I never got into Gundam. I saw the same episode three times, and I don't even know which Gundam it was. Some main character got cut bad and then did a mech fight, it's all blurry.

I love Fooly Cooly. I don't watch anime anymore, I kind of miss those days.

IDK which Gundam series that one, it was probably the original one as I've never been able to get all the way through it and its intensely boring episodes.

Finally someone that agrees with me! I hate that anime, and I fully understand it and everything as Ive seen it several times through (boredom and AS dont mix well). Why everyone jizzes over this is beyond me.

Because it rode the "anime is awesome" wave along with actual quality anime like Yuyu and Kenshin while being trippy and perverted enough to keep your attention. It also had the beginnings of emo-kid-itis in it with that smoking-nobody loves me-I suck at life girl.

I know this isn't really ontopic, but the manga Gundam Seed Astray R is damn good.

Wing Gundam was just off the charts awesome.

Really? Is the sub any better than the dub because the dub makes the Gundam Meisters look like total ******s.
