Beating an in-conference team ranked at #24 now means you rush the court

Good God, San Diego, did you really just rush the floor beating a team barely in the Top 25 on your home floor who is in your conference? How awful must your basketball program be to consider that a "rush the floor" moment.

I think we need guidelines on the proper time to rush the floor.

Rule #1: If you're ranked ahead of the other team, the only situations where this is allowed is:

If you break a long losing streak against the other team (UK vs. Florida in football for example)

It gets you into the NCAA Tournament when you likely wouldn't have otherwise

You makes a HUGE, as in over 20 point, second half comeback

It's the final game in that particular gym/arena

The ones I listed were just for instances where you beat a team ranked lower than you.
