Sure.

1. Found a stock photo. For this one, it was Isengard from LOTR... Nice touch, I know.
2. Added the stock of Baraka.
3. Smudged the stock and blurred it out. Erased the focal point.
4. Motion blurred the image then erased the focal.
5. Put an orange line over the weapons and warped them using the warp tool
6. Erased the parts that would be considered as being the back of the weapons.
7. Added a C4D behind the render
8. Added light sources and dark parts.
9. Added 3 Gradient Maps on low opacity.
10. Added the text.
11. Added the border.

I'd go into more details but a good magician never reveals his secret and it would also take forever.
