Hey guys, this is the latest update on my thread:
The latest RAW that I posted in my thread was the last show to come in a long-long time. Yes, that actually means that I am not going to continue with my thread and this time, unlike last time, I've got reasons to back-up my backing off. After I started off getting major views and reviews from you guys, lately I have been noticing that people don't seem to "get into" my show and I am not recieving as many views and hardly any reviews. And to be honest, I wasn't really happy with the direction I was going in. I realised I was just rushing to get to the big shows without proper storylines and build and I need to give it a break. So yeah, WWE: An Icon Presentation (which has already fallen of the 1st page) will be silent for at least a few months. Meaning if I choose, I could go back to that thread which most probably I won't. And the best option is, I will be starting a new thread with better ideas.
But until then, I am not just going to give out reviews but I'll continue with my lounge thread posting up articles every now and then (GCB, I am waiting for you to complete the Rumble mate). And I will do something non-wrestling related, something that hasn't been done in any e-fed, on any site in any part of the world. Guys and girls, I will be doing a "WWE Heroes" thread in which I will use the WWE superstars and superheroes and I'll give it a storyline. Something like the Justice League or Avengers with WWE superstars starring as superheroes in them. I hope it'll work as it is a step away from the standard wrestling feds and I hope to create a good fed with it. Also, since the Saturday Night Verdict was predicted to be a major hit in my thread, I would like to do something for you guys with it. Meaning you guys could get your version of the WWE superstars from your thread to my SNV with Michael Cole on a pre-PPV Saturday to further your storylines. How's the idea?

I've started Raw now, but I've found that the matches in this show are all going to be quite short, as this is going to be a promo-heavy show which will advance some storylines quite a bit on the road to Backlash. Just wanted to let everyone know that before they read!

I've planned to start a Book This! by next week. I was just playing through Here Comes the Pain and I really started imagining what sort of stories I would have liked to see in 2003. My Book This will start on the night after WrestleMania 19. I was a bit circumspect seeing that two guys are already doing a Book This! around the same timeline but then I thought, why the hell not? 2003 is a really interesting year because the roster is loaded and you can get quite a few dream feuds from that period.
Some of the promos are giving me sleepless nights though. Particularily Cena's raps which I am pretty sure will suck hard in my Book This!. Oh well, I can always take the easy route there and do a summary of what happened there. The matches are going to be easier because a lot of the action will be simmed from HCTP with me editing things only when I need to put a spot in there.
