Bad day for Manchester

United losing makes me chuckle but Liverpool winning makes me LOL. Combine the two and I'm kind of hyper at the mo. :)

Great day for Liverpool :) Ngog is a hero.

Ngog ngog ngog ngog ngog, he tucks his cock into his sock ngog ngog ngog ngog.

Man U were absolutely dire. Expect every Man U fan on the board to come in and say WEll UR iN Da ChAMpiONzIPZ but I don't give a fuck. For a team who are meant to be the champions playing that bad against a team who were beaten last week by Sunderland is just a big meh

Exactly. Their already coming out with the ref excuses followed by the, well you've just lost 4 games argument, but truth is, they weren't good enough, they didn't show up and vidic continues to struggle with torres, united fans should just accept that they weren't good enough instead of making excuses. And for Ferguson to say the crowd influenced desicions, like that doesn't happen at old trafford, he like the fans needs to accept that they weren't good enough.

I do think we were superb. They never settled or looked like scoring.

But its stupid. We can beat them but we cant beat sunderland. We wont win the league but it will be nice to look back on.

its funny, brum beat sunderland who beat Liverpool who beat Man U. Birmingham > Man U :lmao:

But yeah I was watching it with two Man U fans one admitted they were shit, the other guy blamed the ref, but I think it was summed up when Carragaher got a yellow and the Man U players were pissed aside from Vidic who went up to Carragher and said he himself should have been sent off (then ironically was sent off).

Not the highest quality of games but Liverpool throughly deserved the victory today. Passion and hunger from Lucas, Mascherano and Kuyt, solid defensively, some creativity from Yossi and another world class finish from El Nino.

The United defense was scared stiff of Torres all afternoon. Scholes and Carrick made Lucas look world class today... that takes some doing

Didn't think the ref had that bad a game. He maybe gave more silly free-kicks than he should of but he got every big decision right, including the two red cards and Carragher's tackle on Carrick in the first half.

The only thing he did get wrong was not sending Carragher off near the end. With my Liverpool tinted glasses on, at the time, I though that a yellow was right but having seen it again, Carra should have gone. Owen did make first contact by putting his arm on Jamie's shoulder but Carra hauled him down.

I missed the game but I know the result. I shall give my judgement on United's apparent 'shite' performance after I watch Match of the Day.

Oh come on you're going to give a 90 min judgment off a copy and pasted MOTD segment :lmao:

Oh yeah I forgot about hansen and lawro. yeah it will show liverpool as the greates performance ever.

Liverpool were lacking quite a bit until the second half when they remembered there was a game on.

Man Ure lost? Marvellous. I bet they came up with a load of bullshit excuses about the ref being biased, totally unaware of the irony. It makes me sad that Ferguson won't appear on MotD anymore, I used to love basking in the heat of his red faced anger when they got beaten.

The most telling thing about Man United was that their players were running 60 yards trying to get Carragher sent off, then literally 2 minutes later they did the same thing to say that Vidic shouldn't have been booked for doing the same thing, then Ferguson has the audacity to moan about people trying to influence the ref. Man United lost today because they were shit and for no other reason. Rooney, Owen and Berbatov probably had about ten touches of the ball between them.

Torres was marked out of the game except for his goal. It's the mark of a great striker, being anonymous all game and then knicking the winner.

Didn't have a bad game? He bottled it. Carragher should have been given a straight red and so should have Vidic, though Vidic's first yellow card was laughable.

The only thing he did get wrong was not sending Carragher off near the end.
Not getting a clear red card correct is not a sign of a ref having a good game.

Shit game between the top four, again. Liverpool fully deserved their win. United missed Darren Fletcher.
