Ty Burna

Getting Noticed By Management
Mayhem 41

Ty signals for the Consecrated Banishment, picking up a dazed Titus. Ty backs up a few steps and goes for the big kick, but Titus barely manages to dodge it. Ty turns around and walks into a big DDT from Titus. Titus shakes the cobwebs out of his head and gets up before climbing to the top rope, measuring Ty, who is stirring on the mat. Suddenly, Titus turns his attention to Vengeance, who’s at ringside and leaps off, hitting the cloaked figure with the flying clothesline instead. The crowd let out a huge cheer, as Titus gets up. He stands over his fallen rival and rips off the cloak. The crowd let out a gasp as Tarja is the one under the cloak, knocked unconscious from the flying clothesline! The blood drains from Titus’ face as he checks on Tarja, with the crowd now completely silent in shock. Suddenly, the real Vengeance comes stomping down the ramp. Titus gets back into the ring but is instantly met with the Consecrated Banishment. Ty goes for the pin, 1.... 2... 3!

Harrys: Here is your winner, Ty Burna!

Cohen: There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Ty is the winner and the great Titus is a woman beater!!

Copeland: Shut up, Cohen. How the hell was he supposed to know it wasn’t really Vengeance under the cloak!?

Cohen: I knew all along!

Copeland: I highly doubt that!

Vengeance gathers Tarja from ringside and carries her up the ramp, you can see an angry look on his face as he looks like he wants to destroy Titus, he stops to look at Ty and then nods at him before continuing on up the ramp. Ty then grabs the bloody Titus and hangs him up against the ropes, facing towards the center of the ring and he then hits another Consecrated Banishment to knock Titus to the outside which the watching Vengeance has a smile on his face, Ty looks in his direction and extends his hand out to show the alliance is going strong.

*Pyros begin going off*

Connor: Welcome to Ascension ladies and gentleman, live from Louisville, Kentucky! Last night on Meltdown we saw a brutal match between Ty Burna and the WZCW World Heavyweight Champion Titus. Ty picked up the victory, due to who we originally thought was Vengeance, was actually Tarja distracting him from the outside.

Cohen: It goes to show you CC that Titus is a woman beater, and that he couldn't keep his focus on a dangerous opponent like Ty. And because of that, he was defeated cleanly in the middle of the ring.

Connor: Well in any case tonight we will see if Showtime Cougar will get some retribution for his friend Titus as he takes on Vengeance in our main event. We will also find out who will be going on to Apocalypse to face The Ghetto Stars for the WZCW Tag Team Championships as The Pride of Toyota takes on the former champions Heavy Artillery.

Cohen: But more importantly, we'll see Big Dave and Austin Reynolds prove why they are the future of this company when they team up to take out Blade and Chris Beckford tonight.

Connor: Also on deck tonight is Steven Kurtesy taking on Baller in singles action. But first let's get the action going with Steven Holmes taking on the newcomer, Alexander Steele!

----------------------------
We cut backstage to Vance Bateman's office where Steven Holmes and Alexander Steele stand waiting

Bateman: Holmes, you've impressed me to the point where you already get yourself a title shot for being at the right place at the right time. Now standing here is another impressive individual. However he has yet to prove himself in singles action, Alexander Steele! However, I need one more spot filled in the Mayhem Ladder Match and I'm offering it to Steele, but on the accounts that he wins your match up next. Holmes, if you beat him then I will give the spot to the next person who comes through that door!

A knock occurs and Mr. Baller comes in

Bateman: Well...no pressure there. Get out there and do what you got to do!

Both men leave one after another, leaving a bemused Baller with Bateman who tries to hide his expression from the possible situation that's occured.

Anderson: The following match is scheduled for one fall!

“Ode to Joy” hits and Steven Holmes makes his way onto the stage.

Anderson: Introducing first, from London, England and weighing in at 240 pounds, “The Elite” Steven Holmes!

Connor: Well Steven Holmes has got to be on his A game because as we just saw with Bateman, if he loses then newcomer Alexander Steele will be in the Mayhem Ladder Match at Apocalypse!.

Cohen: Good luck with that quest there, the Elite has him covered and Mr. Baller will be featured in two matches at Apocalypse!

Holmes stands in the middle of the ring as “For Love of the Game” begins to play and Alexander Steele wastes no time coming out from behind the set of curtains. He takes a moment to tag hands around the ringside area before sliding into the ring under the bottom rope and climbing the nearest turnbuckle to point out into the crowd.

Anderson: And his opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts and weighing in at 249 pounds, Alexander Steele!

The two WZCW newcomers circle each other as the bell rings to start this contest. They tie up in the middle of the ring with Holmes taking control with a side headlock. He takes him over and locks in a head scissors. Steele is able to kip out of it and grabs on with a side headlock of his own after both men scramble back to their feet. Steele takes Holmes over and also locks in a head scissors himself. Holmes kips out and both men return to their feet in the middle of the ring as the crowd claps in approval of the technical sequence to open the match. They lock up again, but Holmes goes behind with the rear waistlock. He takes Steele up and down with the amateur style takedown and slide up to his opponent’s head and tries to begin wearing down Steele with a chinlock. Holmes wrenches away as Steele maneuvers into a seated position and just about escapes from the chinlock when Holmes releases that hold and switches into a body scissors. Steele fights it for a few moments, and is able to roll and counter into a Boston crab. Holmes is only inches away from the ropes, however, and uses them to force a break.

Connor: These two technical masters seem intent to put on a clinic here tonight. Great showing by both men early on here.

Cohen: What do you mean both men? Holmes is the master here, and he is the one showing it, CC.

They get back to their feet and tie up, but this time Steele is able to go behind and launch Holmes across the ring with a release German suplex. Holmes lands hard on his upper back/neck and uses the momentum to slide outside to slow the pace a bit. Steele isn’t happy with this, however, and goes outside himself to go after his opponent. Steele runs at Holmes with a clothesline, but Holmes is able to avoid it and use Steele’s momentum to drive him headfirst into the barrier on the outside. Steele is down in a heap on the outside as Holmes goes in and back out of the ring to break the 10 count. Holmes is able to pull up the nearly lifeless body of Alexander Steele and roll it into the ring before entering himself. Rather than going for the pin right away, Holmes sets up and connects with a perfect knee drop to the face of Steele and then goes for the pin, 1…2… and Steele kicks out. Holmes has a look of frustration on his face, but wastes little time before using a submission combo, chinlock and body scissors to continue the wearing down process. Steele still has a glazed look on his face, but almost on instinct begins fighting his way out. Steele breaks the body scissors, and gets back to his feet with Holmes still holding a side headlock. Steele tries to shoot Holmes off into the ropes, but Holmes is able to hold his ground and drop Steele on his dead once again with a DDT. Holmes rolls into a pin, 1…2…and Steele just is able to roll the shoulder at the last possible moment.

Cohen: That was 3! This ref is clearly anti-England! The Queen won’t stand for this!

Holmes is signaling that it’s over and tries to lock in the Aristocracy Reigns. Steele is able to roll to his stomach, however, and rolls Holmes into a small package, 1…2. and a pretty quick kick out by Holmes. They both go to their feet, and Holmes runs to the ropes to get momentum, but is thrown by Steele with a overhead belly-to-belly. Holmes gets back to his feet, and is hit with a cradle suplex followed by a pin, 1…2…and a shoulder rolls out for Steven Holmes. Steele is back to his feet and signals to the crowd, which comes to life in support of him. Steele has Holmes in a pumphandle, but Holmes gets out of it and drops Steele with a scoop powerslam. Both men are down for a few seconds, until Holmes is finally able to put an arm on top of Steele for the pin, 1…2…and Steele barely gets his shoulder up. Both men struggle to their feet, and trade wild right hands. After a few from each man, Steele is able to catch Holmes’ arm and use it to lock in a pumphandle and connect with a textbook pumphandle Death Valley driver. Steele signals that he thinks it’s over, picks up Holmes, and connects with the Twisted Steele! Pin, 1…2…3!

Anderson: The winner of this match, Alexander Steele!

Connor: What an outstanding performance by both of these relative newcomers to the WZCW roster. These two will be making a huge impact around here sooner rather than later.

Cohen: And there was me looking forward to Baller being there at in the Ladder Match. I suppose I won't cut my losses with this kid though!

Steele has his hand raised in the center of the ring while Holmes lies in the middle of the ring still. Both men are definitely showing the effects of the match, as Steele heads up the ramp and out of the arena and Holmes makes it out of the ring and to the back also.

Connor: In case people weren't up to date on the situation now, we have a Six Man Ladder Match for the Mayhem Title taking place at Apocalypse.

Apocalypse-Mayhem.jpg

The Killjoy, Baez will be defending his title against Scott Hammond, Chris Jones, Gordito, Steven Holmes and now Alexander Steele where there's no disqualifications and the only way to win is to climb a ladder and retrieve the Mayhem Champion of which hangs high above the ring. This is only our Third Ladder Match in WZCW History, let's hope this will be a classic like the previous two! Now up next we'll have one more match finalised and that's regarding the Tag Team Championship, who be will facing The Ghetto Stars at Apocalypse for the belts? Fine out next!

Anderson: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is to determine the number one contender for the WZCW Tag Team Championships!

“Teeth” by Lady Gaga plays as Kravinoff walks in the lead with a bear skin over his shoulders, giving the audience a murderous stare. Toyota follows him in his black jumpsuit, waving at the audience and smiling infectiously. Upon getting in the ring, Kravinoff passes his bear skin to a stagehand waiting outside the ring and proceeds to pace around the ring. Toyota rips off his jumpsuit and throws it to the audience.

Anderson: Introducing first, at a combined weight of 795 lbs, Hunter S. Kravinoff and Wasabi Toyota, Pride of Toyota!

Connor: These newcomers have been on fire since their debuts and now have a good chance at being named number one contenders.

As Pride of Toyota enter the ring, “Carry On Wayward Son” by Kansas cuts in. Karzai and Lights come out, Karzai holding his fist in the air. Lights stares at the crowd for a second before throwing his fists in the air. They run to the ring, sliding in at the same time. Karzai jumps to the top of a turnbuckle and holds his left hand in the "Rock On" symbol as Lights shakes the ropes and raises his fists once more.

Anderson: And their opponents, weighing in at 458 lbs, Jordon Lights and Max Karzai, Heavy Artillery!

Cohen: Well this will be the end of the disappointment that was Heavy Artillery. And unlike it’s namesake, I imagine it will go out like a dud.

Connor: Always upbeat there Jack, I think Heavy Artillery looks pumped out there and ready to make a last statement.

Toyota and Karzai will start it off. They meet in the centre of the ring. Toyota goes to lock up with Karzai, but he swings around to the back of Toyota. He starts throwing forearms across the back to little effect. Toyota pushes his rear into Karzai who fly’s against the ropes. Toyota turns around and Karzai is already in front of him. He delivers a chop across the chest of Toyota and then another one. Neither seem to have much effect. Toyota with a quick throat thrust knocks Karzai off his feet. He lifts Karzai slowly to his feet and then hits a Headbutt knocking him back to the mat. Toyota bounces slowly off the ropes and comes back with a leg drop. Karzai just rolls out of the way. He quickly hits a shuffle kick which keeps Toyota on the mat. Karzai tags in Lights. Lights enters the ring as Toyota begins to stand. He turns and Karzai and Lights hit him with a double dropkick. Toyota falls backwards to his corner. Kravinoff makes the tag. He runs at Lights, who counters with a Powerslam. Lights picks up Kravinoff and Irish Whips him into the corner. Lights tags in Karzai and then goes to work on Kravinoff, hitting 5 straight Shoulder Thrusts, causing Kravinoff to fall to the mat in front of the corner. Karzai is standing on the turnbuckle. Lights rolls out of the ring and Karzai fly's, hitting coast to coast on Kravinoff. Kravinoff rolls and falls to the floor. Karzai is standing on the turnbuckle, posing for the crowd.

Connor: Heavy Artillery have been red hot here tonight and the crowd is pumped for it.

Cohen: Show boating. That’s what this wannabe rock star is doing.

Toyota walks to his partner and helps him get into the ring. Karzai quickly goes for the cover. 1... 2, Kravinoff kicks out. Karzai signals for the Crazy Train. He grabs Kravinoff from behind and locks him in position. Kravinoff with a burst of energy, rams Karzai into the opponents turnbuckle. Toyota with another throat thrust, knocks Karzai to the mat. Kravinoff tags in Toyota. Toyota picks up Karzai and Irish Whips him across the ring. Karzai bounces back off the ropes and is knocked down by a running hip attack. Toyota moves Karzai into a sitting position and applies a Shoulder Claw Submission. Karzai screams in pain as Toyota applies further pressure on Karzai’s neck and shoulder. Toyota reaches out and tags in Kravinoff. Toyota picks up Karzai and Irish Whips him into the ropes, hitting him coming back with a Samoan Drop. Kravinoff is on the turnbuckle and hits a top rope splash on Karzai, the cover, 1... 2... Karzai kicks out.

Connor: Karzai in a world of trouble. Will he be able to make the tag to his fresh partner?

Cohen: I don’t know why he doesn’t just stay down. Karzai has nothing to gain from winning.

Kravinoff grabs Karzai by the legs and goes for a Texas Cloverleaf. Karzai struggles to fight out of it. He grabs Kravinoff’s head and rolls him up for a pin. 1... 2... Kravinoff kicks out. Karzai and Kravinoff slowly get to their feet. Karzai runs to his corner, but Kravinoff cuts him off. Karzai tries to reach over Kravinoff to make the tag, but Kravinoff overpowers him. He lifts Karzai onto his shoulders and hits him with a Running Bucklebomb in the corner. Kravinoff walks over to his corner and tags in Toyota. Toyota walks over to the opposite corner and looks to hit an Avalanche. He runs, but Karzai moves out of the way. Toyota crashes hard into the corner. Karzai makes the tag to Lights as Toyota tags in Kravinoff.

Connor: The fresh man is in, this match is just getting started now.

Lights runs and knocks Kravinoff down with a clothesline. He follows it up with a Forearm Smash knocking him to the mat again. Lights picks him up and hits a swinging Neck Breaker. Lights turns his attention to Toyota and runs at him with a low drop kick to the knee. Toyota falls off the apron and onto the floor. Lights stands over Kravinoff and waits for him to stand. Lights hooks him for a Northern Lights Suplex and hits it. He does it again and then hits a third one into a pin to complete The Light Sentence. The ref goes to make the pin. 1... 2..... Toyota grabs his partners legs from outside the ring and pulls him out, breaking the pin. Toyota climbs onto the apron and is about to enter the ring. The ref is ordering Toyota to stay on the apron. While this is happening, Lights tags in Karzai and they are looking to hit Smoldering Lights on Kravinoff. Karzai has him hooked into a Suplex. Right before he lifts him, Mr. Baller is scene running down the ramp. He reaches into the ring and trips Lights and pulls him out of the ring. Karzai lifts Kravinoff up, but Lights isn’t there to catch him so he lands on his feet. Kravinoff goes behind Karzai and hits an inverted DDT and locks in the Ugandan Death Knell. Lights tries to slide into the ring, but Baller is holding onto his leg. Karzai reaches out, but eventually taps.

Anderson: Here are your winners, Pride of Toyota!

Kravinoff lets go and the ref raises his arm as Toyota enters the ring to congratulate his partner. Lights turns his attention to Baller, but he has quickly moved back up the ramp, huge smile on his face.

Connor: I don’t believe this. Heavy Artillery had this thing in control until Baller, one half of the tag team champions, ran down and pulled Lights out of the ring.

Cohen: Ref didn’t see it, therefore it doesn’t count. Heavy Artillery should’ve been prepared for anything, instead they now have nothing.

Connor: Jack could you be any more biased. Regardless, Pride of Toyota have picked up the important victory and will now face the Ghetto Stars for the Tag Team Titles at Apocalypse.

Pride of Toyota exit the ring, leaving Lights to tend to his partner. Lights help Karzai up and the two hug. The crowd cheers as Lights and Karzai shake hands and pose for the crowd for what could be the last time.

Anderson: The following match is scheduled for one fall!

“Mr. Baller” hits as James Baker and Mr. Baller come out from behind the curtain. He hops up and down on the stage as Baker yells at him to fire him up some more.

Anderson: Introducing first, accompanied by James Baker, from Miami, Florida and weighing in at 220 pounds, he is one half of the WZCW Tag Team Champions Mr. Baller!

He enters the ring and rips off his jumpsuit, revealing his WZCW Tag Team Belt. Baker and him head to the corner to discuss strategy as “Bad Case of Loving You” hits and Dr. Steven Kurtesy comes out onto the stage, followed by Doug Crashin. Kurtesy slides into the ring as Crashin gives him claps of support from the floor.

Anderson: And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Mr. Incredible Doug Crashin, from Sydney, Austrailia and weighing in at 235 pounds, Dr. Steven Kurtesy!

The bell rings and the two men begin circling each other in the ring as their partners yell encouragement from the floor. They tie up, and Kurtesy takes the advantage with a side headlock. Baller is able to fight Kurtesy back and shoot him off into the ropes and hits him with clothesline to take him off his feet. Baller tries to follow up with an elbow drop, but Kurtesy is able to scramble back to his feet to avoid it. Kurtesy sees his opportunity and stomps away on the now hurt right arm of Mr. Baller. Baller is able to roll away and under the bottom rope to the outside, where James Baker is waiting to talk with him. Instead of listening to his partner, however, Baller walks away from him and into an enzuigiri from Kurtesy around the corner of the ring on the floor. Baker is clearly frustrated with his partner, but can only stand and watch as Kurtesy grabs the arm of the dazed, but still standing Baller and slams it into the ring post. Baller screams out in pain, and screams even louder as Kurtesy does it a second time. Crashin yells him approval at his tag team partner, and Kurtesy nods in acknowledgement as he tosses Baller back into the ring.

Connor: The psychologist is teaching the basketball man a lesson in anatomy here.

Cohen: It’s hard to fight with one arm, CC. Baller will be tapping sooner rather than later.

Kurtesy follows Baller into the ring and covers him, 1…2.. and Baller winces in pain as his only way out was by using his bad arm. Kurtesy is able to take advantage of this, however, and lock in a juji-gatame armbar. Baller screams out in pain as Kurtesy wrenches harder, tearing away at the shoulder and elbow of his opponent. Baker is encouraging his partner, who after what seems like an eternity is able to reach the ropes. The ref gets to 4 on his count before Kurtesy releases the hold. Baller rolls to the outside ounce again, and tries to shake feeling back into his injured arm. Kurtesy is next to the ropes, contemplating heading to the outside but instead signals at Doug Crashin and takes the referee’s attention.. Suddenly, Crashin runs at Baller from behind. James Baker, however, sees it and shoves his partner toward the ring and out of the way and takes a clothesline from Crashin! Both Crashin and Baker slam to the floor as Kurtesy looks out at the carnage in disbelief. Meanwhile, Baller crawls back into the ring and connects with a dropkick to Kurtesy as soon as he turns around. Kurtesy bounces back up from the impact and gets thrown across the ring with an arm drag, performed with Baller’s good arm. Baller runs past Kurtesy and nails him with a Whisper in the Wind as soon as Kurtesy had returned to his feet. A cover, 1…2…and a kick-out by Kurtesy. Baller picks him up and takes him down once more with a swinging neckbreaker before heading to the top rope. He poses for the crowd, and comes off with a gorgeous leg drop. The pin, 1…2…and Kurtesy is just able to roll his shoulder at 2 and seven-eighths.

Connor: Baller is dragging Kurtesy closer to the corner, this may be the Buzzerbeater!

Baller grabs the ropes in preparation for the Buzzerbeater, but Doug Crashin jumps up on the apron to distract the referee. Baller realizes this and tries to go over to aid the ref, but Kurtesy is able to get up and hotshot Baller’s bad arm over the top rope. Kurtesy gets up once more and waits for Baller to turn around and hits the Prescribed Sedation! Kurtesy looks down at Baller, and rather than pinning his opponent who is nearly out, he locks in the Kommon Kurtesy! Baller uses his last moments of consciousness to weakly tap out before passing out as the ref calls for the bell.

Anderson: The winner of this match, Dr. Steven Kurtesy!

The referee interjects himself to break the hold. Kurtesy gets up and is joined by Doug Crashin. Kurtesy pats his partner on the back before they share both a smile and a handshake and head to the back, leaving James Baker to check on his fallen partner.

The camera cuts backstage with Becky Serra standing with Showtime Cougar.

Becky: I'm here with Showtime Cougar. Now Showtime, tonight you face Vengeance one on one. You defeated him when he was Lars Reidar, but you've never faced him as Vengeance, what are your thoughts?

Showtime: Name changes, wardrobe changes, no matter how you dress up a loser, no matter what you call a loser, he's still just that a loser. We had our best of three series right before Kingdom Come, and I came out on top then, why would going from Lars Reidar to Vengeance, going from black to white, make any difference on the outcome of our match? It won't make a difference to me.

Becky: You seem pretty confident tonight Showtime, however do you have any concern with Ty getting involved with the match. We saw what Vengeance, or Tarja rather did to distract Titus last night on Meltdown.

Showtime: Oh I'm sure Ty will use one his fancy magic tricks, make the lights go out and lay me out before anyone realizes it. Or maybe he'll get his BDSM queen Serafina to tie me up. I've grown smarter about those mind games, and when the lights do go out, I'll be ready for both of them. And at Apocalypse he won't have the ability to hit and run anymore.

Becky: Thank you Showtime.

Showtime: Don't mention it Becky, oh and tell Stacey I need another microphone holder next week..

Showtime makes a dramatic pose.

Showtime: On The Show with David Cougar!

Anderson : The following is a tag team contest, and it scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, weighing in at 190 lbs, he is the your Elite X Champion , the " Ratings Winner " Austin Reynolds!

Headstrong by Trapt begins to play throughout the arena as Reynolds makes his way out from behind the curtain and he flares his arms out and grins widely. He points to the tattoo and makes his way down the ramp and into the ring as he awaits his partner.

Anderson : And his partner, weighing in at 268 lbs, he is your EurAsian Champion, Big Dave!!

Deceiver by Disturbed comes over the arena as Big Dave makes his way out to the stage. He unhooks his championship belt and holds it up in the air before walking down the ramp and doing the same thing in the ring.

Anderson : And their opponents. Introducing first, weighing in at 226 lbs, he is the new number one contender to the Elite X Championship, Chris Beckford!!

Beckford makes his way out to the ramp as Enya Stomp by Gammer and Recon plays throughout the arena. He charges the ring and jumps up on a turnbuckle posing for the crowd.

Anderson : And his partner, weighing in at 235 lbs, he is the number one contender to the EurAsian Championship, " The Prodigal Son ", Blade!!!

Bliss by Muse begins to play in the arena as Blade makes his way out to the ramp. He looks out at the crowd and does his usual taunt before slowly walking down to the ring and doing his taunt again before entering the ring. Reynolds and Big Dave look at each other and shake hands as Reynolds is going to start off the match for his team. Blade tells Beckford to get out of the ring as he will start the match. The bell sounds and we are underway as both men lock up in the center of the ring. Reynolds gets Blade in a side headlock and wrenches on the hold as Blade fights his way out and throws him into the corner. Blade charges and spears his midsection. Beckford makes the blind tag to Blade as he comes into the ring. Blade unaware of the tag starts to pummel Reynolds into the corner. The referee makes Blade aware of the tag as he gets on the apron and Beckford picks up Reynolds only to be caught with shots to the midsection. He fights his way out of the corner and knocks Beckford to the mat. Reynolds is quick to make the tag as in comes Big Dave. Dave picks up Beckford and powerslams him hard into the mat. He goes for the quick cover...1...2....Beckford kicks out at 2.

Connor : This has been a close match so far.

Cohen : Just wait, Big Dave is going to dominate like he always does CC.

Dave goes to pick up Beckford who grabs him for an inside cradle and pin...1..2....Dave kicks out. Both men are quick to their feet and begin to trade punches in the center of the ring. Dave gets the upper hand and whips Beckford into the corner. He tags in his partner, Austin Reynolds and both men set Beckford on the top turnbuckle. Both men climb the ropes and set Beckford up for a double superplex. He somehow fights his way out of it though and sends both men crashing to the mat. Dave rolls out of the ring and Beckford hits the Cross Country on Reynolds. He is too weak to go for the pin however and begins to crawl towards Blade. Reynolds starts crawling too however and grabs Beckford's foot as both men get up. Beckford turns around though and hits Reynolds in the head with an enzuiguiri and jumps to tag in Blade. Big Dave is just getting back on the apron as Blade runs over and knocks him down. Blade comes off the ropes and legdrops Reynolds and covers him for the pin....1....2....Reynolds kicks out. Blade looks at Reynolds and tells him to tag in Big Dave. Dave comes into the ring and charges Blade and spears him into the mat and starts punching him as the ref has to force him off. Blade gets up and charges at Dave who sidesteps and throws Blade shoulder first into the ring post. He puts Blade on the top turnbuckle and hits the Spider Suplex. He quickly jumps off the top turnbuckle with a crossbody and covers Blade...1...2....Beckford pulls Blade out of the ring to stop the count.

Connor : What an excellent match between contenders and champions.

Cohen : I told you CC, Big Dave is dominating.

Big Dave looks at Austin Reynolds and tags him in. Both men come off the ropes and splash onto their opponents knocking both down to the mat. Dave pulls Blade back into the ring as Reynolds and Beckford begin to brawl on the outside. Reynolds whips Beckford into the barricade and then the steel steps. Dave sets up Blade for Checking Out as Reynolds locks in the Liontamer submission on the outside. Dave slams Blade down hard to the mat and then quickly picks him up and also hits him with the Stamp of Authority and then goes for the pin, but the ref tells Dave he isn't the legal man. He slides out of the ring and tells Austin who finally breaks his submission hold and slides into the ring for the easy pin...1....2.... Blade somehow kicks out at 2. Reynolds picks Blade up and sets him up for the Ratings Killer. He hits it and goes for the pin...1...2....3!!

Anderson : Here are your winners, the team of Austin Reynolds and Big Dave!

Connor : Well Reynolds and Dave certainly sent a message here tonight.

Cohen : Yeah and that message is that they won't lose come Apocalypse.

The following announcement is paid for by the “John Constantine for WZCW Champion” fund

As the camera fades from black, we see the face of a man brimming with excitement, passion and hunger. The camera zooms to show him sitting on a wooden desk, lined with family photos and campaign posters. The man is wearing a sharp suit and has his hands clasped on his lap.

Hello, America! I am John Constantine!

Now some of you of you may be wondering who I am and I would love to let you know the answer to that question. However, right now, I can’t! You see, my hands are bound by an agreement straight from the steps of Washington DC. However, I would love to tell you a little about me…

I began life as a chump, just like all of you damn hippies. I lived in squalor and was happy with the filth that surrounded me. In terms of people and habitat, I couldn’t have been any dirtier. People were taking hard drugs around my neighbourhood and my parents were drunkards and worse…

Ha! Who am I kidding? My parents were great. Both of them were professors and I never endured the hard times and… Well… Disgusting stench that all you seem to revel in. No, truth be told, I have no idea how all of you get through the day. Heading out to your mundane 9 to 5 job with only a cup of coffee from an a nationwide coffee store to get you through the 8 hours when you actually mean something. Yet, none of you realise that when you come out to the arenas to watch your favourite WZCW superstars, you are just another statistic. When I look at all of you, I see dollar signs and opportunity.

Yes, I see opportunity for both of us. I am John Constantine. There has never been a better WZCW competitor in the history of this company than me and there will never be someone more driven towards the ideals of the everyday American citizen. Let’s face it, you people are heathen, unmotivated, lazy wastes of air… But I’m not! I can live your dream for you and all of you can do what you do best. You can take something that is rich and suck all of the life out of it like it belongs to you. You can leech onto me and I will take you to the very top of this business with me…

I am John Constantine… And I am better than you!

Constantine gets up off of the desk and gives a thumbs up the camera as it fades to black once more.

This announcement was paid for by the “John Constantine for WZCW Champion” fund.

Anderson: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

O Fortuna hits as Vengeance emerges from the back as the lights dim and a bright white light emits at the top of the stage. He walks down the ramp slowly, soaking in the disdain from the crowd. He enters the ring and stares down at the entrance waiting for his opponent.

Anderson: Introducing first, from Ragnarog, he weighs in at 275 lbs, this is the man they call Vengeance!

Cohen: Vengeance can't be very happy about that hideous attack by Titus on Tarja last night, and he's going to take it out on Showtime here tonight.

Connor: Oh give it a rest Cohen, Titus didn't know it was Tarja under there.

Cohen: Think about this for a second CC, how could you NOT know it was Tarja? Does the beautiful Tarja weigh 275 lbs or stand 6'6"? I think not. You are all idiots.

Showtime makes his way out as the crowd pops loudly for him. He points to the crowd and makes his way down the entrance ramp slapping hands with the crowd before stopping in front of the ring and looks up at Vengeance. He gets a serious look on his face before sliding in, focusing only on Vengeance.

Anderson: And his opponent, from Winnipeg, Canada. He weighs in at 213 lbs, Showtime David Cougar!

Connor: Showtime has a lot on his plate, first he takes on Vengeance tonight and then Ty Burna at Apocalypse.

Cohen: That's if Vengeance even let's Showtime make it to Apocalypse. Face it, this is a whole different beast compared to the man Showtime faced before Kingdom Come.

The ref signals for the bell and Vengeance comes stomping out of the corner looking to pound away at Showtime. He throws a haymaker at him but Showtime ducks and hits a few punches to the midsection before trying to whip Vengeance into the ropes. Vengeance counters and sends Showtime bouncing off of them and connects with a big clothesline. He quickly gets atop Showtime and begins punching away at him. He backs off at a 4 count from the ref, giving Showtime time to get up and hit a running enziguri. Show goes for the cover immediately but Vengeance powers out of it at 1. Showtime stomps away at Vengeance before backing him up into a corner. He kicks Vengeance in the midsection before lifting him up to the top turnbuckle!

Connor: Showtime is going for The Final Act early in this match Cohen!

Cohen: He hasn't done enough damage yet CC, there's no way he'll hit it now.

Showtime sets Vengeance up for The Final Act, but suddenly let's him go as he notices something in the crowd. A tall figure dressed in a black coat and a woman stand up from their ringside seat, looking up at Showtime. Show hops off the turnbuckle and slides to the outside, getting in the face of the two people.

Connor: Is that Ty and Serafina? What in the hell are they doing here?

Cohen: Simply scouting CC, and they even had the decency to buy a ticket and give me, I mean WZCW more money.

Showtime gets angered as the man doesn't reply, and reaches out and pulls his hood off, revealing not to be Ty Burna, and the woman only a close resemblance to Serafina. Suddenly Vengeance hits Showtime from behind and begins punching away on the outside. He whips Showtime hard into the steel ring posts, and Showtime grabs his back in pain. As the ref count gets to five, Vengeance slides into the ring momentarily before exiting and grabbing Showtime again. He rams Showtime back first into the announcer's table, targeting Show's injured back. He finally throws him back into the ring and follows up behind, going for the pin on Show immediately. 1....2... but Show is able to kick out, illiciting a pop from the crowd!

Cohen: Showtime should be suspended!

Connor: For what Cohen?

Cohen: Assaulting our paying fans at ringside here, and property damage to that gentleman's shirt.

Connor: Oh for the love of....

Vengeance picks Showtime up and whips him into the ropes, picking him up and dropping him with a sitout spinebuster. He hooks both legs and gets a two count as Showtime struggles to kick out in time. Vengeance lifts Show up once more and whips him into the corner. Vengeance rushes towards Show and goes for a clothesline but Show gets a foot up in time, halting Vengeance in his path. Show hops up to the second turnbuckle and jumps off, connecting with an elbow to the top of the head. Vengeance staggers backwards, allowing Show to come bouncing off the ropes and hitting a forearm smash. He stands over the downed Vengeance and jumps up, connecting with a leg drop! He covers Vengeance 1...2... but Vengeance kicks out at the last second!

Connor: What a match these two are having, neither man has been able to keep the advantage and are doling out major damage.

Cohen: Ty must be enjoying the hell Vengeance is putting Showtime through. If Vengeance can injure Showtime's back enough, Ty should have an easy match at Apocalypse.

Suddenly two more eerily familiar people stand up in the crowd, this time on the other side of the ring. Showtime meanwhile climbs up the turnbuckle facing that side of the crowd and notices the two people standing there once more. He looks back at Vengeance momentarily before he suddenly flies off the turnbuckle into the crowd! He connects with the two people standing up and all three crash to the ground hard.

Cohen: What in the hell is Showtime doing! WZCW is going to get sued for attacking fans because of him!

Connor: I think he got the genuine article this time Cohen, he wouldn't have attacked anyone if he thought it wasn't them.

Cohen: Spare it CC, clearly Showtime has lost his mind.

Showtime gets up and drags the man in the crowd up to his feet. He tears this man's hood off and reveals to not be Ty yet again. The man has a petrified look on his face, and Showtime drops him to the ground as he hops over the railing. He quickly rushes into the ring at the count of 9, but get's dropped immediately by Vengeance with a roundhouse kick. Vengeance quickly picks Showtime up and signals for the Judge, Jury, and Executioner! He lifts Showtime up but Show is able to float over behind him and drop Vengeance with a side effect! He covers Vengeance, 1....2..... Vengeance kicks out!

Connor: What does Showtime have to do to put Vengeance away?

Cohen: He probably would have won by now if he hadn't decided assaulting our fans was more important then fighting Vengeance.

Showtime gets up looking very frustrated. He signals for The Final Act once more as he drags Vengeance up and backs him into the corner. He lifts him up to the top turnbuckle and follows, but as soon as he reaches gets Vengeance into position, Ty suddenly hops the railing and gets up the steel steps, getting just inches away from Showtime's face. Ty smirks as Showtime begins talking trash and suddenly pushes Ty in the face. Vengeance picks Showtime up however and comes crashing down with a huge spinebuster from the top rope! Vengeance gets up slowly and picks Showtime up, lifting him high in the air before dropping him with The Judge, Jury and Executioner! He covers Show, 1...2......3!

Anderson: Here is your winner, Vengeance!

Cohen: And just like that, the mind games of Ty Burna costs Showtime once again. The real deal appeared just in time to give Vengeance the edge he needed.

Connor: This dark alliance between Ty and Vengeance has proven to be too much for anyone, even our World Champion Titus and the talented Showtime.

Ty nods approvingly from the outside as Vengeance grabs the knocked out Showtime once more. He lifts him up and hits the Sacreligious Desecration, dropping Showtime face first onto the mat. Ty enters the ring and walks up to Vengeance, and extends his hand to him. The crowd boos loudly as Vengeance smiles wickedly and the two shake hands.

Connor: We're out of time tonight! Can Showtime and Titus overcome The Dark Alliance? Find out by joining us live for Apocalypse. For Jack Cohen, I'm Cat Connor, good night!

The camera pans out as Vengeance and Ty begin clearing out of the ring, as EMT's check on Showtime Cougar who is still out in the middle of the ring as Ascension goes off the air.
