Anybody else miss the days of Booker T as a commentator? Say what you will about his style but god damn he was a hell of a lot more entertaining then the bickering we get every monday. Give me "Shucky Ducky Quack Quack", "WITH THE GREATEST OF EASE!", the Fav Five, etc.. any day over JBL shouting "what's up", "USOOO", or "OLE, every 2 seconds (why is the heel commentator singing along to the good guys intros?). Plus T and Cole > JBL and Cole.

I enjoyed Booker, he clearly had no idea what was going on. Put him on commentary and when a match isn't working, allow Booker to speak. When a match is working, just give him some orange jucie to keep him quiet.

I think the commentary team should be the Miz and Titus O'Neil. They'd be rather entertaining, and they'd relate better to the current product than the pencil necked geek and two out of touch has-beens.

I didn't absolutely hate Matt Striker. He was a lot better than Grisham, Mathews and Adamle. If I remember correctly, he could have been groomed into a decent Michael Cole replacement. Him, Booker and Regal is a Smackdown dream team.

I wouldn't mind a 3 man team on Smackdown - Cole, JBL & Booker. I could see both Cole & JBL or just JBL taking the piss out of Booker, which would be pretty funny.

I think the WWE turning Cole back to a face announcer after King's heart attack was a move in the right direction in regards to not hating him.

As far as Booker, bring him back. He played the color commentator role better than JBL is doing it now. JBL used to be great, but now he spends too much time bullying Cole and talking about promotions that have been defunct for 40 years. I like the idea of a heel who can put guys over, which JBL is good at, but I'd much rather hear Booker.
