Batista vs. Jerishow

So Batista was back on Smackdown this week and had himself a little match with Chris Jericho. After Big Show's interview at the end of the program, we can only assume that next week we will have Batista vs. Big Show.

Then what for Batista? What are they setting up for Hell in a Cell? This here is my prediction...Deja vu from Raw only months ago. Big Show and Jericho are gonna double up on Batista and beat him up. Batista is going to need to find himself a tag team partner. One phone call. Gee, who could that be?

Rey Mysterio. Him and Jericho already have a history, so why not? He will come back and team with Batista to face Jericho and Big Show for the Tag Titles at Hell in a Cell. This will allow Rey to come back for that PPV while serving the rest of his suspension for the shows leading up to Hell in a Cell.

Thoughts? I am willing to wager that Mark Henry and MVP aren't going to get another shot, even though they sort of furthered that program over on RAW. Batista and Rey is just way bigger.

I like it. That being because I don't want to see Batista get thrown into the World Heavyweight Championship yet. C.M. Punk should continue to fued over the title. If Batista does fued with 'JeriShow', he'll have something to do without the World Title being involved, but another title being involved.

Big Show did challenge Batista to a match next week on Smackdown. If we do indeed see that match occur, either Show will pick up the win due to Jericho interference or Show will get DQ'd due to Jericho interference. I don't believe Batista will get clean wins against the tag champions, although it could happen.

Batista and Rey Mysterio have teamed in the past, so they should have no trouble finding chemistry. I believe that Rey Mysterio's suspension ends the day before Hell in a Cell, although I could be wrong. So, I see no reason why this couldn't work. I love the idea, and it could continue for more than one ppv.

This is funny I was just thinking about this today. Next week on smackdown, it will probably be batista vs show. The king of the world will get involved some how and they will beat down batista, leaving him battered in the ring. Then the next week, Teddy long will announce a tag team title match at hiac with jerishow vs batista and a mystery partner. A lot of speculation will be around the partner(not really). Mysterio will be the mystery partner and the will go for gold.
Hopefully, they wont get the titles cuz Batista was brought on smackdown as a main event face, not a tag team upper mid carder.

I've been thinking of this for a week now, and i was going to post a thread on Batista and Rey being the next tag champions. I like the idea personally, of having Rey return at HIAC as Batistas mystery partner, and maybe pick up the titles, or continue to fued with them. I think it's the best way to keep Rey away from the I.C. Title, and Batista away from the World Title for the time being, letting other people have their shots.

It's good in the sense that Batista isn't being thrown in the title picture just after coming back to Smackdown. I expect Mysterio to team with Batista and challenge for the tag team titles. After that, I expect either him or Morrison to be the next contender for CM Punk's title. Punk and Batista didn't have a great match in 2007 and Batista is worse than he was then so I don't have high hopes for that match.

Batista and Rey teaming up for now will be nice to see once again. It does keep Batista out of the World Title picture for a short while. As for MVP and Henry,yes they are furthering the feud somewhat on Raw and I do hope they get another shot after this. Batista will get Rey for sure now. It'll be nice to see them team again.

Rey Mystery as Batista’s Mysterio partner sounds like a great plan to me. It will sure give Jericho and Show a team with the greatest chance of dethroning the Undisputed Unified WWE World Tag Team Champions. I also agree that it keeps 4 Main Eventers out of the Main Event, which is needed and strengthens the Tag division in the WWE. I like it. I just hope Chris Jericho and Big Show can hold the Straps all the way to Mania.

Its an interesting one, because Jericho and Show are on Smackdown with Batista, whilst simulataneously feuding with Henry and MVP on Raw. The logical pay off is obvioulsy a tag match, but against who?

Rey's suspension ends the day before Hell in a Cell, which may mean that he comes back as Batista's "mystery partner" in some sort of three way match. A possibility, for sure, but I think that what is probably more likely is for Rey and Batista to face Jerishow at Bragging Rights, after Jerishow dispatch Henry and MVP at Hell in a Cell.

With JeriShow carrying on separate feuds on Raw and SmackDown, they could combine the two or leave them separate. If you leave them separate, JeriShow get rid of MVP and Henry at Hell in a Cell before they carry on their feud with Batista and a partner afterwards. There is a lot of speculation that his partner will be Mysterio so it matches up with three big powerhouses men and three smaller men. Then a triple threat tag team match can happen between MVP/Henry, Batista/Partner(Rey) and JeriShow. This could mean that JeriShow lose the titles without being pinnedbut only if it is Batista's team that is pinned. If MVP/Henry are, it takes away all momentum of them, both as a tag team and single competitors. If Batista's partner is Rey, he can be pinned and be seen as the weaker competitor as [ayback for being suspended.
