Can Shannon Go Face?

can shannon go face? that is the question. we've seen shannon be heelish for a few months, but with what happened yesterday...can he go face? I mean jesse neal is a uss cole vet...that attack happened in 2000 by usama...wouldn't it make sense for inc inc to be face now? I personally like inc inc as a tag but also see this as an oppurtunity to split them up...shannon could still be heel? anyone think tna will do something w neal on thursday?

from reports i've seen they started the Impact taping tonite by playing the national anthem w/ Neal standing in the ring alone, and the rest of the roster on the stage/walkway.

Anyone can go face. Hell when Jeff Hardy gets back they could work him into a face if they wanted to. The real question is should they? My answer is no. TNA shouldn't take what has recently happened and use it as an excuse to turn a heel face. That's cheap. They can still have Shannon heel without ever mentioning Bin Laden, as I think they should.

As for your second question, I don't think they will run a skit with Neal unless they really had nothing planned for him this week, and decided to promote him with what happened as a sign of respect.

Either way, I don't care to see TNA use what recently happened as a poor man's storyline. Keep it kayfabe.

There is no reason to turn him face, that would be going backwards. They need to continue going forward with whatever storyline they have going with him, which I have no idea what that is because now Stiener is fueding with Morgan, and Cimson is fueding with Abyss. But whatever direction they are going with Ink inc they need to keep going in that direction, going backwards would just get more shit piled on TNA's uncreative/booking.

The thing with Jesse Neal, is because like someone said he is a former member of the crew of the USS Cole that was attacked by Al-Qaida. Since Ben-Laden was "Killed" last night, this is somekind of a tribute.

The whole thing with disrespecting people and how it correlates with DILLIGAF is something that TNA should work on, not trash just because of bin Laden.

I also think that Moore shouldn't even mention bin Laden, because it's really not about that. Using it to piss Neal off would be cheap (and possibly tasteless) heat in my opinion. If they're gonna break up Inc Ink, maybe wait a week or two if you want to respect Neal and the soldiers or otherwise not cause any unnecessary ripples, then continue the storyline.

he can go face, but would anyone care. sorry if you are a fan but i find him to be pretty bland. nothing about him stands out, his gimmicks have been boring, and i just don't think anyone would care if he came out there as a face. i mean, x-pac did the whole heel/face thing before too and no one really cared. i think same here.
