The flashing light along the task bar of the desktop alerts them to the incoming message

Tarja: You're spending far too long on that thing at the minute Lars. I know it's all research, but I have needs too you know. Ones which Ty didn't exactly do anything to fulfil.

Lars: What I do, and who I talk to is of no concern to you. It's not as if you've been the most successful influence on my career lately. You've cost me chances, you've cost me advantages over opponents, and you've sacrificed nothing in the process.

A frantic beeping sounds from the computer

Tarja: How dare you! I've become nothing for you, a cheap who-

Lars laughs

Lars: I've made you nothing! A proverb is written, that a ****e is a deep ditch... I merely tried to use your... skills... to ensnare others.

Tarja looks hurt by the comments, and angrily grabs the mouse, and clicks the flashing box.

A messenger conversation window flashes onto the screen, the name at the top indicates Ty Burna is responsible for the messages.

TyBurna sent you a message (19:42:02)
Congratulations. This is quite the losing streak you're embarking on. It's too bad this time you cost ME a win

TyBurna nudged you

Silence again. Why is it any time I try to speak, you choose to ignore it.

Tarja: Him again? Seriously, does he still not have the guts to talk face to face?

Lars: Tarja... I mean this in love. Go make yourself useful and arrange a meeting with Bateman. You failed with Ty last time round, it's my turn.

Again, Tarja opens her mouth to speak, but thinks better of it, leaving, slamming the door behind her.

The computer beeps again, and Lars turns back to the messge.

TyBurna:
I'm guessing from that bang, the tramp you sent last week to try to seduce me has gone.
TyBurna:
Don't look so surprised, I'm near enough that I can hear.

Warrior:King_LR:
So again we go through this facade, never meeting face to face. So, Ty, has your precious Ouija told you how you are going to overcome me once I go through Payne
TyBurna:
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you were the one who lost

Warrior:King_LR:
I lost because two former champions managed to be inept enough to leave me facing 3 men. Everest and yourself lost the match. I took the pain, I was pinned, but you were responsible.

TyBurna:
You say that, I disagree. We shall 'discuss' these matters in the ring eventually, but not yet

Warrior:King_LR:
Enough. I have Payne to worry about. He's a problem for us both, and I have no qualms about taking him down, but first, we need a failsafe.
Warrior:King_LR:
I understand you have a plan

TyBurna:
You remember what he said. If not...

And given we eliminated USA, becford and Reynolds, WE remain the rightful final pair

Warrior:King_LR:

TyBurna: Exactly. Serrafina is talking to Myles as we speak, and I'm guessing you sent your ****e to 'influence' Bateman

Warrior:King_LR:
Spare your self-righteous judgments. We are each ****es to our own vices.
Expect my vengeance on you to be swift and vicious

Warrior:King_LR has signed off

Reidar looks at the screen for a moment, before turning it off and facing away from the screen.

He stares up at the ceiling, and begins whispering to himself

Lars: So...it seems a mutual hatred is an effective tool. Payne still remains in my way, and will be my path to redemption.

All she needs to do is convince Bateman. His hatred will lead him to what I want him to do.

The lights flicker, and come back on again, as Lars remains catatonically staring at the light.

The previously switched off screen is again displaying a screensaver message, referring to the day after Redemption
