Cesaro doesn't have the IT-factor - Rollins, Ambrose and todays wrestlers lack of IT

I rather see some new faces on the roster. Today the fans have been dumbed down, and people really lost the connection what wrestling really is. That's why the ratings are low.

I wish they would just give cesaro a good singles push and just not let him talk much. A straight to the point bad ass wrestler that can go with anyone and any style. I think they just over think what to do with him and just let him go at it with whoever

No one will have the IT factor until they relax to the inane scripting. People should be allowed to improvise a bit more. Although I get the vibe that Ambrose and Wyatt have a little more creative free rein than most. Same went for Bryan when he was about. I always got the impression that I was listening to Bryan Danielson more than some scriptwriter. Which is probably why he got so over, people felt he was genuine.

I think Ambrose may be headed there based on the fact that we've seen him get much more serious and less goofy in the last few weeks. Although I had Raw on the other day and my wife, who knows sod all about wrestling beyond The Rock and has even less interest in it, said 'is that the one who acts like he's drunk all the time?!'

Cesaro and Reigns suffer from the same problem of being quite intelligent and witty people in real life but are held back from being themselves on the mic. Neither of them are a confident promo, or even vaguely any good, so that might be why. But chances must be taken for people to progress. Particularly Reigns who, given a heel turn and free rein on the mic, could still turn out to be the megastar they desperately wish he was.

Nobody walks through the doors of any organization with the IT factor because what some of you may gauge as the IT factor may not appeal to someone else. A lot of people are said to have IT. No disrespect, but look at Sean O'Haire. The guy had a million-dollar look and plenty were saying he had the IT factor. Unfortunately, he never realized that potential. Maybe his IT factor wasn't gauged correctly. Who in the world thought Rocky Maivia would become the most electrifying man in sports-entertainment? Who thought Steve Austin would chop off his blonde locks, wind up with more hair on his face than he had on his head, and define the sport's most-successful era? The IT factor has nothing on creative's ability to gauge what a person is truly capable of, bring it out of them, and turn the volume up to 100.

Beyond all of that, all of the guys you mentioned are featured prominently on this continent's number-one wrestling company's weekly shows. Plus, they sell tickets. Case closed.

Cesaro reminds me a bit of Lance Storm.

Terrific in the ring, can put on a good match each week but just when you think he's ready to push on it doesn't happen happen.

It's like 1 step forward, 1 sidewards followed by 1 back then another to the side.

The OP is a ******ed about Austin all the time.

Clearly we have a lot of talent and characters in WWE, the problem is how they are booked. And the product today, has no depth at all.

The roster today is loaded with talent. Unfortunately, we get too many mouthpieces not enough total packages. Shit, Ryback is pretty freakin good on the mic now that he is being himself, but he had been held back for too long by WWE's "Creative." (use that term lightly, they never offer anything creative)

Whats needed is less "Lets take a look at what just happened 17 times" and less "Heres the authority or Brock Lesnar for 45 minutes doing nothing" and more DX coming out dressed as the Nation and more Stone Cold Driving a beer truck into the ring and more Daniel Bryan occupying RAW. Those are dynamic story lines, not ones that are overly forced and that is what is missing and why we are unable to see who really has the "IT" factor.

Titus Oneal (Oneill?) with some in ring improvements could be a huge star, same with Xavier Woods. Ryback, Rollins, Ambrose, and Reigns are all there and could show they got the IT factor is given an ounce of control. People like Sheamus, Randy Orton, Dolph Ziggler(sorry), and others that fit that mold get stale so fast.

Totally agree with this. Its a shame hes pretty old already because other than that the guy has massive potential. Hes big, pretty jacked, has a legit athletic background, has the whole father of the year thing going on for him and just all round looks like a believable, credible main event type guy.
