Smackdown is goin...when was that announced that they will be merging, that is gonna bloooow...Now we wont be able to see half the superstars

Plus they need a way for everyone to forget about WCW altogether; since the HWT is the only thing left over from WCW, so what a way to do a way with what used to be the best title of them all! Soooo LongDeathIsARight said:

well Cena pretty much said it all... the wwe title has history and of course Vinnie Mac wont let that tittle just go.If he is going to drop a tittle its going to be the world tittle. The wwe has to much history to just drop and make the world tittle into the wwe title. OF course Vinnie forgets the history of the wcw tittle but then again... wcw is dead until Vinnie sees $$$ in it again.

I thought that Mysterio would just make the jump....But since he is hurt...he might as well drop the title for now and take some time off...and ECW can have its World Title...

Well I wouldnt like to see WWE lose another superstar and i definatly don't want to see the WWE lose a title.....If they will take the title off Rey give it to someone thats in the WWE not ECW they can bring back the ECW title what do we have to take back?

I certainly am. Heel GM's do tend to work better but I didn't like Teddy as a heel ethier. His character got old after about 30 seconds. Go back and watch when he introduced Batastia as the final draft pick. He managed to suck all the excitment out of it. One of the reasons SD is going downhill IMO is the fact he is manager. Anyway back to the point of the thread I think it is quite likley Sabu will win the WHC at ONS. Rey will be out injured for a while then return to ECW to get his belt back. To be honest the title may as well go to ECW to be revamped as since wrestlemania it has been completley devalued anyway. Maybe the WWE champ will then defend on both shows much like they did when the brand split happened.DakotaDave said:

The title should go over to ECW...But then leave it as that...ECW should be its own show and Raw should be its own show...I cant stand this Raw Smackdown split...I hardly watch Smackdown but when I do it seems so boring...
If the heavyweight title becomes the ECW Title...den the champ should just defend it on ECW and Raw and Smackdown should be brought back together with just Raw being the show for the week...
I still see Sabu taking the title off of Rey...Rey seems like a sentimental champ because of what happened to Eddie...*RIP Eddie*

I agree, I think that both Sabu and RVD will win the titles. Rey Mysterio should fight Cena (and Edge, I guess since he is the #1 Contender) to make the new WWE Champion and the champ should fight on both shows. The shows should remain seperate, so that you can continue to showcase the midcarders better and not hide them in the bunch, thats what would happen if they combined.
If they are going to do the whole Franchise Shane Douglas thing than RVD needs to win cuz Sabu aint doing a promo, unless Fonzie does it for him. I think it's better for RVD to do that promo, cuz RVD would have a lot to say.
