Great fight, DC looked to have him in the first two rounds but after the third he was too gassed and Jones just barely won by unanimous decision.
Jones is a great heel BTW, always go out of my way to either see him get beat, or in most cases see him win and watch the crowd reaction.

Thought I was watching The New Day until the 3rd or 4th round when Bones started dumping DC at will. I kid. Cormier's "Hogan slamming Andre" moment was heartening. Give that lanky Scandinavian kid another shot, I say. Fun fight.

Mid-Card Championship Winner
Scored the fight 49-46 Jones. Great performance by Jones and very impressed once again by his ability to stop the takedown.
Yeah the undercard sucked really badly. I thought those fights were going to really deliver, but outside of Burkman/Lombard, nobody showed up to fight last night.
Thankfully though the main event lived up to the hype and that's all that really matters at the end of the day.
DC broke my heart in the post fight press conference. I was rooting heavily for Jones but man I couldn't help but to feel for DC. Such a classy, good human being, who's had a very, very rough life. He'll bounce back though and either get a rematch or get a shot at the vacant title when Jones eventually moves up to HW.

Nothing coming from UFC indicates that he will drop the belt. I don't feel like they have a conduct policy, and I am not sure (genuinely) if anyone considers cocaine a PED. You wouldn't strip anyone else of a championship in any other sport, so I don't know why you would in this case. Besides, what happens? He drops it, goes to rehab for 60 days, then comes back and embarrasses whomever they make the interim champion? People make mistakes with substance abuse, and if its not going to get in the way of his next fight, then let him take care of his issue.
Also, so everyone knows, the fail happened in early December. Not in the competition window. So once they decided to still hold their ME fight with full knowledge of the fail, any notion of taking the belt off him went right out the window.

Genius move by the UFC to book the Mcgregor vs.Siver card the same freaking time as the AFC Championship. When it was all but a given the Patriots would be there.

I just hope they can find a replacement for Uriah Hall's opponent. On the bright side, the Patriots always kill the Colts. So I won't be missing much.

Siver comes out to "last resort" by Papa Roach and I've already decided to yell at him "CUT MY LIFE INTO PIECES, I HOPE THIS FIGHT IS SHORT" When he comes out. Considering the fact that I'll be right where they come out, there's a chance he could hear me, I tell you!~

I'll try to post pictures. I'm in the second row, but here's an approximation of what I'm looking at for a view. Might be hard to beat 4 rows from the ring for Money In The Bank earlier this year where I was sitting right behind fat ass Billy Kidman doing production on a Macbook though (and where I was pretty sure Cena was staring right at me where he looked at the hard camera side when he won the title and I was the only one not standing and cheering when he won).
