This is more of a state issue, homey. If you have a mental disability, then you might want to look into a company that receives state subsidies to house and employ the mentally disabled. They'd definitely be able to help you out (not to mention the fact that they'd be able to submit your name for funding consideration...if would be mutually beneficial).

I've already been denied entry into said state subsidiary's waiting list. The place I want to move to is already asking $4,000 for the one or two months that I'd be living in its group residence while I look for an apartment where I can get help from them when I need it. Problem is I can't afford the $8,000 it would take to live in the residence for those 2 months. The money would dry out.

Dude, I have some rare syndrome shit that don't even have a name for it yet, it's crossed between Gen X, ADD, and some other shit I don't understand yet and they have only scratched the surface, to make matters worse I also have bipolar. I can't work at the moment, until I get this sorted but I'm not trying to get onto disability payments. Just $420 a fortnight is All I'm getting but until I get told I have to go on it I'm not going to. if I was on it I would be getting paid $650 nearly 700 a fortnight.

In your case you shouldn't really need it you have some form of ADD (regardless of what you want to call it) it's not like you are diagnosed with down syndrome or anything to that level.

if so you don't/ will not ever get on a disability payment.

I can't even take the fucking IQ test. as soon as it comes to the questions that require a small amount of concentration, the staple in the paper or the cursor on the computer is the most interesting thing in the fucking world to me.
