Anyway, it is so fucking stupid. The warehouse closes at 9:30, can't send stuff on time, actually, can't send the correct stuff for that matter. What the fuck am I supposed to do if someone calls in a life or death situation, and I don't have the item? I have to search the hospital itself, and if I get it in time, then okay. But one of our directors actually said tell them they have to wait until the morning. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?! Life or death, and they have to wait until the morning?!?! A patient potentially dies because we don't have an item.

Probably because whoever's in charge of the shipping gets paid minimum wage; what's the fucking point of working if you only get 5 bucks an hour?

I just really don't get it. We are a corporate department now with another hospital. If they can't get our shit here on time, how are they supposed to do more work, in the same amount of time? It shouldn't take 4 hours to pick items, put them on big moving carts, and bring them here in 30 minutes. The best part about the warehouse is they had it leased, and were paying for 3 months of an empty warehouse. Wasting money they could have used on more staff at both hospitals instead. Which is really what needs to happen.
