How would the problem be a color commentator when that's exactly what Don West was and what he would/should continue to be were he brought back? If anything, the problem is finding a capable play-by-play guy to work with him again.
Oops. I meant play-by-play. TNA has lots of guys around that can do color. Kevin Nash (not as Chet Lemon) can do a pretty good job. So can Mick Foley, who did it on Smackdown for a bit. Problem is that there is also Don West. The most probable choice. Two color commentators on booth would basically be a game of ping pong with one liners used as the ball. People suggest JB, but he would also come off as a color commentator. The guy is quite outlandish. My pick would be between Kevin Nash and Eric Bischoff. While Nash knows more about the performance and is probably knowledgeable of the TNA roster, having Eric go out there and scout the growing talent from the front row would also be a good thing. But seeing how he can do that from the TV, I guess my pick would be Kevin. It;s not like he has a better role right now anyway.
