Was just rewatching some 2005 ROH. He was in great shape for CM Punk. The announcers said they'd never seen him touch a carb. Unfortunately, I think the road and the carb culture it creates in the WWE lockerroom has really hit Punk hard. I remember a couple weeks last summer where he was embarassing looking when he took his shirt off.
