Worst - Mr Seymour. I'm convinced this guy has some mental disorder. I had him last year. All he did was give us Assignments, so we essentially tought ourself the subject of Australian Studies. Not to mention he'd give detentions out if you were late, even if it was out of your control. He was just an overall cunt.
