How did Goldberg or DDP suck as champs?

Yeah, I'm going with Russo too.

David Arquette is one of the most talked about champions of all time, which makes him better than most. He's one of the only memorable things about WCW. I also never saw his heel turn coming.

Okay, so here's how my response breaks down. Goldberg is itallicized because, while not the most technically sound (or even safest) guy, he was right for the times, so I give him a little bit of room as a deserving champ.

My big issue is how the hell do Jeff Jarret and Page even crack the top 10, let alone five? Page was super over, and taking into account he was in his mid-40's at the time, he was a damn good worker. And Jarrett should have been a heavyweight champion in WWE, IMO. He's an incredible worker (or was at that time), has a passion for the business that most of WCW's champs at that time seriously lacked, and overall was the best choice. It shouldn't matter that he was Russo's boy, he deserved it.

As for my worst WCW World Heavyweight Champion, I'm gonna bypass the obvious (Russo, Arquette.), and go with one from left field. Quiet simply, his name is The Giant. He won the title within his first year with the company, didn't affect the ratings, and (at that point) had next to no personality. Not to mention he allegedly fell off the top of Cobo Arena a scant 30-45 minutes prior. So, y' know there's my pick.
