tonight. After gaining a huge name in Edge from the draft Teddy Long must firmly believe he has the better brand. A quick welcome to the show for the fans and Edge by Long, but he quickly moves onto business for tonight. After seeing these three men in the ring, it really does show the talent that the Main Event on Smackdown has. So many could be the World Champion and with several weeks until the Armageddon PPV event, we have all the time in the world to find out who is going to be the challenger for Edge. Each week I want you all to show me just how good you are, so tonight I’m making a blockbuster tag team match.

It will be a single fall match with four competitors who are primed to take the spot of World Champion. Of course Edge you will be in the match, and teaming with Batista (small cheer). I now that you two are having problems, but you will have to work together for tonight. Now JBL just so you aren’t left out playa, you’ll be teaming with someone who I have be watching for some time now. John you’ll be teaming with former tag champion Billy Kidman. Now that is a Main Event for you all to enjoy players.

“MacMallitant”

What a huge match, tonight a blockbuster tag team match. World Champion Edge will team with Batista to take on JBL and Mr Kennedy. Hell Kennedy wasn’t even out in the ring, what a show we have for you tonight. With the announcement of a United States Championship tournament that is sure to make some waves.

**Commercial**

Back from the commercial break we find two men in the ring. These men are going to be in action against the tag team champions The Bashams. They seem to be two local performers from the area. A name plate comes up with the names Johnny and Scotty. The two look pumped to be in a match with WWE, let’s see how they go tonight.

“Longhorn” hits as the champions receive a small amount of heat. With the titles around their waist Danny and Doug make their way down to the ring. A few fans mouth off, but learning from their leader, both men ignore. Taz and Cole mention how these men won the titles with their underhanded tactics. However that means nothing, these men are the best tag team in the WWE. And with the new hit of life to the tag division these men have to step up their game.

Tag Match
Non-Title: The Bashams vs Johnny and Scotty (Local Competitors)

Well this sure isn’t going to be a five star match now is it. The match begins with The Bashams dominating in the corner. Taking Johnny away from his partner, using their double team skills to perfection. Doug shoves Johnny up against the turnbuckle while Danny hammers away with strikes to the head. These two don’t seem to be in trouble the entire match. It didn’t matter who was in, but The Bashams were always looking strong against these local competitors. A small amount of offence came the way of Scotty who delivered a strong drop kick. However that was sadly it for the youngsters on this day.

Finish: With Johnny down Doug was smug as ever. He slapped him in the head, taunting him to get up. With strong knees to the back and a few elbow drops, Johnny was set for the end. In came Danny who was all over his opponent. Johnny had no chance to do anything as Danny nailed a huge neckbreaker. The fans could sense what was coming next as The Basham brothers just continued to beat down this poor kid. In the end Doug was the one who got the pin, hitting Johnny with a fisherman suplex for the three count.

Winner: The Bashams (04:02)

“Longhorn” hits with solid heat coming from the crowd. Another good win for the reigning tag team champions. With their titles in hand, Doug and Danny exit the ring. With the locals down in the ring, only thinking of what could have been. Cole and Taz put over the champions as the top team in the division. Saying how they have been able to push past anything that has come their way.

We cut backstage now and into the office of Teddy Long. He is sitting at the desk signing some papers. Suddenly in walks John Bradshaw Layfield, causing Teddy to stop instantly. The two stare at each other, with JBL slowly moving forward. He places his hands on the desk, leaning forward as he does so. JBL asks if Teddy remembers the last time they had a chat. Teddy nods his head. Following up on his question JBL reminds Teddy that he is the man in control of this show. What JBL wants, he will always get. And there is nothing Teddy or anyone else can do for that matter. You think Teddy would stand down, however up jumps the Smackdown General Manager. He reminds JBL that for too long he has been pushed around. This is his show, this show is run by Teddy Long. Nobody is running it other than him. JBL can’t believe what he is hearing. Teddy demands that JBL leave his office, however this just makes JBL angry. Grabbing Teddy by the shirt JBL shoves him against a wall. How dare he demand anything from JBL. While Teddy may have the title of GM, we know who calls the shots. JBL says he hasn’t forgotten about how Long cost him the World Championship match at Survivor Series during the beat the clock sprint. If Teddy were smart, he would learn to make fewer enemies. Slowly JBL releases his grip, and exits the office. Teddy takes a seat again, thinking about what just happened.

Back at ringside now as the fans are silent after watching that. What could be in store for the future of Smackdown? How could this change the face of the brand? Cole mentions that they can’t be fighting forever; sooner or later one will have to go.

“My Time Is Now” hits to another mixed reaction from the crowd tonight. We all know who it is- John Cena- the United States Champion! With the title around his waist Cena runs down the ramp. Sliding into the ring once he gets there. A small CE-NA chant begins from the crowd, with the champ nodding in approval. He lets out a huge the champ is still here for the people, who are behind Cena now. (Holding up the United States Championship) This is what I fight for! Tonight I’m here to announce something very special. Not only for me but for everyone. You see we here on Smackdown pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. Just like I do. I want to show I’m better than everyone each time I get into this ring. From RVD to Triple H, I can beat them all. The fans slowly turn on him here.

You may not like it, but you have to face facts. I’m the GREATEST ever! I hold this title with pride, each and every time I do my thing. So that brings me to why I’m out here tonight. With all this influx of talent, we need to sort the losers from the winners. Of course we know which pile I lie in. Eight Smackdown superstars will compete against each other in a tournament over the coming weeks. It’ll start with the first round being singles matches. Then the second round will consists of matches with a stipulations attached to them. And then the final will be between the two men who have proven themselves. That match will be a normal singles match, with the winner becoming the number one contender for MY United States Championship. Now let me remind you all, I’m no jobber. To whoever wins this thing, you’re going to be in trouble. It doesn’t matter if you have beaten legends, diva, King Kong himself. It all means nothing when facing John Cena.

“My Time Is Now” hits as John Cena drops the microphone. A chance to shine for the mid card guys over on Smackdown. Cena fixes the title around his waist, making sure it is locked in. He throws up his hands before exiting the ring. Cole and Taz seem to be very excited about this. This is the big shot for some of the guys on Smackdown. Only one can win, who is going to make the jump to a title match against John Cena!

**Commercial**

We return once again to Friday Night Smackdown with Cole and Taz giving the basic banter. They tell us that the participants for the United States Championship tournament will be announced next week by John Cena. Both sound very excited for this, as they did before. Well are you ready for some high flying action? Because we are set to see the Cruiserweight Champion in action!

“Booyaka 619” hits with a loud pop coming from the crowd. They cheer as Rey Mysterio appears wearing another trademark mask. He shows off his new possession to the people. The kids in the front row extend their hands for Rey, who of course gives them a high five. Before Rey enters the ring we switch back to the stage.

“Live for the Moment” hits with the loading screen appearing. It loads up to 100%, with Matt Hardy walking out from the curtain. Alongside him is Shannon Moore, who is going to be competing against Rey Mysterio. It seems like Hardy is giving Moore a pep talk, getting him ready for this match. Cole and Taz mentions the friendship between Moor and Hardy, going back to 2003 on Smackdown.

Singles Match
Non-Title: Rey Mysterio vs Shannon Moore/ with Matt Hardy

The match begins with Matt Hardy yelling out instructions to Moore. Telling him to stay focused and listen to what he has told him. It seems to put Moore off instead, with Mysterio connecting with some quick kicks to the leg. Moore is moving backward, with Mysterio sending him into the ropes. Leap frog by Moore, who is then rolled up in a cool spot. Only two of this, but it did look very good to say the least. Both men are up, with Moore running at Mysterio. Rey is able to duck, but grabs the arm of his opponent. With a firm grasp Mysterio runs up the turnbuckle, and delivers an arm drag from the top rope while jumping backward. The crowd watch on as Mysterio is using all his lucha libre skills to his advantage.

On the outside Matt is having a hard time watching, so much so he jumps onto the apron. He takes a swing at Rey, who is able to move. This little distraction does allow Moore to come toward Rey and deliver a dropkick, sending Mysterio to the outside. Rey lands hard on the outside, with the ref telling Moore to stay in the ring. With his back turned, Hardy jumps Mysterio hammering away with right hands. With Mysterio by the mask Hardy sends him into the steel ring post. Once the ref turns around he only can see Hardy standing in the same position he was before. After a quick word with Hardy, Shannon Moore goes on the attack. He delivers several kicks to the body of Rey. Once they enter the ring again Moore goes for the cover, only getting a two count.

Moore grabs Rey by the mask, hitting him with a quick forearm. He sends Mysterio into the turnbuckle, charging forward soon after. However Rey is able to slide out onto the apron, with Moore hitting the outside post. A swift kick by Rey to the head, sends Moore stumbling backward. He is quick to get to the top rope even after the punishment he took on the outside. Rey waits for Moore to steady before jumping. With Moore in position Rey dives forward connecting with a cross body. The cover gets two, with Hardy going nuts on the outside. Rey is standing now, calling for the finish. He waits for Moore to stand, at which point he kicks him down and into the middle rope. The crowd pop as Mysterio goes for the 619, but doesn’t connect. He hits Hardy who shoves Moore out of the way. Down goes Matt, with Moore quickly reacting inside the ring. A goes for the twist of fate- COUNTER BY MYSTERIO! A dropkick by Rey sends Moore back into the middle rope, and then the 619 puts him away.

Winner: Rey Mysterio (06:37)

“Booyaka 619” hits with Mysterio gaining another strong win. Slowly to his feet Rey is handed the title. What looks to be a smile on the face of Rey shows how happy he is to be the champion. On the outside Matt Hardy is seen with a look of disgust on his face. People in the front row laugh as Hardy gets to his feet. Mysterio exits the ring, keeping an eye on Hardy. As the people cheer Rey moves backstage, leaving Hardy and Moore watching on.

Backstage now and we are with Todd Grisham who welcomes us. He informs the crowd that tonight he is joined by the one and only Kurt Angle. A small pop for Angle who walks into the view. Todd begins by asking what Angle thought of Survivor Series, anything he could have done better? For those who missed it Kurt lost to Batista at the event. Kurt replies by saying that he couldn’t have done anything different. He did what he could, Batista had the will to win. He wouldn’t it more than him. Grisham then asks what Angle thinks of what happened on RAW with the World Championship. Angle tells us that he didn’t pay attention. He is here to win, not to watch cheap tactics. Maybe if he used some he would be champion, who knows. But that isn’t his style Angle says. He works for everything he has, not by running down the ramp with a briefcase. What does Angle think of Edge? He tells us that Edge is only keeping the title warm for him. Because Kurt Angle will be champion very soon!

The camera switches to a shot of a blonde man. Slowly this man moves his hand along what seems to be a casket. A small amount of dust comes off and onto his fingers. The camera moves up to reveal Mr Kennedy. With a smirk on his face Kennedy stares into the camera. He reminds us all what is inside this casket. How things have changed over the last couple of weeks. From The Undertaker being some type of all-powerful demon. To being under my control, locked inside a casket. People believe that The Undertaker was something special. He was unstoppable, well not anymore. The Undertaker career is finished, left in the dirt where he belongs. However that is only the essence of his career, what about the actual being. A small laugh from Kennedy who steps back. This is just the start says Kennedy, he has a major plan in motion. Because next week, we will have the funeral of The Undertaker. A funeral at sea, where this casket will be lowered into the water. Ending this legendary career once and for all (gasp)! Nobody can stop this, it will be the defining moment in the career of Mr Kennedy. The camera slowly fades to black as Kennedy leans down against the casket. And says the following:

“Five, six, grab your crucifix
Seven, eight, gonna stay up late
Nine, ten, never sleep again!”

**Commercial**

Back from commercial Cole and Taz mention what we have just seen. It appears Kennedy will be holding some type of funeral for The Undertaker. And mentioning something about laying him to rest at sea, what is he talking about? A sense of danger is coming over the arena, not knowing what is going to happen over the coming weeks.

“Longhorn” hits with solid heat coming to Orlando Jordan. The young kid makes his way to the ring, playing up his arrogance. Being a member of The Office has some advantages I guess. Once in the ring Jordan climbs the turnbuckle, taunting the crowd.

“Gold Medal” blasts as the crowd go up with a great pop. Here comes the only man in the sport with a gold medal. Kurt Angle is here, with his medal around his neck. The focus is all over the face, coming off a loss this past week. Angle comes off like he needs this win to get back into things. Entering the ring Angle throws his hands up, and then turning to Orlando. He mouths off a couple of words to the kid, before handing the medal to the ref. (I’m typing super-fast at the moment)

Singles Match
Orlando Jordan vs Kurt Angle

With Orlando representing The Office he did everything he could to have a strong showing against Angle tonight. Orlando used the ring post multiple times to take Angle down, with great success. After multiple pin attempts Orlando become frustrated at the fact that he couldn’t put Angle away tonight. He yelled at the ref to count fast, only to allow Angle to fight back. The veteran in Angle began his fight back to the top, with the crowd behind him the whole time. His knowledge of wrestling moves helped him tonight, able to move around Orlando. Angle hit all his signature moves, showing his experience over Orlando. He countered multiple times to save himself from a loss on this night, with the ankle lock being the deciding factor in the end. Both men battled it out, with Angle catching Orlando when he went to step over him. The crowd jumped to their feet as Angle had the ankle lock in place. Taz and Cole began to sense the end, seeing no way for Orlando to escape. Orlando began to scramble, looking for any way to get out of this situation. He had no luck as Angle was able to make Orlando tap out for the win.

Winner: Kurt Angle (07:22)

“Gold Medal” hits with Kurt Angle gaining a major win tonight against a very game Orlando Jordan. In no way, shape or form did Orlando not look good out in the ring tonight. A very valuable member of The Office. However tonight it went the way of Kurt Angle. Showing once again why he is the best in the world. With the music in the background we fade to black for the RAW Rebound.

**RAW REBOUND**

**END REBOUND**

We return from the rebound with Carlito, one of the hot superstars on Smackdown. Carlito holds an apple in his right hand and begins to throw it up in the air while talking. No Todd Grisham however, as Carlito will be going solo tonight in this promo.

Carlito: Well this is what I’m talking about. Friday Night Smackdown right here in---

Boos from the crowd tonight

Carlito: It doesn’t matter where we are and do you know why?

More heat from the people

Carlito: Because we could be in England, Australia, Mexico, it doesn’t matter. Carlito, the master of cool, always delivers in the ring. Yeah last week things didn’t go to plan, but tonight is different. I’m ready to get this cool wagon back on da tracks, das cool.

Little heat from a fan

Carlito: So tonight John Cena announced some tournament, well I say Carlito should be the first man picked. What more could you ask for in a man? I’m cooler than everybody in the back, I’m cooler than everyone in this building.

Heat again

Carlito: John Cena, let me say this. Carlito wants that United States Championship back. I haven’t held gold in some time now, that isn’t good enough. I want that title Cena.

Moving toward the camera

Carlito: And I’ll win this tournament to get it!

Moving back with a smile

Carlito: Now das, das cool!

Carlito walks off as we go to a commercial break before his match with Gregory Helms tonight.

**Commercial**

“Cool” hits as we come back from the commercial with Carlito making his way to the ring. Taz mentions how this tournament next week to launch the careers of a superstar. With Carlito being one of those who want it. Once in the ring Carlito places his apple in the corner.

“It’s Time” hits with Gregory Helms making his Smackdown debut since being drafted on Monday. Getting a solid pop from the crowd Helms runs to the ring, jumping through the ropes. We are sure in for a hell of a match up tonight.

Singles Match
Gregory Helms vs Carlito

In a fast paced match up tonight both these men had signs of ability. We Carlito being able to use his dirty tactics and Helms using his high flying attacks. For a mid-card match the crowd were into it. It took them awhile, however these two had a majority of the crowd on the edge of their seat. Carlito couldn’t keep with the offence so he went to the outside. Looking for some type of rest Carlito began to move around the ringside area. However Helms took no such time in waiting. He quickly went after Carlito, running up and diving onto him. Both men were down on the outside with the ref counting. They made it into the ring, with Helms in control at this point. He sent Carlito into the ropes, and then connected with a huge flying forearm from half way across the ring. It appeared like Carlito was out, with Helms going for his finisher. Carlito pushed him away, only to have Helms backflip into a reverse DDT. It was like WCW all over again with Helms doing amazing flips, and stunts to keep control. You should never count Carlito out however. He was able to fight back, hitting several impact moves. We saw Helms duck a clothesline and go for the finisher. But Carlito was able to find something inside him, countering into a backstabber. He went into the cover and got the three count for the win tonight.

Winner: Carlito (05:30)

“Cool” hits with Carlito gets a small amount of heat from the crowd. He grabs his apple from the corner, taking a huge bite out of it. He leans forward and spits it in the face of Helms. The apple goes over the face of Helms, as Carlito begins to make his way back. His cocky grin all over his face Carlito makes his way up the ramp. Helms begin to stir in the ring, cleaning the apple from his face.

The camera switches backstage with World Champion Edge walking backstage. He is congratulated by several Smackdown superstars for winning the title. As Edge goes to enter his locker room, Batista puts his hand on Edges shoulder. Slowly Edge begins to turn around, and when he does a smile comes over the face of our champion. Of course Edge asks what Batista wants or is looking for. Batista replies that he is just here to deliver a message. Tonight they have a job to do, but in no way are they friends. Tonight he wants to get his hands on JBL. But in the very near future, Batista wants to get his hands on that title. Edge tells Batista that he will not back down from anybody, never has and never will. If Batista names the time, then Edge will be fine to do it. The two stare at each other as we leave.

**Commercial**

We return from the break with Todd Grisham standing by for a quick interview. He gives us the normal welcome back to Smackdown stuff before introducing his guest--- Booker T. In walks Booker T who is pumped up for his match next. The first question by Grisham is how Booker feels about all this young talent coming up. The response from Booker is that he enjoys seeming young talents work their way up. However Booker can’t stand some of the boys who think everything should be handed to them. People need to work hard, just like Booker did. Before Grisham can ask the next question Chris Masters barges forward. He pushes Grisham out of the way and gets in the face of Booker. Masters tries to intimidate Booker by pushing out his muscles. However it doesn’t make Booker step back at all. In fact Booker moves forward and this may be about to blow here. No words are exchanged as Masters smirks, then he begins to walk backward. We hear Bookers music in the background as we change to ringside.

“Can You Dig It” hits with Booker T making his way out to the ring. This former World Champion is looking to make a statement tonight, that being he still has it. A place in the John Cena tournament could be up for grabs here. A win would put one of these men to the front running.

"The Masterpiece" hits as the lights go out. A spotlight is shown on the top of the stage, with Chris Masters on his knee. Fireworks go off as Masters stands, flexing at the same time. He makes his way to the ring with the women staring at his body.

Singles Match
Booker T vs Chris Masters

The match begins with Booker T standing back in the corner, watching as Masters continues to be as arrogant. His attention is not even on the match, Booker T however is focused. They lock up in the middle of the ring. Masters begins to push Booker toward the ropes. However Booker isn’t giving up this encounter. The two go at it, both pushing at the other with everything they have. Booker seemly breaks the hold, sending Masters stumbling back with a right hand. His hair going everywhere now as Booker strikes at the head of the Masterpiece. Masters is sent into the ropes followed by a clothesline by Booker who covers. We get a two count off the clothesline, with Booker delivering a few kicks. He takes a few steps back before dropping his knee on the chest of Masters.

As Booker looks out at the crowd, Masters gets to his feet. He charges at Booker for an axe handle, only to have Booker duck and connect with a kick to the gut. The crowd jump up as Booker goes for the scissor kick--- MISS! Masters moves out of the way with Booker kicking air and nothing else. Quickly Masters connects with a clothesline which takes Booker down. Now in control Masters looks to continue his assault. He lifts Booker up, placing him on the top turnbuckle. A solid right hand by Masters keeps Booker uneasy.

Slowly Masters steps to the second rope, grabbing the head of Booker. He goes for a superplex, with Booker trying to fight it off. After blocking it at total of three times Booker is finally hit with a superplex. Both men hit hard as a cover is made by Masters. Two count again with Masters not being able to believe it. A quick couple of shots by Masters to keep control here. With a firm grip on the head of Booker, Masters lifts him up onto his shoulders. Masters is showing his strength here, parading around with Booker on his shoulder. Masters slaps Booker on the back and then drops him down with a power slam. A quick cover by Masters gets a two count.

With Booker slowly stirring around in the middle of the ring, Masters move behind him. He yells out for the Master Lock. Slowly Booker makes it to his feet, having to use the ropes to do so. Masters comes forward, trying for the finish. We have connection as Booker begins to struggle. Both these men want it so much. Masters nearly has it, but Booker rolls forward. MASTERS COMES BACK--- GOING FOR IT AGAIN--- COUNTER BY BOOKER--- BOOK END, BOOK END! A cover is made and we get the three count!

Winner: Booker T (05:49)

“Can You Dig It” hits as Booker T makes it to his feet. It seems like the book man is back on the right track. With the ref raising his hand Booker celebrates on the outside with the fans. As Booker makes his way up the ramp, Masters is seen stirring in the ring. He doesn’t look to happy about the result as we switch backstage.

We get a shot of JBL and Billy Kidman who are seen talking. We can’t hear what they are saying, however they don’t talk for long. JBL grabs his hat from a table and the two begin to make their way down to the ramp for our Main Event. This is going to be big. Our New World Champion is in action once we return to Friday Night Smackdown!

**Commercial**

Well it is time, the Maine Event of the evening and the final match of the week. Cole and Taz are very excited to see Edge in action so let’s get right to the match shall we.

“Longhorn” hits with both JBL and Kidman making their way to the ring. No limo tonight from JBL who continues to speak to Kidman down to the ring. They enter the ring to a chorus of boos; it doesn’t look like the people like them too much.

“I Walk Alone” hits with the crowd jumping to their feet in support of Batista. The former World Champion runs out to the ramp, with his pyro blasting in the background. Oh course Batista doesn’t enter the ring, keeping a safe distance away from his opponents.

“Metalingus” hits and the crowd go nuts with cheers for the WORLD CHAMPION EDGE! His Friday Night Smackdown return as a member of the roster is going to be good. With the title around his waist Edge stands on the ramp. He lifts his arms up with the pyro going off. Both Batista and Edge enter the ring, with their opponents making a fast exits. They go to opposite turnbuckles, doing their trademark pose.

Main Event
Tag Team Match
World Champion Edge and Batista vs JBL and Billy Kidman

Well it is Main Event time with Edge and Batista teaming together against JBL and Billy Kidman. It looks like JBL and Batista will be starting us off tonight, with Kidman and Edge on the aprons. Here we go as they lock up in the middle of the ring. A quick break from JBL who then backs up away from Batista. The Animal urges JBL to bring it on. Once again they lock up, this time Batista has a strong hold on JBL to stop him from escaping. Batista lifts JBL off the ground and changers toward the turnbuckle. JBL is slammed into the corner, with Batista following up with a flurry of punches. The crowd begin to count them out as Batista strikes harder as each one connects. With JBL hurt here Batista sends him across the ring with an Irish whip.

On the rebound JBL is hit with a major clothesline which sends him flying back. It has been all Batista here tonight as he brings JBL back up to his feet. The Animal hits a right hand before delivering a kick to the gut. He hooks the arm before lifting JBL up and connecting with a suplex. A quick cover is made which gets a two count. On the apron Edge is calling for a tag, to which Batista shakes off. This little distraction allows JBL to come from behind and take Batista down with a chop block. After being under fire for most of the match JBL is getting in some strong offense. A tag is made to Kidman who comes flying over the top rope with an elbow drop. Quick cover off the elbow is broken by Edge who is forced out by the ref.

Slowly Batista gets to his feet, having to use the ropes to do so. Here comes Kidman who runs toward Batista looking for a clothesline. Batista however is able to duck and send Kidman over the top rope but not to the ground. Kidman is able to land on the apron, without Batista knowing. The Animal thinks Kidman is down on the outside, and begins to make his way over to the corner for a tag to Edge. Quickly Kidman rushes to a corner and dives across the ring with a missile drop kick to the back of Batista. He stumbles forward hitting his head on the bottom turnbuckle. Luckily for him Edge is able get a blind tag, getting a HUGE pop from the crowd.

In comes the champ who quickly goes on the attack. Several strikes to the head of Kidman gives Edge the advantage. He sends Kidman into the ropes and then connecting with a flapjack. The people are on fire now as Edge hits JBL with a forearm to send him down to the floor. This little move gives Kidman as chance as he runs from behind and connects with a dropkick. Edge goes forward with Kidman charging forward and rolling Edge up. A long two count here as Kidman goes into a mount position. Nailing our champ who thunderous shots. You can see Kidman getting confidence in this match. He gets to his feet leaving Edge down. With Batista watching from the outside Kidman begins to mock The Animal.

A tag is made by JBL who slowly walks around Edge. His boot is slammed off the head of Edge which turns him around. The people go up with heat as JBL grabs Edge by his hair. Yelling at him that he is nothing more than a boy. A slap to the face by JBL gets a big boo from the crowd. He lifts Edge onto his shoulders before slamming him down with a running powerslam. Both legs are hooked for a cover on Edge, which only gets two. JBL is first to his feet and even begins to taunt Batista. He allows Edge to make it to a vertical base, and is calling for the clothesline to finish it. He it comes- NO HE MISSED!

Edge ducks the clothesline from hell and runs forward. He rebounds off the ropes with a shoulder block, knocking down the former champion. Quickly JBL is to his feet, with Edge following with several punches. The match is picking up with Edge sending JBL into the ropes. A blind tag is made from Kidman without Edge knowing. On the rebound Edge nails the perfect backbody drop and a cover is made. The ref doesn’t count as JBL isn’t the legal man. Edge is screaming what is happening. He doesn’t see Kidman behind him!

Edge turns directly into a DDT from Kidman. Another cover from Kidman gets a two count which doesn’t impress him. Kidman begins to argue with the ref on the decision, with the official saying he is only doing his job. Kidman shakes his head before grabbing Edge by the arm. He twist it around and begins to move him toward the corner. But being the true champion he is, Edge fights! He is able to roll forward and send Kidman flying outside the ring. The crowd pop as Edge dives toward the corner and here comes BATISTA! JBL tries to run interference but is hit with a spear from Batista. He grabs JBL by the head and throws him over the top rope.

Slowly Batista turns to Kidman who is making his way back into the ring. Batista grabs him and pulls Kidman over the top rope. A look of fear comes over the face of Kidman who is hit with a spinebuster. The Animal begins to shake the ropes, exploding with rage now. He points to the World Champion and says “You’re Next” before hitting the powerbomb on Kidman. A cover is made and we have the three count.

Winners: Edge and Batista (10:54)

“I Walk Alone” hits with Edge and Batista getting the victory tonight. With Edge holding the World Championship in his hands both men come face to face. Batista looks at his lost title and then looks directly into the eyes of Edge. The two exchange some words with it being clear that Batista makes the statement “That’s mine and I want it back.” But then the light go out with the screen lighting up with a video package playing!

I really loved Smackdown tonight prophet. My favorite match would be the main event, but to me the Moore/Mysterio was the second main event. I really really marked out when that video played in the end of the night. I was so excited, thinking of him, and Angle going at it. Along with him and JBL, or edge. I really was happy with this show. I wish we could have gotten the begining of the tournament for the US title. But cannot wait for next week, with Lesnar, Cena, and JBL's reactions.

Great work bud

Theo's Live Review!

Already Proph my homie, it is long overdue, but here is my review! Let's get this show on the road shall we.

Here comes the champ! Nice little promo from Edge. I prefer Edge's heel work on the mic, but this works here and makes us feel like we've been on the road with Edge the whole while. Rated R Era, damn skippy baby. Oh shit, here comes the former champ. Title match tonight? Could it be? But wait here comes Big Dave. Can't think The Animal is gonna be in a good mood tonight. Batista speaking the truth here. Something has to be up here. I'm thinking number one contender match between him and JBL tonight. Tag team match. Batista and Edge vs. JBL and Kidman. Really Kidman?? Oh must have been a typo, next line has Kennedy which makes me a bit more excited. Big time main event tonight, looking forward to it. Well written promo, got Edge over as champ and we see JBL whine and complain like a heel should and Batista having no nonsense and just wants his title back.

Tag team match with jobbers. Bashams have this in the bag. Yup figured. Not much to say. Typical jobber match, simplistic and to the point.

JBL bullying Long, vintage JBL. Oh damn, TL sticking up for himself. I liked this segment. Long looks strong as a GM and JBL gets over for his bullying tactics that he is known for. Well done sir.

Not sure about the Cena promo. Just doesn't seem very Cena like, but I like the fact he put over the midcard talent and seems excited for the tourney. I'll reserve judgement on the whole potential Cena attitude change once it goes full swing.

This should be a fun little diddy here. I expect the champ to go over, but Moore and Hardy will definitely give him a run for his money. Nice little match there. Well written and outcome was as I expected. Sounds like there could be some tension between Hardy and Moore building up as Hardy was clearly disappointed in the outcome. Interested to see how that turns out and who is up next for Rey Rey.

Angle putting Edge down as champ? I like that. It'll make Edge's defense (if he is victorious) that much sweeter and Edge can prove himself to the best of 'em. Onto Mr. Kennedy here. Loved the promo. Kennedy seems like a sadistic mofo and that is awesome. Well written and knowing Taker he'll manage to rise out of the sea. I smell a Wrestlemania match in the future.

Angle vs. OJ, here we go. OJ is a bit more serious than he is in modern times, so I won't completely count him out. However I can't see him taking down Kurt freaking Angle. OJ looks decent in the match, but like I expected Angle prevails. Nice little match there.

Nice little Carlito promo. Garners some heat and puts Carlito as a serious threat to the championship should he get the chance. And now a Carlito match against Greggy Helms. I expect this to be a potential show stealer. And indeed it was just that. Would have liked to see it get more time, but it was a nice showcase of talent and well written. Carlito prevails, which should have happened to gather up some momentum potentially for this tournament.

Here we go, Book vs Masters. Nice little matchup here. Again a bit short, but both guys looked strong and Book had to earn the victory here with a counter to the Masterlock.

Oh so it is Billy Kidman. Obviously that little blipup earlier is the only issue with my show at this point as it puts the reader at a state of confusion. This is a chance for Kidman to show us just what he is made of. Batista dominant early on here, but Kidman slows him down. Good to see as I was questioning Kidman's involvement in the match. Now Kidman and the champ are exchanging offense, both looking good. Kidman gets JBL in and JBL seems to take care of Edge. Could this be the end? Nope, Edge finds the wherewithal to avoid the clothesline. Edge now has the momentum, blind tag could be costly. Down goes Edge, again I found myself impressed with Kidman. Edge needs to find away to get Big Dave in. Here we go, Edge gets some time and yes! Here comes The Animal. Batista dominates here and just flat out destroys everyone in his path. Love it! Big Dave just made himself the favorite for Edge's title with this performance. Good match, definitely the best of the night and as it should have been being the main event.

Oo la la, a video package to end the show. What do we got here? Well fuck me sideway, Brock Lesnar to SD. Hot diggity damn. I've never been a Lesnar fan, but this throws everyone a curve and I can't wait to see what you do with Brock on SD.

Overall the show was well written. I thought the all blue would be tough on the eyes, but it was easier to read than I had expected. All the matches were well written and made the superstars involved look good. Would have liked to see some longer matchups on the midcard, but I'll live. Like I said during the main event, the Kidman/Kennedy typo is the only issue with the show. Great work otherwise and looking forward to reading on.

Ok, it's review time!

Really enjoyed the show, I'm just gonna touch on some main points if that's ok with you.

Nice little promo to open things up with Edge, Batista, & JBL. I liked Edge's dialog, but I thought he would've been better if he was sort of a heelish face. Like a face that doesn't sound like the same thing. You know, "I fight for what's right" and all that. But it was good nonetheless. Like the interaction between these two (Triple Threat Match maybe?) Also, interesting choice picking Kidman for JBL's partner.

I digged Cena's promo, but I don't know if it's me, but it seemed a little standoff-ish and not Cena like. Maybe have some brave soul come out and show Cena up? I do like the idea of that Tournament to determine a #1 Contender. Sets up the possibility for some great matches.

Mysterio vs Moore was a pretty solid contest. I honestly thought it was going to be a squash, but he held his own.

Good win for Carlito. Looking forward to see what you're going to do with him.

The Main Event was very good. Kidman proved he could hang with the big boys and rightfully so. Good thing you didn't have JBL take the pin for that one haha and of course there's the face off with the faces after the match to build some tension which was a good touch.

I must say I love that you closed the show with the Brock Lesnar promo video. I hope his return hype comes with a big payoff.

Overall, a good show. Great, solid matches, and working towards the storylines for the US Title and World Title and I'm looking forward to all the pieces falling into place for Armageddon.

Here's my review.

Have an opening promo by Edge, and he seems to be a face here. It's different as I am used to a heel Edge, but he sounded good on the mic. We'll see how he interacts on Smackdown! And JBL - he sounds like his usual bully self. I like this promo, this is really nailed. And here comes Batista. I like him cutting straight to the point about the title. Here we go with the main event and Kidman is the fourth man. Interesting, but he's always been a solid star so we'll see how it goes. JBL and Long segment was different, I like how Teddy stands up for himself. But JBL getting the last word, he could be getting close to getting the old boot.

I like Cena's promo. He seems to be out for himself, showing that Ruthless Aggression that got him here in the first place. The tourney should be good. Nice little average TV matches to fill up the show. Mysterio/Moore will always be good, so no shock there. The Kennedy promo was dark but I have to wonder what is the future for the Undertaker. This should be good. Like the intensity by Angle and him still on a mission for the title. And here is Carlito.

Like the promo by Carlito, really hitting it here. We'll see how cool he is if he is in the tourney. Like the victory over Helms. The Booker promo was good and another decent TV match, not really anything to write home about, but it works and it serves it's purpose.

Main event time. Batista dominating out of the gate. JBL hits the chop block - tag by JBL. Kidman showing his stuff, nice elbow drop. Kidman getting in some offense. Edge is in, and some back and forth between Kidman and Edge in the middle here. Nice stuff. Good match so far. Here comes JBL back in and Edge is down and getting beaten down badly. Okay, here comes Edge offensively and Kidman in on the tag. We got Batista now, and JBL is attacked. Kidman in trouble - signs of tension between Edge and Batista - and it's over, solid victory for Batista and Edge. Kidman showing he can hang with the big boys tonight. More Edge/Batista interaction and - what is this? Video package. I'm really sigging this package. And...here comes the pain! Lesnar is coming back, and we are left hanging. Smackdown is heating up.

Good show. I enjoyed it, can't wait to see more. Solid work.

Thanks for the reviews guys and expect them back from me sometime this week or early next. The point of Billy Kidman being in the main event was to make a new big player in the thread. After pointing a fine performance on Smackdown a Kidman push is going to begin. Exams are finished for awhile now so I have time to really get into this thing. So I'm glad people enjoyed the show and here is something for your troubles--- A RAW Preview!

rawdaprophet.png

Well after what was a huge week in World Wrestling Entertainment we will kick of the new week with a major Monday Night RAW. With just two weeks before TLC I'm sure that the current WWE Champion will have something to say. The man known as Justice has been the force to fear since debuting and at this point is unstoppable. This week Justice goes into action with his tag partner Muhammad Hassan and they will go against Shawn Michaels and his partner the Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy. With the rivals facing off this week I'm saw something is going to go down in a bad way.

Plus we will see another Church member in Kane appear on RAW. After being attacked by Triple H last week Kane is sure to have something to say. These two men have clashed in past battles but nothing as personal as this. The WWE Championship is something not to be handed to the next person. Triple H was cost the title by Kane over a month ago and is now looking for vengeance. Will he find the revenge he wants or will Kane continue to be a throne in his side?

With the words of Vince McMahon be heard last week the tag division is being given a new life. So this week two of the teams in the WWE will face off with the winning team going to face of the champions at TLC. The two teams will be Beer Money representing The Church and the reformed Worlds Greatest Tag Team who are both on the Smackdown brand. Only one team can go onto TLC and face off for the tag team titles, who will it be?

We found out last week Randy Orton and Chris Jericho will meet in one on one action at TLC for the first time. With two weeks before they meet Eric Bischoff has come up with an idea to bring excitement to the crowd for RAW. Chris Jericho will get the chance to decide both the opponent and the type of match Randy Orton will be having! Yes Jericho has so much power but so does Orton. He will also get the chance to pick the opponent and the type of match Jericho will have. These two men hate each other with a passion, what will they pick for the other?

First off, I'll get a review to you soon. Haven't had chance to comment on many recently as I am busy but am off next week. I liked the Kidman thing; like you say, you need to build your own stars AND make it believable. It's similar to how I built Kofi up - some comments weren't sure but then people thought he could win the title by the end of the push.

Promise a review soon. KUTGW!

GCB's REVIEW: SMACKDOWN

Loved it, loved it, loved it!

World Championship picture is looking amazing right now. You've got Edge, Batista, JBL, Angle, promotion of Kidman, Mr. Kennedy waiting in the wings and Taker to come out of the box some time. And now you're adding Brock Lesnar - awesome job. I love the way you introduced that Lesnar was coming ... I've thought about bringing him into my BT before but decided not to. However, I think he could be a massive addition here. Problem you will have is how to keep everybody involved - you're going to end up with Triple Threats and Fatal 4-Ways all over the shop, especially with less PPV's! SMACKDOWN PPV's should be very, very interesting.

While I am interested in the World CHampionship, I'm going to keep an eye on the mid-card in particular for you from now on, Proph. That's the only criticism of such a stellar top deck of superstars - how will the mid-carders break in? You're teasing Billy Kidman but Cena should head that way soon, you've got RVD and Carlito possibly too. Orlando Jordan impressing as well. I like the tournament idea - always a solid move to add some interest and intrigue and to involve more people. Good start and, like I said, I'm going to take particular interest in your mid-card from now on - fair warning there!

Kennedy and Taker - great suspense build here. Next week should be epic. How is Taker going to escape this one? Maybe he won't - yet - maybe you'll sink him! I'd sink him, have Kennedy move on (maybe World Title) and then have Taker's usual creepy stuff ... Kennedy returns to the coffin in the water and dredges it up. Opens it and nobody is there :O Cue a miraculous PPV return from the Deadman!

One small criticism: Bashams vs. Johnny and Scotty?!!! Surely there is a 'jobber' team you could have used man?!!

9/10 TV show!

rawdaprophet.png

October 10th
Arizona; Tempe – Wells Fargo Arena

The show begins with all the lights off with the crowd silent. Everyone is watching, looking, wondering what is going on tonight. The announcers (Ross and Lawler) don’t say a word as the big screen lights up. It shows the past month of dominance by the reigning WWE Champion Justice and The Church. It makes a point to show Justice beating Triple H and leaving him covered with blood at Survivor Series. Then it shows the return of Shawn Michaels in 2002 and his comeback story. With a video playing and clips of Justice flashing in between it. The video ends with Justice and Shawn Michaels being made to look directly at each other. The lights in the arena come on as Ross and Lawler ask questions about the video which played. After a minute or two we get to the action of the WWE!

“Slow Chemical”

Flames burst from the stage as The Church make their way to the ring. James Mitchell, Justice, Kane and Beer Money all stand tall inside the square circle. With a microphone in his hand James Mitchell address the audience. He begins by saying how in just 13 days another fool will try to take away something which doesn’t belong to them. That being the WWE Championship, which belongs to The Church. After seeing his best friend fall to the power Shawn Michaels will attempt to do what no man can do, beat Justice. Shawn Michaels has been called an Icon, a legend, Mr WrestleMania. However there is something not even Shawn Michaels will be called- CHAMPION! Mitchell rants on about how Michaels has no hope in the world. If someone like Triple H couldn’t stop Justice, what hope does Shawn have? These people here tonight can see it, I can see it, and the wrestlers can see it. Shawn Michaels has no chance in hell of beating Justice. Mitchell goes to continue but the hand of Justice covers the microphone before pulling it away. He brings it up to his mouth and speaks. Justice reminds us of how strong he has been since the debut of The Church. Can anyone really believe they have a chance to stop him? Justice shakes his head and raises his voice. I’m the unstoppable force in this company and that is a fact. Shawn Michaels you have a dream of one last Main Event. Well I’m going to give it to you. At Tables, Ladders and Chairs your final shot will end. You will fall just like all the others. Holding up the title, this is mine and will continue to be mine forever. I’ll hold this title to the end of time because nobody can stop me. I’m the man, the monster, I’m Justice! And all will fall to my feet!

“Sexy Boy”

A MASSIVE ovation for Shawn Michaels who struts half way down the ramp. Michaels looks around at his fans and they all begin to chant “HBK”. He grabs a microphone and enters the danger zone of the ring. Shawn pretends to clean his ears and asks if he heard Justice correctly. Did he just say he is unstoppable? Well nobody is unstoppable, nothing can last forever and even Justice has a weakness. All the members of The Church shake their heads at the thought. Oh you don’t believe me says Shawn, well even Hulk Hogan had a weakness. Every single person has a weakness and Justice I know what yours is. Your weakness is that you need James Mitchell to be at your side. Oh yeah- that is the weakness in your armour Justice. If not for James Mitchell you are nothing more than a big dumb demon.

Cheers from the crowd as Justice goes to move onto Michaels but Mitchell holds him back. See what I mean says Shawn who has just demonstrated his point. James Mitchell moves toward Shawn and replies, saying he does what are best for Justice. He makes the right decision to benefit Justice and the entire group. While Shawn Michaels does what is best for him. You stand there thinking that you are so perfect. Well I’m sorry to say that you are wrong! You’re selfish and only care about yourself. While us in The Church all fight for a common purpose. It is all about helping each other to a better future. We have a goal of making it to WrestleMania with Justice as champion and you will not stop that. Shawn cuts him off and says that that dream will not happen. It doesn’t matter how many of you in The Church you have, because at TLC it will be one on one. In a match that was made famous by Michaels, a ladder match. Michaels goes up to Justice, and says that he will need to bring everything he has. Because in a ladder match you can’t rely on someone else to save you. It is all up to you, nobody else can take the fall from the ladder. Justice in 13 days your title reign will end, enjoy it why it lasts.

“Sexy Boy” hits as Shawn Michaels drops the mic and exits the ring. He got the last word tonight, but will be gain the title. With The Church boiling with rage inside the ring Michaels delivers a crotch chop at the top of the stage. We go to commercial Justice, James Mitchell and Kane exit the ring and walk up the ramp. Leaving Beer Money who are in action when we return to Monday Night RAW!

~Commercial~

We return to RAW with “Slow Chemical” playing in the background as Beer Money mouth off against the crowd. Jim Ross and Lawler give the basic chit chat about how important this match is. Ross talks about how the winning team will go onto face The Bashams at the upcoming TLC PPV event. But their competition are no jobbers, they are the World Greatest Tag Team!

“World’s Greatest” hits and here comes the greatest tag team on earth. Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas appear from behind the curtain for the first time in a couple of years. This reunited tag team hopes to reach the gold they had years ago.

Number One Contenders Match
Tag Team Match
Beer Money vs World’s Greatest Tag Team

The bell sounds as we kick off the start of this major match. It’ll be Shelton Benjamin going against James Storm here. With Storm being cocky as ever the two lock up. Quickly Storm turns it into a side headlock, allowing him to move Shelton around the ring. A shot to the face connects from Storm who sends Shelton into the corner. Storm charges forward but Shelton uses his athletic ability to leap frog over the top of Storm. He lands on his feet and then connects with an arm drag to send Storm flying across the ring.

Both men are up quickly with Storm turning right into a huge flying forearm by Shelton. Down he goes as Shelton strikes with a couple of kicks to the back of Storm. A look over to the corner and a tag is made to Charlie Haas. Straight to the mat goes Haas who wraps his legs around the abdomen of Storm and applies a sleeper. The arms of Storm begin to fly all over the place as Haas is choking him out here. It doesn’t last much longer as Roode comes and breaks it up. A few shots to the head of Haas before Shelton comes back flies toward Roode with a missile dropkick.

Down goes Roode, rolling to the outside after taking the hit. He stands up on the outside but is again nailed by Shelton who comes flying with a suicide dive over the top rope. Both are down as we focus back inside the ring. Both Haas and Storm are standing with Haas going behind, connecting with a German suplex. He keeps the hands lock as Haas delivers another one. This is a clinic for Storm who is nailed with a third, fourth and then a fifth suplex before Haas breaks and covers for a two count. Several shots to the head by Haas who gets to his feet first. Dragging Storm over to the corner does Haas who checks around for his partner. With his hands on the rope Haas drives his boot into the chest of Storm. The crowd count out the boots, with them all connecting on a trapped Storm.

Finally Shelton makes it to the apron and gets the tag. He pulls Storm out from the corner and covers for a two count. Not surprising as Shelton lifts him to a vertical base. A right hand by Shelton sends Storm backward before he flings him into the ropes. A clothesline attempt by Shelton is ducked and Storm fires back with a neckbreaker. No cover is made as Storm grabs Shelton by the head and pulls him over to the corner. A couple of punches connect and so does a tag to Roode. A double team by Beer Money who both fire away with punches and kicks to Shelton.

Here comes Haas who tries to help his partner but finds himself hit with the Last Call superkick from James Storm. Beer Money can taste the victory and Roode and Storm get into position for the DWI. The crowd hold watch on as Beer Money nail Shelton with their tag finisher. Roode hocks the leg and gets the certain pinfall victory to gain a tag title shot at TLC!

Winners: Beer Money (07:21)

“Slow Chemical” plays with the crowd going up with heat. They hate the fact that TLC seems to be a very Church packed show. Beer Money has their hands raised in victory as they celebrate inside the ring. Storm grabs his beer bottle and takes a huge sip, spilling some on the mat. The people continue to boo as Beer Money makes their way up the ramp. It seems The Church is going to be in possession of even more gold after TLC.

The camera changes to the office of the General Manager Eric Bischoff who is seen talking on his phone. He seems to be arguing with someone but suddenly stops. Slowly Bischoff hangs up the phone and we find out why he has stopped. RANDY ORTON is in the room and doesn’t look happy at all. Orton moves forward and asks why the hell Bischoff has allowed Jericho the chance to pick Orton’s opponent tonight? Quickly Bischoff replies by saying he gave Orton the same chance, so why is Orton angry? Slowly Orton begins to shake his head, he says that not knowing his opponent could get him injured. Orton reminds Bischoff that he is one of the biggest stars on this show and it was not knowing his opponent that cost Orton the Intercontinental Championship eight days after he won it. Do you think that is fair asks Orton? Bischoff straightens up, saying that tonight Orton needs to focus. If he doesn’t win then that is his problem. If he gets hurt, then Bischoff we do something to help but in the end it isn’t his problem. The two end their conversation with Orton leaving the room, slamming the door behind him.

Now we are in the locker room of The Church with Beer Money arriving after their victory tonight. They are welcomed by James Mitchell who says he is very proud of his boys. Tonight it will be a huge victory for them. Once Justice teaches Shawn Michaels a lesson and then Kane can see to Triple H tonight. Mitchell says that in 13 days The Church will be rid of Triple H and finally have full control over their road to greatness. And they will have the tag team titles in their hands. And Shawn Michaels is nothing more than a smug on their path according to James Mitchell. He is of no threat to them or the WWE Championship in the eyes of James Mitchell. The group gather round to hear the orders of James Mitchell for tonight as we go to commercial now. What could be in store for the superstars as The Church go on the hunt tonight?

~Commercial~

Back from commercial we are somewhere backstage, a stairwell or something. It is dark, with a man sitting on one of the steps with a hooded jumper over his head. His face is just visible, and we can see it is CM Punk. His hair is wet as he lifts his head to the camera. Punk speaks softly, in a slow tone of voice. He begins by saying that while he has only been here for a few weeks, Punk can already see the weakness in each superstar in the WWE. One of the weakest being this new warrior, or so he calls himself. This guy named Sheamus has come onto the scene, taking my spotlight says Punk. How dare he kick me in the face on my debut? And then when I had the match won last week, Sheamus screwed it up. He cost me the WWE Championship match at TLC. It was mine demands Punk, I had it won. Punk leans forward and looks directly into the camera. He says that this company will not find salvation until CM Punk is champion. And Sheamus, you are a problem which must be destroyed. CM Punk is the man to do so. Punk is on a quest, to bring the salvation to the WWE. It begins by taking out the problems, Sheamus is a problem. Next week, Punk is going to clean the WWE of its problems.

“One of a Kind” hits as we return to the ringside area. Out from the curtain appears Rob Van Dam, someone who was drafted over to RAW from Smackdown last week. The crowd give a solid pop for Mr Monday Night who runs to the ring.

“The Game” hits to a thunderous ovation for one of the best in the business. Triple H struts out and down the ramp. He is focused as ever on the job at hand tonight. He gives a quick glance around the area for something before entering the ring. Come to think of it, Triple H seems a little off. Maybe his mind is on other things rather than the match?

Singles Match
Triple H vs Rob Van Dam

What a return to RAW for RVD who goes straight onto the attack in this match. Several forearms to the face of Triple H connect by RVD who sends him flying into the ropes. Quickly RVD connects with a spinning kick which knocks down The Game and has him rolling to the outside of the ring. Yes it appears like Triple H is distracted, he isn’t on his game tonight. From inside the ring RVD looks down at Triple H and yells at him to enter the ring. The fans begin to chant for Triple H, pushing him to get back into the match.

Here we go again as Triple H slides into the ring and tackles RVD down to the mat. He unleashes with his sledgehammer right hands to the head. Unloaded right now is Triple H, with RVD trying to cover up here. Now on his feet Triple H grabs RVD by the hair, hitting a quick shot to the face. With the arm hocked Triple H nails a perfect suplex which is followed by a cover, which gets a two count. No luck for Triple H who drags RVD over to the ropes. Bringing the leg against the rope before jumping and dropping his knee against the leg of RVD. It doesn’t look good as Triple H is taking out the knee of RVD.

Again and again Triple H continues to work on the leg of RVD. Making sure he can’t use the high flying game which has won him countless championships. The Game stands up straight and looks around the building, causing the fans to pop as he stares at them. He waits for RVD to stand up, which he does by using the ropes. An attempt at the chopblock is countered by RVD who uses the ropes to sling himself behind Triple H. The crowd can’t keep up with this as RVD hits a hard kick to the back of head of Triple H, sending him stumbling down into the middle rope.

Someone call Mysterio as RVD runs forward as best he can, jumps onto the back of Triple H. Stomping on him while keeping a hold of the top rope. After taking several strong boots Triple H falls back into the middle of the ring, taking a cover from RVD. Two count there with RVD thinking he had this match. He hits a quick shot to the face of Triple H before taking a few steps back. He runs off the ropes and hits a signature move with……ROLLING THUNDER! Cover now………only a two count! Damn it was so close to being over and RVD knows it.

RVD grabs Triple H by the head, pulling him to a vertical base. A kick to the stomach connects as RVD goes for a DDT. Counter by Triple H who is able to hit a spinebuster. The crowd go up as Triple H stands on his feet. He calls for the Pedigree here and the people are going nuts now. Kick to the gut connects and here we go. PEDI----

“Slow Chemical”

HOLY SHIT, IT’S KANE THE BIG RED MONSTER IS COMING FOR TRIPLE H NOW! THE CROWD GO UP WITH HEAT AS TRIPLE H DROPS RVD AND TURN HIS ATTENTION TO KANE. THE TWO STARE INTO THE EYES OF EACH OTHER, BOTH STANDING THEIR GROUND. BUT WAIT, TURN AROUND TRIPLE H!!!!

His attention to Kane, RVD is standing, waiting for his chance. Triple H doesn’t see this coming with RVD rolling him up for a pinfall combination.

He got it RVD has beaten Triple H tonight, he has done it!

Winner: Rob Van Dam (06:01)

“One of a Kind” hits but the focus is still on Kane who stands at the top of the ramp. He never entered the ring yet he cost Triple H a match. This issue between them has to come to a point, when will that be? A massive win for RVD tonight as we go to commercial, on Monday Night RAW!

~Commercial~

Back from the break we are with Todd Grisham who introduces his guest at this time… Chris Jericho. With only a few minutes before we see Jericho in action Grisham asks what Chris has in store for Randy Orton tonight? Arrogant as ever Jericho replies by saying that he has got a person that will destroy Orton in a second. He had no chance to gain a victory tonight. While it doesn’t matter who Orton picked for Jericho, why? Because Chris Jericho is a legend, a god among men. He is the best in the world at what he does and that is a fact. Jericho grabs the microphone, speaking directly to Randy Orton. “It doesn’t matter who you have picked Randy, because in 13 days you’ll be watching this program from a hospital bed with Ric Flair”. You’ll be gone so enough and I will be the one to send you there. He hands the mic back to Grisham as Jericho walks off, his match is up next!

As we switch to the ringside area Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler go over how this match will work. Jericho will face an opponent selected by Randy Orton in a match which has been picked by Orton also. They continue to talk as we head inside the ring with Lillian Garcia. She tells us that by order of Randy Orton the following match will be a Stretcher match. The only way to win is to put your opponent on the stretcher and push them over the white line at the top of the ramp.

“Break Down the Walls” hits causing the crowd to go up with heat, they really do hate Chris Jericho. The mastermind, Y2J or whatever you want to call him makes his way down the ramp. He runs his hand along the stretcher before entering the ring. We now wait for the opponent. Still nothing as Jericho begins to yell down the ramp for his opponent. He grabs the microphone from Lillian and begins to rant. Jericho reminds us that he beat both Austin and The Rock on the same night. He has beaten everyone in the business that is worth anything. It doesn’t matter who my opponent is says Jericho, because he can defeat anyone!

“Gold Medal”

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!!!

Kurt Angle is here on Monday Night RAW and is going to be facing off against Chris Jericho. This is going to be an amazing match for sure. In comes Angle who is wearing the red, white and blue gear tonight. He gets in the face of Jericho and we all know the history between these two. The ref gives the signal and this match is on!

Stretcher Match
Chris Jericho vs Kurt Angle

These two men know each other so well and we can see this from the start of the match. Angle goes for a takedown but Jericho is able to back off, hitting a swift kick to the head. It rocks Angle sending him backward, allowing Jericho to jump onto Angle and hammer away with shots to the head. It has become a brawl it seems as both men are trading punches on the ground. A wild shot by Jericho gets him in trouble as Angle goes into the sleeper. The crowd go up as Angle is choking him out! Jericho is in trouble here, if Angle can choke him out than this will be a sure win for the Smackdown star. A hand gets to the ropes for Jericho but it will not break anything.

Slowly he begins to fade but Jericho isn’t giving up. He is able to rake the eyes of Angle and cause a break in the hold. The fans boo now as Jericho rolls to the outside, trying to have some time to recover. Jericho is seen leaning against the guard rail as Kurt Angle slides outside the ring on the opposite side. Here he comes, Angle runs around the ring and charges at Jericho. In a brilliant spot Jericho counters with a drop toe hold, sending Angle head first into the rail. The fans near the attack turn around as Angle’s head hits hard. Quickly Jericho begins to hit Angle in the back of the head and the top of the neck. It seems like Jericho is in control here, taking a few steps back and driving the boot into the chest.

His attention now switches to the stretcher who is to his right. Jericho grabs Angle by the straps on his gear, pulling him over to the stretcher. A forearm to the head sends Angle stumbling back, leaning against the stretcher. Jericho yells something out which we don’t pick up but the fans boo anyway. He charges at Angle for a clothesline but Angle nails a backdrop onto the stretcher to save his skin. Angle has to hold onto the stretcher at first to stop it from flipping. But now he hammers away with a couple of right hands. The pushing begins as Angle moves Jericho to the finish line. But this isn’t over yet as Jericho kicks Angle in the face, sending him tripping over backward.

This is his chance and Jericho knows it. Jericho gets off the stretcher and begins to stomp on the exposed body parts of Angle. He begins to yell at Angle to get up and fight. Screaming at him to come get some more. Jericho uses this chance to grab a weapon, a chair that a security guard was sitting on. With the weapon in hand Jericho begins to mouth off even more. Angle is getting to his feet, he is standing now. He has no idea what is behind him! JERICHO SWINGS WITH THE CHAIR BUT ANGLE DUCKS! GRABBING JERICHO FROM BEHIND AND HITTING THE ANGLE SLAM ON THE STEEL RAMP!

The crowd go up now as Angle pulls down the straps and grabs the chair. Angle goes nuts with several chairs shots to the back of Y2J. The fans chant for more and more as Jericho is getting to his feet from shock. He turns around and is hit in the head with a massive shot. It sends him down and lying across the stretcher. Angle throws the chair down begins to push Jericho toward the finish line. Jericho is out, he has nothing, and he is done! Angle is only a couple of feet away and he gives it one last push which gets the stretcher over the line.

Winner: Kurt Angle (08:34)

“Gold Medal” kicks in with the crowd cheering for Kurt Angle. He has his hand raised by the ref and this trip to RAW has been a very successful one tonight. With Jericho down on the stretcher and Angle celebrating with his fans, the camera turns to Randy Orton who is watching on a television. He is seen clapping and with a smirk on his face. It seems like Randy is very happy with the result tonight. But will he still be happy later tonight in the Main Event.

~Commercial~

Back from the break we see Muhammad Hassan and his manager Daivari. After attacking Jeff Hardy last week I’m sure Hassan will have something to say. Hassan begins by saying that last week he sent a message. Not only a message to Jeff Hardy, but to the entire WWE locker room. Everyone is on notice; Muhammad Hassan is on the path to greatness. Daivari repeats this in a language other than English. Jeff Hardy represents everyone who puts Hassan in a stereotype or a terrorist! He is treated like an animal, like a criminal in society. When has Hassan done anything wrong he asks? Never, he has not once gone against the law of this country. Muhammad Hassan is an Arab American, an American. This is his country to and he doesn’t like being treated like a freaking piece of trash. While he has been a clean cut guy all his life, Jeff Hardy hasn’t. We all know his past but yet he is seen as a hero. How dare you put him above me yells Hassan. He wears the Intercontinental Championship around his waist with disrespect. When I claim the title, I hold it above my head with honour. Jeff Hardy will lose the title to me. Jeffery, you can live your life anyway you want. But don’t drag my title in the mud with you. Hassan and Daivari walk off as the camera switches to the ringside area for the next match up right here on Monday Night RAW!

“Sexy Boy” hits as we waste no time getting to one of the Main Events tonight. Out comes Shawn Michaels who is on cloud nine tonight. Being the number on contender has given Shawn a new life. And he goes up against the WWE Champion in just a moment’s notice.

“No More Words” hits and it signals the arrival of our Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy. He lives life by his own rules and doesn’t do what everyone else tells him to. Hardy high fives a couple of fans on the way to the ring, before meeting with his tag partner for tonight. I wonder how things are going to go tonight with him and Hassan.

“Da.ngr” hits and the crowd go up with heat for the Middle Eastern Assassin. With his manager Daivari with him, Muhammad Hassan slowly makes his way down the ramp. His eyes fixed on Jeff Hardy who holds the Intercontinental Championship in his hands. The fans yell out to Hassan, calling him all types of names. They get a mouth full from Daivari while Hassan stands near the ring apron.

“Slow Chemical” blasts as the people go back to a feeling of fear. Here comes the WWE Champion Justice! The most dominate champion in history of wrestling is making his way to the ring. Hassan follows his partner who steps over the top rope. All four men go face to face with their rival, everyone is standing their ground. The ref gets in and breaks the four up, telling them to go to the corners. Justice appears to be going to start this match, the same with Shawn Michaels. A little preview of TLC maybe?

Tag Team Match
Justice and Muhammad Hassan vs Shawn Michaels and Jeff Hardy

It looks to be that Hassan has gotten the position of staring this match now as he stands inside with Justice on the apron. And he will go up against Shawn Michaels to kick off this major tag team match here. The bell sounds and the crowd can’t wait for this. Hassan looks to lock up but Michaels stays away. Michael’s steps back into the corner, playing mind games with Hassan maybe. It appears to work as Hassan rushes forward, right into the web of Michaels who moves out of the way and pushes Hassan forward into a right hand by Hardy. A solid shot from Hardy causes Hassan to stumbles into a back suplex and then a cover which gets a two count. Not much in it as Hassan nearly got pinned then. Michaels is to his feet first, grabbing Hassan by the arm and kicking him in the ribs.

A swift kick by Michaels allows him to bring Hassan over to the corner and we have a tag to Jeff Hardy. These two rivals come face to face as Hardy twist the arm of Hassan and slings him into the ropes. On the rebound Hardy hits a hard clothesline to take down Hassan. A quick cover gets a one count, with Hassan getting up quickly. Another clothesline from Hardy puts Hassan down but he is up again quickly. Several fast shots to the head of Hassan keeps him rocked and unable to counter. Hardy connects with a kick to the stomach, causing Hassan to bend down. He grabs him by the head, going for the twist of fate. But Hassan is able to push Hardy away and then he goes for the leg, bringing him down to the ground.

Hassan hammers away with strong forearms to the head of the champion now. His purple hair going everywhere as Hassan is in control. On a vertical base now Hassan drops the knee across the right arm, trying to stop the twist of fate for future use. The fans watch on as Hardy is in pain each time Hassan drops the knee across the joints in the arm. With a hand full of hair Hassan brings Hardy to his feet. A kick to the stomach connects followed by a spike DDT. Hardy hits the mat hard of the DDT as a cover is made by Hassan. Only a two count and this match is still alive and going. Hassan looks down at Hardy and thinks about his next move, he notices Justice and gives him the tag.

The people know what is coming and Hardy is down here. Justice enters the ring, brushing his hair out of the way. Justice grabs Hardy by the face! Pulling him to his feet and then driving the knee into the ribs and stomach. Hardy is like a rag doll now, with Justice tearing him apart with huge knees to the mid-section. Hassan is loving this on the outside, cheering on Justice, saying he should break Hardy in half. Justice throws Hardy across the ring and into the corner of Shawn Michaels. Justice looks at Shawn and calls him into the ring.

A tag is made and here we go ladies and gentleman. This is our TLC main event but we are getting it right now! Michael’s vs Justice is on. Justice goes for a clothesline but Michaels ducks and fires back with a Flair chop. The knife edge chop leaves a red mark across the chest of Justice. He goes for a right hand of his own but Michaels is too quick here. Another chop sends Justice stumbling backward. Michaels is going crazy with these shots as Justice is trapped in the corner. The crowd is going nuts as Michaels hammers away with everything he has. Using punches, chops, kicks, anything he can.

Justice begins to fall down in the corner, and is in huge trouble now. Michaels has the champion down and this is his chance. A few steps back for Michaels who then drives his knee into the side of the head of Justice. Slowly Michaels is able to pull Justice into the middle of the ring as we get a cover. Two count only for Michaels who needs to continue this fight. He connects with a boot to the head to keep Justice down before climbing to the top rope. The people stand as Michaels is in a prime position to claim the first victory over Justice. However before he can go for the elbow……HASSAN RUNS OVER AND PUSHES SHAWN OVER AND TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE RING!

The people boo like crazy as Muhammad pretends to play like he didn’t do anything. Michaels is down on the outside with Hardy going to check on him. The ref begins the count as Justice sits up inside the ring. His face shows the rage inside this man. He stands up and looks directly at the wounded Shawn Michaels. Justice goes to the outside and lifts Michaels up. With Shawn on his shoulder Justice rams him into the steel ring post back first. Not once but twice, Justice is using his knowledge of the lower back and the history there for Michaels.

With a hand full of hair Justice sends Michaels into the ring as Hassan looks on. Back in the ring now Justice stalks Michaels, waiting for him to get up. Slowly Michaels uses the ropes to stand but is knocked right back down with a major big boot to the side of the head. It doesn’t look good as Hassan gets the tag and goes for the cover, which gets a two count. Damn it Hassan yells, thinking he had this match won. Now Hassan begins to slap Michaels in the face, telling him he is nothing. That Michaels is weak and useless. As Hassan is mouthing off to Michaels we see James Mitchell come down the ramp.

Justice turns to his leader and they begin to whisper about something. It must be important as Justice walks around and grabs the WWE Champion. He is leaving, Justice is leaving this match. The crowd don’t know what is going on as Hassan is just seeing this. He is going off inside the ring. Yelling at Justice to get back here. The crowd are in shock and so is Hassan. He turns around only to be nailed with a superkick by Michaels and his troubles may be picking up here. A tag to Jeff Hardy gets the people on their feet and we see the swantom bomb. Cover by Hardy on Hassan……we have out three count!

Winners: Shawn Michaels and Jeff Hardy (09:08)

“Sexy Boy” hits as the crowd still can’t believe what he have just seen. Justice just walked out on this match and left Hassan to the mercy of Michaels and Hardy. Both men celebrate as Hardy grabs a microphone to address Hassan. “I guess you could say we’re even, well guess again”. Jeff Hardy has spoken to Eric Bischoff and in 13 days at TLC, it will be Jeff Hardy vs Muhammad Hassan going one on one for the Intercontinental Championship. The fans cheer as Hardy mentions that this path to greatness Hassan speaks about, it doesn’t involve the championship which Hardy holds. The camera switches to the backstage area as Jeff Hardy delivers a major slap to the face of the knocked out Hassan.

Backstage we see Randy Orton walking to the ring for his upcoming match against a mystery opponent. He stops walking for a moment as a smirk comes over his face. The camera reveals Chris Jericho with a black eye after the beating he took tonight. Jericho says that he’ll be out there to see the beating that Orton takes tonight by the hands of the mystery opponent. Of course Randy shakes his hand and replies by saying he can beat anybody who would work with Jericho. Chris makes a comment about Orton having some insurance for his health, which Orton replies by saying he has a very “good” insurance policy. Something about the way he said it didn’t seem right. We fade to black as Jericho is left thinking while Orton walks off.

“Break Down the Walls” hits back in the arena as we prepare for the Main Event tonight. Chris Jericho has to be feeling the effects of the beating he took during the stretcher match. In a fine suit Jericho joins the announcer team as we await the arrival of Randy Orton.

~Commercial~

“Voices” hits and we get a mixed reaction from the crowd here tonight. We all know Orton doesn’t care if you like him but he doesn’t have more appeal than Chris Jericho. Orton is as cold as ever right now, making his way to the ring. He enters the ring, keeping his eyes fixed on Chris Jericho. Lillian Garcia is handed a note and reads it aloud “The following contest will be a falls count anywhere match!” The people cheer as Orton doesn’t seem too angry about the idea. He asks who he is facing and Lillian is handed a second piece of paper. “And introducing the opponent tonight”

“Crank it Up”

NOW THIS IS A HUGE MAIN EVENT RIGHT NOW! THE CROWD ARE GOING NUTS AND ORTON MAY BE ABOUT TO PASS OUT. THE BIG SHOW IS GOING TO BE THE MAN TO FACE RANDY ORTON!

Orton looks down at Jericho who is laughing, he is so happy with this. Orton doesn’t know what to do as Big Show enters the ring. Standing face to face with Orton. Showing how he towers over The Viper.

Falls Count Anywhere Match
Randy Orton vs Big Show

The bell sounds and this major match is going to begin right now. Orton begins by staying away from Big Show, trying to get a quick punch in but not going into action. Jericho begins to make comments about Orton being weak and playing like a girl. Orton goes to the outside before any contact is made, catching himself, trying to think of a plan. Slowly Orton walks past Chris Jericho who yells at Orton to be a man and get into the ring. He does have a point to be honest. Orton gets onto the ring apron and fakes to enter the ring. Show rushes at him and Orton grabs him by the head, pulling him down against the top rope. Show is rocked here as Orton comes running into him, but Orton is knocked half way across the ring. The fans don’t believe it as Orton back himself into a corner. His eyes wide open, a look of fear comes over his face.

Slowly Big Show turns around and has a smile on his face. He makes a fist with his hand and says he will knock him out tonight. Using the ropes Orton pulls himself to a vertical base. He looks at the giant standing before him, and the people chant for Big Show. Randy goes for the huge leg of Big Show but is caught before he can do anything. Show has a hold of Orton by the neck. He lifts Orton off the ground but Randy is able to poke him in the eye, causing a break. Show is blind for the moment as Orton hits a hard low blow, bringing Show down to his knees.

With one hand on the back of the head of Show, Orton hammers away with those fast right hands. He uses the knuckles to try and cut Show open. No luck in covering up for Show as Orton has free reign at the moment. A step back by Orton allows him to nail a kick and then the DDT. No cover as Orton slides to the outside and he looks under the ring. What does he find? Well look a steel chair, how nice. Orton stares at Jericho, reminding him of what happened tonight between Angle and Jericho. It looks like Orton is planning to do it to Big Show. With the chair in hand Orton begins to strike at the body of Big Show. The giant doesn’t have a chance to cover up as Orton drives the chair into his body.

Randy puts the chair in between the ropes, setting up for a possible high impact move. He goes back over to Big Show and grabs him by the head. Orton tries to ram Show into the chair but the power which Show has helps him counter as Orton is sent over the top rope and to the outside. Some power stuff as Orton cleared the rope and didn’t come close to touching it at all. Show looks on at his work with Orton being down and rolling around in pain. Slowly Show steps over the top rope and goes to the outside. He makes his way over to Orton and grabs him by the arm. Dragging him over to the steel steps. SHOW LINES IT UP AND SENDS ORTON FLYING INTO THE STEEL STEPS!

Orton hits hard and flips over the steps after hitting them. Show looks over to Jericho who yells at him, saying good job. You can sense that Show is looking for the knockout shot here, with Orton trying to crawl away. He is cut off by Show who brings Orton into the ring. Both men are in the ring now with Show hitting those quick punches to the mid-section. Show then slings Orton across the ring and into a corner. The big man charges forward but connects with nothing but turnbuckle. Orton moves out of the way and picks up the chair again. He tries to hit Show but the huge right hand punches the weapon, sending it flying out of the ring. Orton is in shock as Show goes to hit him again. This time Randy ducks and goes for a RKO. Show is able to counter, pushing him away. Orton and Show have a standoff, both men standing still. Show once again calls Orton to bring it on. Suddenly Orton starts to grow a smirk across his face. He mouths the words “turn around”!

GORE, GORE, GORE, GORE!!!

It’s Rhyno; he just gored the hell out of Big Show but why? It must have been a plan as Orton gives his nod of approval. Rhyno exits the ring as Orton goes into a cover, which gets him the three count to the dismay of Chris Jericho.

Winner: Randy Orton (07:32)

“Voices” hits as the crowd can’t believe what they have just seen. On the outside Jericho is going crazy, throwing down the headset. While Orton looks on with a huge smirk on his face. Tonight we have seen twist and turns all over the shop. Thank you for joining us here tonight and we will see you next week. This has been Monday Night RAW!

I don't have a lot of time to give a bigger review like I did for Smackdown!, so I'll just say a few things.

The Punk promo was interesting, hop you build him to be a good star. The matches throughout the night were very solid, and although gimmick matches on TV aren't always great, they worked tonight. The Pick you Poison style was interesting, and I like the way the Jericho/Orton feud is building. The Church continues to be a dominate force in the WWE, and I love it. It's a darker stable done right, and looks really destructive, such as stables before them like Nexus, Evolution, and others.

Other than that, not much I can say. Solid show and look to see more.

CM-Punk-cm-punk-923352_456_352.jpg

After delivering a dark and disturbing promo on this past RAW, CM Punk is said to be making waves all over the WWE. Punk is seen as someone who the WWE can push as a top heel and plan to do once he gains some experience on television. Punk has been working house shows as of late and is said to be impressing the right kind of people. His work with Sheamus is to give both guys a chance to work a future PPV, with a possible match being rumored for TLC or the No Mercy event at the end of the year. Only time will but it looks like CM Punk is set to be a big time player in the WWE for the future.

This past week we saw Randy Orton and Chris Jericho have major power over the other. Both picked the others matches, trying to causes as much damage in the build to TLC. Word going around is that Orton and Jericho are set to be a major feud heading into the later part of the year and even going into the early stages of 2006. A rumor we have heard is that Orton and Jericho are both seen as top talents, no surprise. However a case can be made for both as to a future match with the WWE Champion. With the TLC PPV being booked as the first time these two have ever faced, a winner is yet to be decided on. Both men have reasons to go over but it looks like it will be decided on the day as to who will win the match.

~Kharma is a bitch~
AwesomeKong_crop_340x234.jpg

We have heard the talk about the womens division getting a major boost and we can now confirm that female superstar Kia Stevens who uses the ring name "Kharma" has signed with World Wrestling Entertainment. Kharma is one of the women who are at the front to hold the Womens Championship once the division kicks off again. With names like Lita, Victoria and Trish being thrown around Kharma is said to be honored to be given a thought. The division returns after TLC and on RAW we will crown the Womens Champion in a huge multiple woman challenge.

~The Next Big----Manager?~
paul-heyman-shoots-on-tnn-621x322.jpg

With the signing of Brock Lesnar to the Smackdown brand the WWE has been pulling hard to get Paul Heyman on contract. It seems like everyone working on Smackdown creative is happy to work with Heyman and feels he could do wonders with Lesnar. With the debut of Lesnar being the topic of discussion on Smackdown and no date set in stone yet. They still have time to get this mad man. With the history between Lesnar and Heyman it would make perfect sense for him to return as the manager for Brock. People have spoken to Lesnar and he feels like it would work. Nothing has been signed yet, but it looks like we may be seeing Brock Lesnar return with a manager.

Friday Night Smackdown Preview
October 14th

After the events which took place last week the fallout is sure to be huge. We can inform you that this week two contenders for the World Championship will meet as Batista goes one on one against Billy Kidman. These two clashed during the tag match last week and their match on Smackdown is sure to be very entertaining. Both are looking to impress and gain a possible title match in the near future. Everyone has to be on their game as Teddy Long is looking for the next man to challenge Edge. But who can forget about JBL, the leader of The Office. His views on Edge have been clear from the start. He has no respect for Edge and believes he is nothing more than a fluke champion. Will these two clash during the episode of Smackdown? The World title picture is heating up on Friday Nights, I wonder what is going to go down?

Now we move onto another of the titles on Smackdown, the United States Championship and the announcement of the tournament. Eight men will get the chance to meet John Cena at the Smackdown event Armageddon. The participants will be announced by John himself as he competes against one of the high flyers on Smackdown, Paul London. These two clash in a battle of street vs high flyer. Will London be able to use this chance to earn a spot in the tournament and move onto the PPV event? It is a huge chance for one of the eight men to step up and move onto great things. John Cena is putting up a fight, will the superstars answer the call.

From here we see Matt Hardy who has requested that Shannon Moore compete against Rey Mysterio in a rematch from last week. After seeing his MF’er feeling the taste of defeat last week, Hardy wants Moore to prove himself. But Mysterio is not one to give up and is sure to put up a fight against the new bully tactics of Matt Hardy. Will anyone else join the cause and follow Hardy? Has he got new members of this “cult”? Or is he leading the blind at the moment and wasting his time on Moore? These questions are sure to be answered this week. Tune in and see Moore vs Mysterio 2, the rematch!

And we will get a huge tag team match this week as 6 men compete against each other. It’ll be the team of 5 time WCW Champion Booker T, former WWE Champion Kurt Angle and World Heavyweight Champion Edge vs the leader of The Office JBL, former United States Champion Orlando Jordan and former IC and US champion Carlito. A huge match coming your way this week as these superstars face off against each other. Talk about a huge match!

Kennedy will have a funeral at sea for The Undertaker

John Cena to announce participants in the United States Championship tournament

Prophet, I liked Raw, alot. However, out of the two shows you put on, I love Smackdown more. ONLY because of Kennedy, and Edge. I love both of the storylines here, and they both make me wanna read on more. I check every day for the newest smackdown, as I wanna see the "Funeral" for undertaker. Sounds great. Matches are solid, promos are good. But I am also excited for the return of the womens division!!!!

Great work bud keep it up!!

Thanks for the comments everyone, really enjoying this thread. Just pasted the 5000 view mark, huge achievement for me. Once again I would like to say thanks for everyone who is/was reading.

I'm glad you're enjoying the product, as for the funeral it should be good. Got some plans for what is going to happen with it. The next Smackdown should be up mid week, just to give you a time frame to check. The womens division is going to be started up after TLC so keep an eye out for the roster. Already have announced Kharma and Trish to the official roster. I don't want to be someone who has a boring womens division but I want to make it better than normal. Glad to see the matches are up to the right string and same for the promo stuff.

October 14th
Arizona; Glendale – Jobing.com Arena

We kick off Smackdown with the arena buzzing because of the excitement. These people here tonight can’t wait for the show to get underway. As the camera pans over the crowd Michael Cole and Taz welcome us to Friday Night Smackdown. With the events of last week still in the air Taz mentions the atmosphere backstage about Brock Lesnar making a return to the ring. Everyone has an opinion about the subject; of course Taz thinks it is the greatest thing in the world. Cole now brings us to the situation involving The Undertaker and Mr Kennedy. We know that Kennedy will hold a funeral for The Undertaker tonight, how will it go down? Is he really going to throw Taker into the water tonight? So many questions, let’s get to it then shall we!

“I Walk Alone”

The crowd go up with an fantastic ovation for The Animal, Batista. With black sunglasses on and wearing a pair of jeans, Batista makes his way down the ramp. He doesn’t interact with the fans though, something which is very unlike Batista. The fans watch on as Batista enters the ring after grabbing a microphone from the man at ringside. Slowly Batista begins to bring the microphone up to his lips. The crowd are silent, waiting to hear what Batista has to say. He begins by asking a question, that being if people knew he was the Smackdown main event for Survivor Series a couple of weeks ago. The people pop after hearing it. Batista reminds us that it was only over a week ago that he held the World Champion on his shoulder. Something that seems to be a distant memory now. He shakes his head and asks how he lost the title. Oh yeah he says, it was two bold guys and one overweight billionaire. On the draft edition of RAW, he was screwed out of the title. With frustration on his face Batista tells us that he has been waiting for over a week to get this out. While everyone celebrated the victory of Edge one man didn’t. While everyone cheered as Edge made his way down the ring, one man didn’t. It is clear to Batista now that the people have been blinded. Batista tells us all that while we may have been fooled by a lair, a cheat, someone who would sell his own mother for a title, Batista has not. When he looks into the eyes of Edge he doesn’t see a World Champion. Instead he sees someone who brings disgrace and disloyalty to the once great World Championship. Batista looks out to the fans and reminds them that he held the title with honour. He asks them to question their souls, why are they giving in to a cheat? Why do they cheer a man who picked up the leftovers made by Batista? He continues to asks questions like these when… … … … …

“Metalingus”

The crowd cheer like crazy as the World Champion Edge appears on the ramp. With his title around the waist Edge comes rushing down the ramp. He looks inside the ring at Batista, who doesn’t seem impressed at all. After grabbing a microphone Edge enters the ring. Batista hasn’t taken his eyes off Edge at the moment, staring a hole through him. Suddenly Edge welcomes us to Friday Night Smackdown. He unbuckles his title and holds it above his head, mentioning the fact that he is the World Champion for this proud show. Frustration comes over the face of Batista who moves closer to Edge, saying he is only champion because of the work he did. Edge disagrees, replying “Last time I checked, I was the guy who pinned JBL”. The crowd pop as Edge doesn’t stand down but he goes right up to Batista. Without a shadow of a doubt Edge can see the problem Batista has with his win. But to come out here and cry about it is not the way. If Batista wants to fight (laying the title down), then Edge is happy to fight! The people cheer as Edge tells Batista to come on. We may have a brawl here but Batista takes a step back. He raises the microphone to his lisps and says that is the problem with Edge. All guts and no brains. He can walk around with the title all he wants but that does not make him the champion. To be a champion you have to earn it. Edge hasn’t. You can pretend to be this good guy, walking around kissing babies but you’re not. The people may not see what you are but I do yells Batista. He says that each time Edge comes out it makes Batista sick! Edge asks why, cutting Batista off in the process. An enraged Batista says he loves this business, he loves the people. But he doesn’t love or respect the way Edge walks around here like the top dog. This is his show, this is the home of Batista. Edge is nothing more than a paper champion.

The two get up in each other’s face as Edge drops the mic. He shoves Batista backward as the crowd give an “ooooo”. Batista shakes his head and then shoves Edge right back. Down goes the champion as Batista gives him one of the biggest shoves I have ever seen. Edge scrambles to his feet and fires a RIGHT HAND! The crowd chant “let them fight” as Batista throws his jacket to the outside. He and Edge stare into the core of the other man. Here we go as Batista charges forward and nails a right hand on Batista. The crowd go nuts as Edge fires back with a punch of his own. The two hammer away in the middle of the ring. The shots getting louder and stronger by the second. Batista ducks a shot and then lifts Edge up off the ground, shoving him back into the corner. The huge shoulders are driven into the stomach of Edge with Batista taking out some frustration tonight. Batista grabs Edge by the hair and pulls him into the centre of the ring. He delivers a huge kick to the mid-section. The people go nuts as Batista signals for the powerbomb. Not so fast as Edge escapes and nails a DDT! The people go up again as Edge backs into a corner. He puts his arm over the top rope and begins to say the word spear. Over and over again, Edge says spear. Pulling his arm, ripping some of it out at the same time. Slowly Batista makes it to his feet. Batista turns around as Edge charges. No contact is made as Batista slides to the outside. Inside the ring Edge grabs his title and yells down at Batista. He calls Batista back and to fight. We go to our first commercial as Batista stumbles up the ramp.

~~Commercial~~

Back from the break Taz and Cole go other the events which just took place. What could be the backlash from two of the top superstars just going nuts on one another? With Batista stilling showing signs of frustration toward Edge could these two fan favourites be set to face off down the road? I’m sure we will find out the answers later. However at the moment a video is played of last week’s match between Rey Mysterio and Shannon Moore. It highlights the disappointment show on the face of Matt Hardy after seeing his student be defeated. Cole mentions that in an interview this week Hardy described Mysterio as a “Mexican charity case”. Not a nice fellow to say the least ladies and gentleman.

“Live for the Moment”

It is redemption (go check out the PPV on the forum) time for Shannon Moore who is looking to make up for his loss last week. We all saw the look on the face of Matt Hardy when Moore lost last week. I’m sure Moore is going to be on his game tonight. He makes his way down to the ring with Matt Hardy coming from behind. He stays a fair few metres away from Shannon Moore who enters the ring. Slowly Hardy makes his way around the ring and grabs a microphone. A small “you suck” chant begins before Hardy can speak. In a firm tone of voice Hardy demands they all shut up and listen to what he has to say. Some good heat for Hardy who tells the crowd that tonight it is a chance for redemption. Because after the pitiful performance we saw last week from Shannon Moore (dirty look). He must show that he deserves the title of MF’er. To be a MF’er, you must have heart. You must be strong. You must be able to put out a performance of amazing skill. To be a MF’er you must not be a little girl like Rey Mysterio. Did you people know I beat Rey at a WrestleMania. Yes, it is true. I defeated Rey on the biggest stage in the world. Now tonight Moore is going to do the same. And if he doesn’t, things will not be good for this MF’er!

“Booyaka 619”

The people cheer as Rey Mysterio jumps up from the ramp. Here comes the cruiserweight champion of the world. He does the usually high fives to the fans and puts his head against some of the younger audience. Inside the ring Hardy shakes his head while giving Moore some last minute advice. He exits the ring as Mysterio enters. The two lock eyes for a moment as the ref tells Mysterio to back up into his corner. Rey extends a hand to Shannon who goes to shake at first. However he takes a quick look to Hardy who burns a hole with his gaze. Moore pulls his hand back, shoving Rey straight after.

Singles Match
Shannon Moore/with Matt Hardy vs Rey Mysterio

The match begins with Moore and Mysterio holding their ground. Moore make the first move, going for a takedown on the leg. The quick thinking of Mysterio allows him to nail a swift kick to the head of Moore. He stumbles back holding his nose and we may have a problem early. Rey moves forward and hits a combination of fast kicks to the legs of Moore. The crowd count them out as Rey slings Moore into the ropes. Rebound attack now as Rey goes through the legs of Moore and rolls him up with a pinfall combination to kick of this fast paced match. Only a one count as Moore is quick to his feet, going for a clothesline on Rey. However the champion ducks and runs off the ropes gaining a huge amount of speed. Dropkick to the knee brings Moore down as Hardy doesn’t like this. Rey looks to the outside and points at Matt before delivering a thunderous kick to the head on Shannon Moore. Another cover by Rey gets a two count.

Damn what a fast way to start as Rey hits a quick couple of punches. As Rey goes to lift Moore to his feet the young student of Hardy grabs the mask, pulling Mysterio forward. A small package attempt by Moore gets a two count and had Hardy standing. Both men to their feet as Moore delivers a knee to the stomach. With his hands on the mask and the tights of Mysterio, Moore sends him flying into the steel ring post. The fans cringe as Mysterio’s shoulder hits the post with Moore watching his work. Hardy yells at Moore to cover and quickly Shannon brings Rey back into the middle of the ring. He hooks both legs for the cover, only getting a two count.

When Moore gets to a vertical base he strikes with a sharp kick to the back of Mysterio who rolls around holding his shoulder. This gives Moore a target as he begins to hammer away at the shoulder. Punches, kicks, anything he can to take down the shoulder of Rey. Hardy yells out some instructions and Moore listens, looking in an armbar. The crowd go up as Moore pulls back, twisting the arm in a direction I’m sure it isn’t supposed to go. The ref begins to ask Rey if he wants to give in, with the reply being no. Can he hold on or is it over. Slowly Rey begins to roll, moving around, trying to find something. He gets to a position where he can get Moore onto his shoulders. The ref begins a count with Moore on his shoulders! Just a two count with Moore breaking the hold. Rey is seen with his arm just hanging by his side as Moore comes flying toward him with a double axe handle. A cover from Moore gets another two count with Hardy screaming at Moore to finish him.

Moore moves over to Rey and applies a chicken wing to allow movement. He brings Rey over to the corner and strikes with huge boots to the mid-section. Slowly Moore steps back, taking a moment to watch his work. Then Moore charges forward… … … …

… … … …

BUT MYSTERIO MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND IS ABLE TO LAND SAFELY ON THE APRON. SHANNON MOORE BEGINS TO RUSH, ALLOWING MYSTERIO TIME TO COUNTER WITH A HURRICANRANA! THE PEOPLE CHEER AS MYSTERIO POINTS UP TO THE HEAVENS.

Mysterio is calling for the 619 here as Moore is slow to his feet. Hardy is going nuts on the outside, not again he yells. It looks like he is going to be embarrassed by Rey Mysterio again. Moore is up and then hit with a dropkick sending him to the middle rope. The crowd pop as Rey runs forward and connects! Hardy has lost it on the outside and grabs a steel chair. With the ref checking on Moore Hardy nails him with a shot to the knee. Down goes Rey as Hardy plays innocent. Moore has no idea what has happened. He can only see Mysterio holding his knee which has a history of injuries. Slowly Moore makes his way over to Mysterio and pulls him into the centre. Hook of both legs now as the ref begins the count… … … …THREE!

Winner: Shannon Moore (05:12)

“Live for the Moment”

With his music blasting in the background Matt Hardy enters the ring with a grin on his face. He holds the chair which did the damage as Mysterio had this match won. Moore gets to his feet and has his hand raised by his friend. Something which was the last thing we thought would happen after last week. Matt looks on as Rey is getting to his feet. He tells Moore to stand back and then fires a major shot to the back, sending Mysterio down and to the outside of the ring. The camera switches as Hardy and Moore exit the ring and make their way up the ramp.

Backstage now and we are in the locker room of Kurt Angle who is seen putting on his boots. Nothing is happening when suddenly Edge walks into the picture. He has a big red spot on his face from the fight with Batista which kicked off the show tonight. Angle makes a reference to the attack and asks how it felt to be attacked by an angry Batista? Edge makes a joke of it being like a piece of cake, yummy when you look at it but when you eat it, yuk! The two go over their match for later tonight and Edge asks if Angle is going to be able to keep up with him. Both men stand up with Angle saying he may have not held gold for a while, but he is still the best in the world. The two shake hands as Edge walks out of the room. Leaving Angle to continue his preparation for tonight.

The camera switches from the locker room of Angle to a shot of a beautiful beach. With the sound of waves crashing in the background. Oh wait, it’s just a background cut out. Yes it appears Carlito couldn’t afford to fly to a beach and has moved his own. Carlito appears on camera with a sign being lowered down, all the while he is yelling at it to hurry up. It reads “Carlito brings Cool of the week”. Carlito welcomes us to his new television segment, Carlito brings Cool of the week. Yes the word Cool must always be spelled with a capital C. How funny it is that tonight the master of Cool is going to be involved in a major match and yet he doesn’t have his own show. Well tonight that changes. Because each and every week you will see me Carlito on my own show. By visiting wwe.com you can get more Carlito than you need. Wait, nobody can have more Carlito then you need. Everyone always need more Carlito. The arrogant Carlito shakes his head and then throws his apple in the air. Carlito takes a bite of his apple and delivers his famous line “Now das, das cool!”

Back from the break we get the RAW rebound from this past week. It is going to focus on the Chris Jericho and Randy Orton saga that has been going on. The arena dims as the big screen lights up with the video package.

RAW REBOUND
- Chris Jericho and Orton have the chance to use pick your poison
- Angle vs Jericho, showing the beating Jericho took
- Orton beating the Big Show even with the odds against him
- RKO to Jericho
- Orton standing over Jericho to end the show
END REBOUND

Taz and Cole go over the events of the rebound, mentioning the upcoming TLC event. Several matches have already been announced, to find out more visit wwe.com. With that out of the way Taz brings to our attention that the following match will involve the reigning United States Champion John Cena. As we announced Cena will give out the details to who is in the US title tournament. The winner will face Cena at the Armageddon PPV event next month.

“Hey You”

A small cheer from the crowd as Paul London comes flying out of the blocks. He runs to the ring in record time. A backflip from the top rope gets cheap pop from the children in the crowd. He has a challenge on his hands tonight ladies and gentleman.

“My Time Is Now”

I still don’t know if Cena is a good guy or a bad guy as the fans give a mixed reaction. The children and women boo while the men all cheer. Something different I guess. Out comes the reigning United States Champion in John Cena. With the title hanging from his shoulder Cena makes his way down the ramp. He doesn’t shake hands with anyone, just staying focused on London. The champ slides into the ring, grabbing a microphone on the way. Cena calls for his music to stop and that everyone shut up for a second. We get some heat from the crowd as Cena just shakes his head and throws the microphone up in the air. London catches it, allowing himself to be hit with the title belt to the skull. Down goes London as Cena then drops the title to the outside. He throws his hat and throwback to the ground, as the bell sounds.

Singles Match
John Cena vs Paul London

Well this hasn’t started off well to say the least as Cena is in full bad guy mode here. Slowly Cena makes his way over to London, pulling him to a vertical base. It looks like Cena doesn’t plan on playing around tonight as he connects with a kick to the mid-section. Cena runs around London, gaining speed now and finishes with a bulldog. The crowd boo as Cena throws his hands up, yelling something out to a fan at ringside. With his hands around the head of London, the champ brings him over to a corner. A strong shot by Cena has London flipping around like a dying fish. The crowd count them out as Cena gets to a ten. London is out at the moment as Cena nails a fisherman suplex. Cover for the win but it only gets a two count. It looks like Cena has had enough, hitting a combination of elbows. The people in the crowd can see what is coming, with Cena lifting London onto his shoulders. He connects with a huge FU but we get no cover. Slowly Cena begins to shake his head and signals for the tap out. STFU is locked in with Cena pulling back. London is in trouble, no chance, no choice, HE TAPS!

Winner: John Cena (03:12)

“My Time Is Now”

The crowd boo as John Cena gets to his feet. The title is handed to him and Cena looks down at his fallen opponent. Another win for Cena who signs off with his “you can’t see me” taunt. John Cena looked very strong out there tonight. And with the tournament picking up next week, Cena is going to have to be ready. Taz and Cole talk about Cena for a moment as the camera goes backstage.

Backstage now as we are in the room of The Office. JBL enters the room and the members all gather around to see what he has to say. With The Bashams holding their titles JBL moves to them. Nothing is more important than victory, since they joined JBL he has told them this. If we have victory, we have power. With power comes fear, with fear comes members, people who will fall to our feet. JBL speaks about how he won the World Championship just over a week ago. While he may not be the reigning champion at the moment. It is clear that the other wrestlers agree that Edge is nothing more than a fluke. He doesn’t deserve to be called a champion and everyone knows it. Unlike us he is a fake. We as The Office, we are the best of the best. We are the most powerful group in this company. We are The Office and don’t forget it. These people can boo us all they want but it does not change the fact that if you follow me, you’ll be famous! JBL continues to try and inspire his troops as we go to another commercial break for tonight. We will be right back, here on Friday Night Smackdown!

~~Commercial~~

As we return from the break we are on a boat that is slowly moving on the water. We can hear the deck of the boat crack as footsteps are taken. The camera pulls back to reveal a casket with the sign of The Undertaker on it. From the right comes Mr Kennedy, dressed as a priest. Kennedy has his hands in a sign of pray. Slowly Kennedy moves toward the casket, brushing his hand along the top. The boat begins to slow down, with Kennedy looking out to sea. Once the boat comes to a complete stop Kennedy turns to us.

Kennedy: Dearly beloved we are gather here tonight, on this glorious day to celebrate the career of The Undertaker. To not only remember him but to lay the man himself to rest. It is tonight, that we must obey his wishes. I, Ken Kennedy shall lower The Undertaker into the water, allowing him to fall to the depths of the abyss.

Heat from the crowd at the arena

Kennedy: Now this may be hard for some of you to watch, so please remove all small children.

Short pause for the children to exit

Kennedy: I have prepared a small piece to say tonight before we lay this man to rest.

Slowly Kennedy makes his way to the top of the casket. Pulling from behind it the hat which Undertaker used to wear to the ring.

Kennedy: As a young boy I grew up watching The Undertaker. I saw the power, the fear, I saw everything he had. The Undertaker used fear to scare his opponents, to make them weak. For over a decade Undertaker was the demon of this company. However the people still cheered him. It was said to be respected by The Undertaker was to be respected by god himself. I do not see The Undertaker as god, he represented everything that is bad. When I made my debut I defeated this so called legend.

More heat from the crowd

Kennedy: I hold in my hand the hat which The Undertaker would wear to the ring. This piece of clothing is a piece of history. He would take this off and his eyes would roll back into that big old head. The Undertaker was fear! Nobody could stop him for years, nobody. But one found his weakness. The Undertaker had one weakness, the fans.

Pause by Kennedy allowing the people to take this in

Kennedy: He grew to need the support of the fans. The Undertaker became weak, something like an old dog. It starts off fighting anyone but soon it grows to love. That is what happened to this man. He grew to love the people. It was then as a boy, I vowed to be the one to end his career. As I watched my hero become weak, I watched my heart and soul crumble. The Undertaker became one of you!

With his finger pointed at the camera Kennedy throws the hat into the water. He unties one of the ropes that is holding the casket on the boat

Kennedy: You have left one hell of a path of destruction Undertaker. But it has ended and it is all because of ME! I’m the guy who ended your career and I will live off this feeling for the rest of my life. These people at the arena tonight will cry about your absence, I will thrive off it. Because with you gone, nobody is left to stop me.

Running his hand along the casket again

Kennedy: Watching you as a young boy made me see something. If you put faith into someone other than yourself, you get let down. I was once a fan Undertaker, but now I see you for what you are. Behind the darkness, behind the makeup, behind all the smoke and mirrors. You are a pitiful little man. You are the most worthless piece of trash in this business. I said I would beat you at Survivor Series and I did. I stopped something which was meant to never be stopped. I ended what was meant to be immortal. Undertaker it is time!

The second rope is untied and Kennedy brings his hood up on the cloak he is wearing.

Kennedy: In your famous words I end this funeral tonight. You shall lie at the bottom of the ocean forever, falling down to locker of Davey Jones. Over a decade of destruction is over. Undertaker I have only three words for you.

Kennedy moves back and then gives a massive push, sending the casket over the edge of the boat and down into the water. The crowd at the arena gasp as Kennedy pulls the hood back. He watches as the casket sinks down to the sea floor. He has done the unthinkable.

Kennedy: Rest in Peace!

We leave the boat as Kennedy has just done something I thought I would never see on television. The Undertaker is gone, he is finished. Taker has been defeated. Can you really believe this? Kennedy turns to us as the camera fades to black to switch to the arena once again. Shocking stuff right here tonight.

What is this oh, John Cen is standing by with Teddy Long. The General Manager gives us a warm welcome and introduces Cena to announce the eight men who will be competing in the tournament that has been hyped all night. Cena tells us he needs no introduction but will take one anyway. He brings us over to a white board with several blank spots. It appears that this will be the brackets for the tournament and Cena will be picking the match ups. He grabs a marker and the first match to take place and two men confirmed for the tournament are Matt Hardy and Gregory Helms. Cena now moves onto the next pair revealing it to be Chris Masters and Kurt Angle. The we are getting these fast as Cena reveals the next pair to be Mr Kennedy and Chavo. Only two spots left as Cena goes to make the final pair. He writes in the name Booker T and Orlando Jordan. Teddy Long shakes the hand of Cena, who tries to pull out but isn’t quick enough. He reminds us all that this tournament will kick off next week, with the winner facing John Cena at Armageddon. Mid card talent is picking up ladies and gentleman!

Back at ringside Taz and Cole go over the brackets for the tournament. Seeing Kennedy vs Chavo or even Booker T vs Orlando Jordan. This tournament is going to give guys a chance to shine out in the ring. Both men wish the guys luck as we prepare for the next match of the night. And it is going to feature a man named in the tournament to by the way. No entrance for Scotty 2 Hotty who awaits the arrival of the man he is facing tonight.

"The Masterpiece"

The people watch on as this beast of a man in Chris Masters makes his way down the ramp. After hearing his name be put into the US tournament I’m sure he is in a great mode. And with a win over Scotty he can set some when needed momentum on his side. Masters seems to tower over Scotty who leaks weak compared to him. The ref backs Masters up who mimics breaking Scotty in half.

Singles Match
Chris Masters vs Scotty 2 Hotty

OK, the match is muscle guy vs resident jobber guess how this is going. Masters quickly goes to work on Scotty, hitting him with one of the biggest shoulder blocks I have ever seen. Down goes Scotty with Masters quickly trying to end this. He brings Scotty up onto his shoulder and slams him down with a huge powerslam. It is all power moves from Masters who just dominates Scotty in every way possible. Finish comes when Masters locks in the Masterlock submission move for the submission win in about one minute.

Winner: Chris Masters (01:02)

"The Masterpiece"

An easy win tonight for Masters who doesn’t break a sweat in this match. The ref raises his hand as Scotty is down and out. If you had to pick a dark horse to win the tournament, go with Masters. He has the strength, the ability and has the chance to be our next United States Champion. These chances don’t come every day. I’m sure Masters is going to be on the hunt next week. We go to commercial as Masters makes his way up the ramp. Yelling at the fans it is his time to be a champion. I can’t wait for this tournament.

~~Commercial~~

Back from the break Todd Grisham is standing by with the five time, five time, five time WCW Champion Booker T. The crowd cheer as Booker walks into the picture. Grisham begins by asking Booker what his thoughts are about teaming with Kurt Angle and Edge tonight? A moment passes as Booker ponders the question. He replies telling Grisham that tonight they have a team full of workhorses. All three men have a goal to win the match and that is what they are going to do. Nothing is getting in their way tonight. Grisham disagrees and says that their opponents are no lackeys, why so confident? Would you be confident if you have the five time, five time, say with me five time WCW Champion on your team asks Booker? Before Grisham can answer Booker cuts him off yelling of course you would be. It may have been months since I was at the top of my game but I feel better than ever now. Tonight is all about the win, tonight is all about gaining a victory. Tonight I gain my place as a top guy once again. Finally Grisham asks what Booker thinks about being included in the United States Championship tournament? Slowly Booker turns his head, looking right at Grisham. He grabs the microphone and moves toward the camera. John Cena, you may have thought this tournament was a good idea. Well you have made a mistake. I have beaten you before Cena and after tonight, my sights will be on the title which hangs from your shoulder. NOW CAN YOU DIG THAT SUCKA! Booker drops the microphone and heads to the ramp as his music kicks in for one of our main events tonight.

“Can You Dig It”

The crowd come up with cheers as Booker T appears at the top of the ramp. He makes his way down the ramp with the fans extending their hands. Some get the attention while most are left. Booker T enters the ring, climbing onto a turnbuckle as the fans keep his pop going. A very strong ovation for Booker T tonight. He’ll be very happy with the support I think.

“Gold Medal”

Talk about a THUNDEROUS ovation for the best wrestler in the world today. From behind the curtain comes Kurt Angle, focused as ever. The wrestling machine, the best damn talent, whatever you want to call him. Kurt Angle is something special. And I dare anyone in this US title tournament to try and take him down. This guy has to be the odds on favourite. But tonight he must compete against three very skilled opponents.

“Metalingus”

Another great ovation as the World Champion EDGE makes his way out. The people are going nuts as Edge runs down to the ring and we get a look at the full team tonight. Booker T, Kurt Angle and Edge what main event talent we have here on Smackdown. And this is only one team, what a match this is going to be. We now await the arrival of the opponents. And JBL has no problem making people wait for him.

“Cool”

Solid heat for the master of cool himself. Here comes Carlito, who brings with him a fresh apple rather than the one he had earlier tonight. He does the smart thing, not entering the ring without anyone back up. We now await the arrival of JBL and Orlando Jordan, who will come out together. Suddenly the screen lights up with the words OFFICE UNITED.

“Longhorn”

Talk about heat as JBL is getting the biggest amount of heat tonight. The fans hate him everywhere we go, not very surprising. Both JBL and Orlando make their way down the ramp, meeting with their partner Carlito. All three men make their way into the ring and we have a face-off between the teams. Edge marks up against JBL, Angle against Jordan and Booker against Carlito. The ref has to step in and makes the men go back into corners. How the hell is he going to keep this clean?

Six Person Tag Team Match
Booker T, Kurt Angle and Edge vs JBL, Orlando Jordan and Carlito

The bell sounds and we are off to the races now. It appears that Angle is going to start off against JBL in a huge match up. The two lock up with Angle trying to switch into a back position. JBL fights it off and is able to shove Angle into the ropes. On the rebound JBL connects with a forearm to the back. Strong shot from JBL who then lifts Angle up, dropping him with a back suplex. JBL is his brash cocky self and goes into a cover with his boot. Total sign of disrespect but it doesn’t get the three count as Angle gets the shoulder up at one. However not only does he kick out but Angle goes for the ankle lock. The crowd jump onto their feet as JBL scrambles, Angle is going for his finisher. The hold isn’t locked in yet but JBL is in huge trouble. Angle is trying to get a grip—fight now--- Orlando Jordan makes the save knocking Angle down with a dropkick. The fans boo very loud as the ref comes flying across the ring to get Orlando out of it. Edge is going nuts from the apron, asking how the hell that happened. Slowly JBL moves over to the apron, tagging in Carlito.

In comes Carlito who goes to work with the kicks to the body of Angle. The fast offence of Carlito is going to cause some problem here. Carlito brings Angle up to a vertical base, slinging him into the turnbuckle. Big moving coming as Carlito rushes at Angle. He jumps up onto the second rope, going for a facebuster. However Angle gets a hold of Carlito and drives him down with a major powerbomb. The crowd cheer as Angle basically falls into the cover. Only a two count though as Edge is calling for the tag. Slowly Angle makes it to his feet, driving a few boots into Carlito when he does. No rest for Carlito as Angle hits a right hand, causing Carlito to stumble back. Here goes Angle who sends Carlito into the corner of Edge and Booker. Clothesline by Angle connects as a tag to Booker T is made.

Fast chops now from Booker who is showing he still has it. Huge chops by Booker who is bouncing on his feet. Mouthing off every time a chop connects. Step back from Booker who then lunges forward with an elbow to the head of Carlito. Another shot this time with a knee from Booker. Carlito is in trouble now as Booker sends him into the ropes. Here goes Booker trying for a back drop, no luck however as Carlito counters with a swinging neckbreaker. Cover from Carlito who gets a two count. From the apron JBL is calling for the tag. Carlito is first to his feet and grabs Booker by the hair. A kick to the stomach by Carlito sends Booker back into the corner. Call it cheating if you want but JBL and Orlando grab an arm of Booker while Carlito hammers away with right hands.

Booker can’t protect himself as Carlito is just having his way with Booker. No protection from these hard shots to the face. And now Orlando and Carlito switch, still keeping Booker trapped. Edge is going off, yelling at the ref to stop this. A huge kick by Orlando that may have knocked Booker out cold. Hook of both legs now, only two again. This match is going to continue as Orlando gets to his feet. What is next, what can he do to end this. Orlando brings Booker to his feet, hitting a quick combination of right hands. Booker is off balance so Orlando sends him into the ropes. Rebound attack with Orlando ducking the clothesline attempt from Booker and firing back with a flying forearm. Down goes Booker and Orlando seems confident.

This young talent takes a few steps back and then drops the knee across the head of Booker. Cover from Orlando gets a two count again. The fans get a Booker T chant going, trying to get Booker back into the match. Slowly Booker is to his feet as Orlando runs at him. Right hand from Booker has Orlando bouncing backward. Here he comes as a clothesline connects. The crowd begin to fire up as Booker nails a right hand on Orlando. Another one and then Booker sends him into the ropes. Spinning elbow by Booker takes down Orlando. The crowd up as Booker is calling for the scissor kick. Wait what is happening! Carlito runs into the ring trying to hit Carlito. Wait Angle comes into the match begins to fight against Carlito. Blind tag is made by JBL with nobody seeing this. We have a brawl now as Edge comes into the ring (tagging himself in before he does so) and targets Orlando. JBL comes in also and we have the biggest fight ever.

Everyone is going at it with Angle hitting a clothesline to send Carlito and himself over the top rope. Only four in the ring now as Booker tackles Orlando to the outside to make it an even two. The last two men are legal, JBL has been knocked down. Edge is across the ring, can you say the words SPEAR! The crowd go up as JBL is slow to his feet.

SPEAR!

Edge nails a huge spear on JBL as the crowd go up with cheers. Cover is made from the champion, one, and two, count that sweet three.

Winner: Edge, Booker T and Kurt Angle (09:35)

“Metalingus”

Blasts in the background as Edge has come one step further in proving he isn’t a fluke. The fans cheer him on as the title is handed to Edge. He stares into the gold, knowing it is his. Both Angle and Booker enter the ring to have their hands raised in victory. A great win for all three men. With Booker and Angle moving to the back, Edge makes his way to the announce table. It appears that he will be joining us for the main event tonight. And that match takes place right after this commercial!

~~Commercial~~

2cfpi0x.png

Well here we are at the main event of the show. With Edge with the announcers he will be watching this. One of these two men could be his opponent for Armageddon you know. As Edge is asked some simple questions about both men something unexpected happens. Oh it’s huge, you could say it is big, the next big thing for a lack of a better term!

“Bodies”

PAUL HEYMAN IS HERE!

The mastermind of ECW is here once again, Paul Heyman has returned to Smackdown. The male fans cheers with the women and children not really knowing who he is. The former manager of Brock Lesnar is here tonight. Oh and it looks like that is why he is here. Heyman reminds us just who the hell he is. This causes a group of men to cheer. In just weeks we will witness the return of the greatness man to ever enter the ring. Brock Lesnar will be making his return and he wants one thing. (Pointing at Edge) You think you earned that title, think again. In just a matter of weeks Brock Lesnar will be here. And Edge you’re at the top of his list. Heyman announces that once again he will be the manager of Lesnar. Straight to the top once again. Heyman finishes by telling the world that Smackdown will never be the same once Brock returns!

“Bodies”

The excitement is in the air as Heyman goes to the back. The arrival of Brock Lesnar is going to be very soon. He wants the World Championship, he wants Edge. Smackdown will never be the same, just like Paul predicted. And we still have a main event to come. Get ready for Batista vs Billy Kidman! While we await the main event we get replay of the fight between Edge and Batista to open the show. I’m sure Batista isn’t going to be happy tonight.

“I Walk Alone”

Well for the second time tonight Batista is going to make his way out to the ring. Batista appears from behind the curtain, looking dangerous as ever. The camera turns to Edge who hasn’t taken his eyes off Batista who enters the ring. You can feel the tension at the moment, pray for Kidman. Batista looks over to the champion or chump, whichever you like to call him. Batista signals that the world title is coming back to him, causing uproar of cheers and boos.

“Reality” *note

The crowd don’t know what is going on as Kidman comes out to new music. The song is called Reality, pushing the notion that it is his reality to be champion. Kidman makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring. He shows no fear in getting in the face of Batista who is standing his ground. I think you need a seatbelt to watch this, get ready for a rollercoaster.

Main Event
Singles Match
Batista vs Billy Kidman

Bell sounds and get ready for this huge main event tonight. We have hyped this all night and I know this isn’t going to disappoint. No way in the world is Kidman going to lock up with Batista at this point. Just going to take it slowly as Kidman circles like a hawk. Batista is trying to cover all angles but Kidman has the speed advantage. First attempt by Kidman for a grab at the leg doesn’t work as Batista hammers away with shots to the back. Quickly Kidman backs off, going into the corner. The ref calls for Kidman to come back into action, with Batista slapping at his huge muscles. Slowly Kidman moves from out of the ropes with this Batista charges, but Kidman goes straight to the outside of the ring. The fans boo as Kidman moves around the ring. Having no rush to be in competition tonight. I wouldn’t blame him, Batista is pissed at the moment. The ref gets to a six count, at which point Kidman slides into the ring but back at moments later.

Batista isn’t taking this anymore, here comes the animal who is on the hunt. Kidman goes into running mode, with Batista chasing him around the ring. Into the ring goes Kidman with Batista following, only to get hit with a boot to the face. I think Kidman suckered Batista in with that moved and now Kidman goes to work. Huge kicks to the body of a down Batista. This chance doesn’t come often and Kidman is using this perfectly. A few steps back by Kidman who then drops an elbow across the head of Batista. Quickly Kidman goes into the mount position, hammering away with the right hands. The shots are sloppy with Batista able to block most of them.

A strong shot to the face of Batista connects as Kidman gets to a vertical base. He grabs Batista by the arm, kicking him in the ribs while pulling him up. Both men are standing as Kidman twist the arm of Batista. With a chicken wing applied Kidman goes to throw Batista into the turnbuckle. However the power of Batista allows him to counter, throwing Kidman into the corner instead. Before Kidman has any chance to move Batista comes flying with a massive clothesline. The head of Kidman is like a basketball, bouncing back against the turnbuckle. He may be knocked out as Batista grabs him, placing Kidman onto his shoulder. The crowd cheer with Batista moving into the middle of the ring. He nails Kidman with a huge slam, which gets a cover to follow. Only a two count now as Batista can’t believe it.

Batista turns his head and looks at the reigning World Champion Edge, mouthing the words “watch this”. A world of pain is coming and I’m not talking about Brock Lesnar. Batista grabs Kidman, lifting him up to a vertical base. Kick to the stomach by Batista who then hooks the arm of Kidman. He lifts Kidman up off the ground and holds him in a vertical suplex position. The crowd count the seconds with Batista allowing the blood to rush to the head of Kidman. The strength is on show tonight as Batista drops kick down with a major suplex. Cover that man, only a two count though. Damn this man is strong, Batista is going to rage at any moment. Batista is screaming at Kidman to get up, come get some more he says. Kidman is slowly to his feet, with Batista waiting for another shot. Batista charges forward but is hit with a high knee by Kidman. The Animal has been rocked, Kidman has a chance. Quick kick by Kidman who runs off the ropes, hitting a swinging neckbreaker. Cover now from Kidman, only two once more.

Kidman looks around the ring, wondering what he can do. What is it going to take to put down Batista he must be asking himself? He needs to think now as Batista is making his way up. Needing to use the ropes at this point Batista is up. Kidman however is on the other side of the ring, taking off the padding for the turnbuckle. This isn’t legal, Batista has no idea. Batista is falling for this trap as he runs forward going for a spear. Quick thinking by Kidman who uses his speed to slide to the outside while Batista goes head first into the EXPOSED turnbuckle. A small cut comes across the head of Batista, with Kidman coming back into the ring. Dropkick by Kidman who has Batista down again. He hooks the leg for the cover, still not enough as Batista just gets the shoulder off the mat.

Kidman begins to pound the mat, yelling at the ref to count faster. Is anything going to stop Batista tonight? Can anyone stop Batista or is the animal going to unleash here tonight? It appears like Kidman has an idea now. Huge kick to the head of Batista as Kidman then climbs the turnbuckle. Is it shooting star press time? The crowd all stand as Kidman gets his balance. The shooting star press will not happen now as Batista is slowly getting to his feet. He isn’t in the right position, what is Kidman going to do. Batista is to his feet with a small amount of blood on his face. The time is now as Kidman dives toward Batista----

ONLY TO BE CAUGHT WITH THE BEST SPINEBUSTER I HAVE EVER SEEN! KIDMAN IS NAILED BY BATISTA WHO HAS FINALLY SNAPPED TONIGHT. WE HAD SEEN THIS AT THE OPENING OF THE SHOW. BATISTA IS GOING NUTS AS HE STARES RIGHT AT EDGE.

Batista yells “YOU’RE NEXT” as he grabs Kidman. With Kidman in position Batista lifts him up and nails Kidman with a powerbomb. The people go up with cheers as Batista hooks the leg, which gets the three count to end the match.

Winner: Batista (07:54)

“I Walk Alone”

The crowd are fully behind Batista now as he gets to his feet. He has his hand raised by the ref, making sure everyone knows he won. A video is played showing the end of the match. Batista goes to the turnbuckle, slapping at his muscles. The people get louder with cheers, why. Batista thinks it is for him but turn around Dave. The Animal has no idea, no idea what is coming.

Slowly Batista

The crowd loose themselves for the thousand time tonight. Edge hits his famous spear on Batista who is down. The crowd give a mixed reaction with Edge putting the World Championship against the face of Batista. He tells Batista that this is mine, not yours. I earned this! We end Smackdown as Edge exits the ring leaving Batista down still feeling the effects of the huge spear. Join us next time here on Friday Night Smackdown!

Here is a review.

The opening promo is solid. Batista delivers some good lines about Edge that actually make sense in a way, which can always make a heel more plausible. Edge interrupts though, and pleads his case, which turns into a big brawl. This is good because it's hard to tell which side is truly right here and we will see who is better when these two get a chance to battle it out in-ring..

And the one I have been waiting for all week (in your timeline), the Undertaker funeral! Kennedy delivers some chilling lines and while I was expecting something paranormal to come afoot, nothing did. Which really puts Kennedy over big, and Taker is getting old. Will he be back? Nobody knows now.

We get a Paul Heyman promo warning of the impending re-debut of Brock Lesnar, which was solid and sets the tone for his coming. I liked it and it sticks out.

The matches were all pretty much average TV matches. They were good for what they are, nothing to write home about, but a solid group of matches for TV.

The storyline for Kennedy and the Edge/Batista storyline impresses again, which is keeping me interested. Kennedy has a shot at the U.S. Title now which could help establish him more and Kidman, JBL, and Angle are floating around in the main event, so anything can happen there. A solid episode of Smackdown as you continue to produce.

Very VERY solid show Prophet. Like stated before, I have been interested in the Kennedy/ Undertaker story. You made me want to come back to read the latest show. I loved it!!! I was expecting Taker to come out, or something paranormal to happen. Like Sign Guy says, he is getting old and I dont know if you intend for this to be the end of him... HOWEVER,
The armageddon poster has him on it, which hints to me he may return?

Looking forward to RAW, and my favorite smackdown. :)

Great work man

GCB's REVIEW:

Here is the long awaited review, Proph. Sorry it took a while!

Loving the main event scene. Edge and Batista arguing to start the show but we've also got JBL, Angle and the returning Brock Lesnar to throw into that mix. At the start of the show, your next PPV main event was Edge vs. ??? - I didn't have a clue who you'd go with. Now I sense that it will be Batista but maybe you are going to go triple threat, four way or even six pack?

Enjoyed the Kennedy/Undertaker thing. Kennedy gave good reasons for why he was doing what he was doing but everybody knows that Taker will be back in time for WrestleMania to defeat him! It's a perfect way to take Taker out and to let him do what he does best when returning. IMO, you have to go huge with Kennedy now. Have him involved in the title hunt, make him as strong as you can ahead of Taker's return. Make it so everyone is guessing about whether or not Kennedy will end the streak.

I like that you are pushing Kidman but I hope that you are going to give us more reason to get behind him. He's popped up on the radar and then loses to Batista in 7 minutes? I think you need to give him some big wins, some of them clean, to make people 'feel' that Billy is a threat. I used to love Kidman's style but he is small and Kidman in the same league as Batista is going to take some big work from you. I want you to push him and make me feel it though.

Loved the show, I much prefer SMACKDOWN but you're doing a great job. I've not been around for last few weeks and I see you now have a TNA thread. I hope this one will be continuing? I can't get into TNA threads so I can't see me heading over to read it in a hurry, I'm afraid. I want this one to continue!!!

Well I’m back after a break and the other thread I was doing was good, but this is mine. I can’t give this up. Being two shows out and having so many plans, I’m coming back to it. I have nearly been doing this for a year and I plan to get to WrestleMania with this baby. If anyone has a problem with me dropping the TNA thread get over it. This thread is the sixth most viewed thread in the section and I plan on making it number two at least. Next two shows are going to be done in what I call Super Summary. I want to write TLC and then all the shows will be in full. Love it, hate it, do what you will, this thread is back!

Monday Night RAW 17th October 2005 (Super Summary)

With just six days before the very first TLC event the RAW superstars made sure to give us a show. We kicked off the night with the reigning WWE Champion Justice coming out to the ring. In what may be the first time ever, Justice spoke out to the crowd. He began by saying that since he started his title run nobody has been able to stop him. He won it only weeks after his debut and now he is the unstoppable champion for this company. This Sunday when Shawn Michaels tries to stop him he will fall like the rest. Nobody shall take this title from me is the main point that came from the speech from Justice. As Justice went to exit the ring a very game Shawn Michaels made his way out. This didn’t look to good as Michaels went into a verbal assault on our WWE Champion. The fans ate everything up that came out of the mouth of Shawn Michaels. They cheered him on as Michaels went nose to nose with Justice. The segment ended with Justice holding the WWE Championship above his head.

The very first match of the night saw the WWE Tag Team Champions in action against the team La Resistance. The match saw the two teams battle it out and in the end The Basham brothers were able to gain the victory. The champions build up the momentum leading into the match against Beer Money this coming Sunday. The champions stand tall as we went to the next segment of the night. Next we saw an interview done by Chris Jericho on Randy Orton who he will face this coming Sunday at the TLC event. Jericho unleashed a barrel of taunts toward Orton, commenting on the situation involving Ric Flair. Chris Jericho made a promise to bring Orton and Flair together. He plans to do it by sending Orton to the hospital after TLC. The interview ended as Jericho went to compete in his match.

Second match of the night saw Chris Jericho defeat Rob Van Dam in a singles match after hitting RVD with a codebreaker. The match went back and forth however RVD made a mistake which allowed Jericho to take advantage. During this encounter RVD had the support of the entire crowd as Jericho saw major heat from the people. A great match that saw over the ten minute mark. We saw no sign of Randy Orton during or after this match. After the bell had rung to end the match Jericho took the chance to taunt the crowd. He made his way up the ramp as the crowd continued to boo. Backstage now and we saw Muhammad Hassan doing a beat down on Jeff Hardy, his opponent this Sunday for TLC. Hassan was seen laying boots down on the reigning Intercontinental Champion as Daivari yelled taunts toward Hardy. The two men left the scene of crime and headed back to the locker room as officials checked on Hardy who was meant to be in action against Kane tonight. The announcers ran down the card as people were checking on Jeff Hardy. With the man match being promoted was the WWE Championship match followed by Orton vs Jericho.

After returning from a quick commercial break we were ready for the third match of the night. It saw the monster Kane defeat a wounded Jeff Hardy in a matter of minutes. Jeff was in no situation to compete tonight after the beat down. Kane took the chance quickly hit the tombstone and defeat Hardy. After the match had finished it looked like Kane was going to do something more to Hardy. He grabbed a table from under the ring. And moved it into position. Hardy was in huge trouble as Kane lifted Hardy up for the chokeslam. But then Triple H rushed down the ramp and made the save and went into combat mode. Huge shots to the face of Kane connected and the crowd went nuts. A kick to the stomach from Triple H allowed him to send Kane into the ropes. The people went nuts as Triple H nailed a spine buster through the table. The Game stood up on his feet and grabbed a microphone. He said that in just six days Kane will feel the wood going into his back once again. Little bits of spiky broken table stabbing into his flesh. The crowd cheered as Triple H announced that we will see KANE VS TRIPLE H IN A TABLES MATCH AT TLC! We went to a commercial break as Hardy got to his feet and shook hands with Triple H. Not an easy RAW for the Intercontinental Champion to say the least.

We returned from the break with Rhyno standing inside the ring. He quickly made reference to his actions last week and why he attacked Big Show. It turns out that Rhyno feels he is underused and is getting the short end of the stick. While he is doing nothing Big Show comes in and gets a main event against Randy Orton. Rhyno says that it isn’t fair and something should be done to fix this. Before anything else could happen Big Show made his way out to the ring. He said that if Rhyno was a problem then the two should sort it out. This Sunday at TLC the two men should face off against. Rhyno liked the idea and the two men shook on it. We now have another match for the TLC card. After the two men exited the ring we saw the forth match of the night. It was CM Punk defeating Hardcore Holly in a squash match. Punk was quick to hit his signature moves and ended the match with the GTS. After the match was over Sheamus came running down the ramp and hit Punk with the Brogue Kick to say “see you Sunday”. This two men will meet in a match at TLC to see which rookie really deserves to be here on Monday Night RAW.

Before the main event of the evening Randy Orton was shown on camera and cut a small promo on Chris Jericho. It Y2J thinks he is going to send me to the hospital then he is mistaken. During his career Orton says he has put countless people in the hospital. From legends to jobbers like Jericho. Nobody can stop a Viper when he is angry. And Jericho has pissed off the snake inside Randy Orton. The promo ended with Orton meeting up with his tag team partner for tonight…Shawn Michaels! The main event saw Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels defeat WWE Champion Justice and his partner Big Show who was added to this match to get pay back on Orton for having him screwed last week. The match had everyone on their feet and ended with a superkick to Big Show and an RKO. The crowd cheered as Michaels got the pin while Justice watched on from outside. Shawn Michaels sent a crotch chop to Justice however he turned around and was hit with an RKO from Randy Orton. Instantly the crowd booed and Orton loved it. He climbed on top of the turnbuckle and did his trademark pose. But then as Orton got down from the ramp, Chris Jericho came into the ring and struck Orton with a steel chair to the head. Down went Orton as the fans were silent. Jericho held the chair up and laughed to end this edition of RAW!

Friday Night Smackdown October 21st 2005 (Super Summary)

Just two nights away from the TLC event and the fans are very excited. Here on Smackdown the main match hyped was the rematch between Billy Kidman and Batista. The night kicked off with World Champion Edge making his way out to the ring. His main points were that while everyone is talking about TLC, they should be talking about Armageddon. Because it will be at that event where Edge defends his first ever title. Who will he face, it doesn’t matter. Because Edge says he has worked years to hold this title and will not give it up. He has done everything he has been told to do. Jumped through the rings that have been put in front of him. He has seen his brother fired for reasons unknown, he has beaten half of the world champions backstage. And finally he can call himself a champion. Last week Batista came done to this ring and got down to a level that I thought he wouldn’t go down to. Edge at this point shows of his title and says that Batista can cry all he wants. But it will not and cannot change the fact that Edge is the true champion. If Batista wants a problem then just bring it on. Nobody is going to stand over Edge tonight or any other night for that matter. As we await the music of Batista, JBL appears with Orlando Jordan. The verbal confrontation begins as JBL rips on Edge for everything he said. In JBL’s mind he has earned nothing. All this leads to a match being made, Edge vs JBL for later tonight.

After a commercial break we are in for the first match of the night. It saw Mr Kennedy compete in the first round of the United States Championship Tournament Round 1. He faced off against Chavo and defeated him in a very entertaining match. The match finished when Chavo walked into a Mic Check and Kennedy got a three count. The fans weren’t too happy with the result as Kennedy mouthed off a little on the microphone. In fact he demanded that his face be removed from the TLC poster as he doesn’t compete on Monday Night RAW. And these fans don’t deserve to see him compete unless he actually is on the PPV. He left the ring, but not before kicking a down and out Chavo in the face. Backstage we saw Batista doing a quick interview over the words spoken by Edge. When asked about the respect between the two Batista said he lost all of his respect for Edge last week. When he speared him it all went out the window. No respect is shared for Batista and he doesn’t care if Edge respects him. All Batista wants is his title and he plans on getting it back very soon!

The second match of the night was also a match in the US title tournament. It saw Kurt Angle defeated Chris Masters via submission. The crowd were totally behind Kurt Angle in this match and the former WWE Champion made quick work of Masters. It was just over 6 minutes until Angle locked in the ankle lock and got the victory. Angle gave a signal that he was going to win this tournament before walking to the back. A very exciting match and Angle was on fire as always. In the back we went as John Cena had an interview with Todd Grisham. Cena had fun playing and mixing it up with Grisham. Cena gave a quick rap for the first time in years which got a huge pop (this guy is ready for the main event). He ripped on Orlando and JBL before heading to the ring. The fans were way into the promo from Cena.

Third match of the night and Cena was able to defeat Orlando Jordan in a solid mid card match between the two. During the contest JBL tried to get involved but Cena was able to knocked him off the apron and send him flying. The fans went nuts as Cena lifted Orlando up onto his shoulders and nailed the FU. A cover and the three count followed to a huge cheer from the people at the arena. After the match was done JBL came into the ring but was hit the FU from Cena. With his music blasting in the background Cena grabbed is US title and held it above his head. A quick you can’t see me taunt before leaving got a small pop from the already cheering crowd. Cena had the people eating out of his hand the entire time he was on camera tonight. We went to commercial as Cena made his way up the ramp. Back from commercial JBL was seen talking to Orlando Jordan. He grabbed him and threw Orlando into the locker room door. You could tell JBL was furious that Cena got the better of him tonight and blamed it all on Orlando. Quickly Orlando attempted to apologize by JBL just stormed out of the room. He seemed pissed to the max. Orlando stayed on the ground as he watched JBL make his way down the hall.

The forth match of the night was the rematch between Batista and Billy Kidman. This time the match went a different way as EDGE made his way out to the ring. He got onto the apron distraction Batista by throwing in a t shirt with Edge written on it. Batista lost all focus on Kidman and went after Edge. This allowed Kidman to roll Batista up and get a three count and one of his first major victories. The fans couldn’t believe it as Batista went in a rage. He instantly ran up the ramp and smashed anything in his path. He wanted to get to Edge but he couldn’t catch up. So Batista decided to smash some parts of the Smackdown set. That is what we saw as we switched to a video of Brock Lesnar. The video ran for a couple of minutes and showcased some of his biggest moments. The video ended as we went to commercial and prepared for our main event of the evening and the last before TLC.

The main event and the final match before TLC took place between JBL and Edge. It was a great contest which saw Edge nail the spear and get the victory after a botched run in from Jordan who tried to get some favour back from his mentor. The run in stuffed up as Orlando missed the shot from the World Championship. He went for Edge but hit JBL. From here Edge just sent Jordan over the top rope and set up for his finisher. The crowd cheered as Edge began to celebrate. But then Batista appeared at the top of the ramp. He looked pissed as ever. Slowly Batista pointed toward Edge and then charged to the ring. The people exploded with cheers as Batista and Edge went at it inside the ring. The traded shot for shot and the fans were split right down the middle on who they wanted to win. Nobody won the fight as officials came running down and split both men up. We ended Smackdown with Edge and Batista screaming toward each other. The fans had a great time on Smackdown and they went home happy.

With these two shows done I'm up to the PPV and I don't expect any reviews for these shows. Please don't waste time on them. The prediction contest template will be up tomorrow morning. I'm two matches into the TLC event and plan to have it up by next weekend. Actually Sunday Night next week at 6:00 pm sharp.
