TNA has nothing to do with the PPV being $50. That's the providers decision. TNA is having issues with PPV providers which is why they only have 2 PPV's a year now because PPV's are expensive and if they're going to lose money there is no point in doing them, so PPV providers hike up the price and hope that TNA's few thousand loyal fans will buy the PPV.

In comparison, ROH's PPV's are $34.50. But ROH is cheaper to produce and in their time on PPV has performed better than TNA.
