Create a Tag Team

1) Johnny Curtis & Brodus Clay- Both guys are on Smack Down and they have a history together through NXT. They could also play off of how both their pros left them high and dry. I think they would make a good heel combo, have Curtis as the mouthpiece/ technical guy and Brodus as the enforcer.

2) Tyler Reks/Gene Snitsky- There was that rumor WWE was considering resigning Snitsky and Tyler Reks hasn't been doing anything. I think they would make a good brutal team that just comes out and squashes opponents. Reks can go too if you watch his work prior to WWE.

3) R. Truth/JTG- I think JTG would make a good sidekick like character for what Truth is doing now. JTG is a former tag champion, and he isn't an awful worker, if they were to reinvent the division I think this would make a good pairing.

4) Trent Barreta/Joey Mercury- Mercury is still on the roster technically, I think him and Barreta would make a very interesting team and could make for some interesting matches in a reinvented tag team division.

5) Zack Ryder/Percy Watson- I know the Ryder marks may not be a fan of this pairing, but what else is Ryder really doing right now? They have very similar yet distinct personalities. Ryder is the Long Island party guy and Percy is the South Beach party guy. If nothing else the mic work would be very funny and entertaining.

6) Peter Orlov/Vladimir Kozlov- I think it is time for Kozlov to drop Santino, this comedy act has ran it's course. Orlov has the Russian gimmick, he has a ton of potential and the matches I have seen he is exciting and would be a perfect contrast to Kozlov's style. They could have a program with Santino and whoever else.

Evan Bourne and Justin Gabriel. or Gabriel and Sin Cara. Any two high fliers together would be great TV.
I said yesterday and got a bunch of hate for it, Kings of the Internet tag team.
Daniel Bryan and Zack Ryder. Though liked on the Net for different reasons, both are internet darlings.
Or Bryan and Colt Cabana if he comes to WWE.
If rumors are true and The Kings of Wrestling come to WWE, and WWE doesn't drop the ball, the tag division is saved. I think WWE should sign Gen ME as well. To really build their tag division.

I don't hate the idea, and it will get Ryder TV time, but it would make more sense to put him with Darren Young, also a south beach party boy. And Young doesn't make me want to through my TV out out of a window (jk but really) like Watson does. "Ungh Ungh Ughn OH YEAH! is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Ryder came out on Raw, and said WWWYKI to Otunga and Mike M, so it's already partly set in stone.

I almost thought this was going to happen awhile back (kinda wanted to start a thread on it).

When Zeke was starting to have problems within the Corre (they were feuding with the Big Show and Kane), I thought they were gonna pull Zeke out of that, and Mason Ryan from the new Nexus to make those two a team. Heels, obviously. Two guys, similarly built. Could've pictured them being very dominant.

Sheamus and Drew for the celtic connection
Rey and Cara because it would be fun to watch and who better for Cara to learn from than Rey.

But really they just need opponents for the Uso's. They've been impressing the hell out of me lately! They've got the in-ring skills, they've got a solid gimmick, they've got swagger in the ring all they really need is a mouth-piece but with the tag division the way it is these days they can get away with just impressing in the ring and people will enjoy it.

It may almost be to late but the perfect tag team to bring back the tag division and keep their singles career alive would be:
R-Truth and Christan: Let me bring you back to that amazing promo on Raw "6/20/11" on POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!! Besides The MIZ that promo was gold... A conspiracy would tie them together but the only way this could truly stand is if Christan is put through many "unfair" WHC matches or he loses in a unfair way... feeling cheeped while this will help R-Truth build more on the character. They compete in the Tag and Main Event which will help help both and will boil up until Survivor Series where they will break up or both become world champs and extend as they took over the conspiracy. I still think Truth will be the one who will find out who the GM is and when he does it may be reveled to be Teddy... Which would help them even more.

First off I want to say that tag team wrestling is dead in the WWE and has been for quite some time, if anything they need to start signing actual tag teams instead of throwing a bunch of random teams together that have absolutely nothing to gain from being a tag team. I'd love to see the WWE pick up a team like the Young Bucks to try and pick up off the popularity that Londrick had during their year plus long title reign.

But if I HAD to throw together a few tag teams these would be the teams I'd make.

Sin Cara & Rey Mysterio - I'm not a big fan of either of them, but it's common knowledge that Triple H is big on Cara but the guy needs to learn how to work the WWE style of lucha and ReyRey is the only guy that I can think of that would be able to show Cara the ropes. You could eventually break it off and make them feud, maybe even make a Mask vs Mask retirement match for Rey.

Wade Barrett & William Regal - I'd like to see these guys do a student/teacher kind of thing if Barrett keeps up this recent string of bad luck. They could also work with the anti-American type gimmick that's been done to death, but the way I'd set it up is by having Wade challenge Daniel Bryan for the breifcase at Summerslam, have him lose the match and the next Smackdown have Regal (Keep in mind that he's one of Danielson's teachers) show up backstage and take Barrett under his wing. This might work better in a manager/agent type of thing but these two would be awesome to see work together.

To be honest those are the only two new tag teams I can come up with, I'd love to see them get the Hart Dynasty back together, or even bring back Shad to reform Cryme Tyme but Tag Wrestling is looking like a lost cause in the WWE.

Eazy, Jericho and Miz. These two would be pure gold on the Mic, and work great in the ring together. It would be better if it were to be as Miz turned face though. A long shot to happen, I know. but a team of Y2J and Miz would be well.. Awesome (horrible Pun)

This really is the only good one I could think of, because all the rest NEED a singles career, and for some, getting stuck in a Tag Team might hold them back a bit. With Jericho, and Miz, you wouldn't have the problem. Both teamed with Big Show a few years back, and if anything, it helped them more than it hurt them.

Repackaging Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase: Elevate DiBiase to Rhodes' level and make them into another cross brand dominating team akin to Jeri-Show.

The Miz & Alex Riley: Perhaps Riley could have a feud with the aforementioned Rhodes/DiBiase super team, facing off against each of them in singles matches, and losing to them in a handicap match. Each match ends the same way, with Riley getting a paper bag put on his head. The Miz begins making fun of Riley in backstage segments, telling him how he's nothing without him. Eventually Riley grows tired of Miz's heckling and challenges him to one more match. Miz wins after interference from Cody and Ted, who enter the ring and beat Riley up. Cody offers Miz a paper bag, offering him the honors of bagging his former protege. The Miz refuses and clears the ring of Cody and Ted, and helps Riley to his feet. The two of them reunite to feud with Rhodes/Dibiase.

I'm kind of suprised this hasn't been mentioned yet, but I think Dolph Ziggler should be teaming with Michael McGuillicutty.

McGillicutty needs to ditch that STUPID name of his and go as who he really his - Joe Hennig, the son of Mr. Perfect. After Nexus finally gets the chop, he should be taken off t.v. and re-packaged in development IMMEDIATELY as 'The Son of Perfection' Joe Hennig.

Once he's ready, have Ziggler come out saying he's not the only piece of perfection on RAW, and bring out Hennig using an updated version of his father's old music, thus establishing 'The Perfect Tag Team'.
