I feel sorry for CCS. It seems he needs to take some Biology, Archeology, Anthropology classes and combine them with Theology classes. Then he can argue better. As a Catholic, I have come to realize everything in the bible is not true, but that the bible is able to provide a great sense of ideologies. Overall, I believe Jesus was a man (If he is the son of God, or a God, I will not argue, as there is no proof for either, per se, but is based on a faith), but Jesus was a man who taught the peoples of the world to truly love one another. I think that is a great message, and is the greatest part of Christianity, as well as many other faith systems. In that light though, anyone is able to love another person, and one doesn't need faith to be able to love another. Religion can act as a great social institute for this love, is nothing else.

yeah really I went to a Baptist church for 7 years. Got saved and everything. So when there is another Christian against CCS you now he;s wrong. don't think it's right to shove my religion down other people's throat like he's doing so I don't bring it up that often.
Thank you TM for being the shining example of how one can be both spiritual and logical at the same time. This is exactly how I feel in a sense, though my beliefs are more of a combination of Eastern religions such as Taoism & Buddhism.
What CCS fails to realize is that the Bible was not written by God. It wasn't written by Jesus Christ either. It was written by men. Unfortunately he's chosen to take everything in the bible literally, as though these men walked up to the Pearly Gates themselves and wrote down everything God him/herself had to say.
