If ya watch his DVD i think they show him wiinning less than a handfull of times, and spcidifically when hogan was Champ Savage rarely won any matches against anyone. He constantly lost to Dusty Rhodes, Hogan, Warrior, even Hacksaw Jim Duggan to name a few.
