Getting Noticed By Management
I was watching some old school footage of Teddy Long and Doom and I found myself kinda wanting to change my username, I thorougly enjoyed watching him and Doom take it to the NWA back in the day. Here's the tale of the tape:
Bill Alfonso: Managed the ECW champion Taz as well as the ECW tag team champs in RVD & Sabu. He was one of the best talkers using the annoying little shit that hangs around the unnecessarily violent badass similar to Teddy Long but the difference is that Bill Alfonso played the role as sort of like the badass's cousin that was hopped up on meth or something. Unlike Teddy, he has the same cult following that every other member of the Real ECW has.
Teddy Long: Managed the "Soul Brothers" Doom to the tag team championship in the NWA which, at the time, was equal if not more important to the then WWF's tag team title and ECW's ever was. He also managed the Undertaker and Sid Vicious when they were the Skyscrapers, two future WWF/E champs and Sid, a NWA/WCW champ. Unlike, Bill Alfonso, he went toe to toe with the likes of Flair and Arn Anderson on the mic when Doom took on the Horsemen. Like Bill Alfonso, he played the role of annoying little shit that hangs around with the unnecessarily violent badass but in his case, it was like a sort of "Huggy Bear" type character.
So, who do you think is the better of the two?
