I didn't see this posted anywhere, but it looks like Angle got off the hook with those "stalker" charges, along with the HGH possession.

It looks like he still faces an assault charge, but it looks like he'll get out of that one too.

Angle is one of my all time favorites and i'm glad to see him in the clear.

If angle is one of your favorites you should hope somebody gets him some help. It's obvious he's got some issues. He had hgh in his possession. Whether he had a script or not, he wasn't just riding around with it because he might decide to use it someday. I don't really care about him stalking anyone. That shouldn't have surprised anyone. I mean, the guy has jarrett sent home because he's dating angle's ex wife. Ex wife. He needs some counseling or something. TNA obviously doesn't care what happens to angle. They signed him when McMahon released him because angle refused to get help. Whatever vinces reasoning was for letting angle go,(generally worrying about his health, or just making sure wwe didn't have another death on its hands) there was a reason he let one of his top draws just walk away. This is just another in an ever growing list of issues from kurt angle. Let me also state that i am a big fan of kurt angle the wrestler. He's had some of the greatest matches in my memory and there's no denying his in ring talent or the charisma and promo skills he has. I'm just saying that maybe angle always just walking away from things without being punished isn't the best thing that could happen for him. I'd hate to see something bad happen to him or even at worst him die. It sure looks more and more that's the path he's headed down.

Wow, why does this sound like every other single person who over reacted to this situation so much? Can anybody think for themselves or does everybody just copy what everyone else is saying?

There were HGH in his car. There haven't been any reports that he failed a drug test or anything, as far as anybody knows he wasn't using them. And nobody knows the whole story on Rhaka Khan/Angle, so I don't see why everybody thinks he's going to go kill himself because of this. A person makes a mistake and then they're automatically "the next Benoit". Especially when it involves some type of drug... just go check out the Jeff Hardy Arrest thread.

And the assumption that the court "just let him walk away" from his charges is absolutely ridiculous, if you really think that any court is going to feel sympathy for somebody who is charged with stalking and possession of HGH w/o a prescription, just because that person is Kurt Angle... then you're wrong. The fact is that the entire time, Kurt was innocent until proven guilty. And guess what, so far he hasn't been proven guilty. So why can't anybody at least open their mind to the possibility that the guy is innocent?

Or not. Maybe we should all just assume that Kurt is suicidal.

All i have to say is I told you so to all the haters. Check my past posts. From day one I was on here posting arguments against people who said that TNA should have taken the title off him, suspended him, how's he's done so much worse than Jeff Jarrett. I was the minority. I said wait for the facts to come out, innocent until proven guilty, and people wanted to run their mouths damning him. Jumping to conclusions that Angle was out of his mind, a stalker, a druggie, a man on the edge. People were saying that TNA was going down the tubes for supporting such a man and keeping him as their champion. Now that the charges are dropped it looks like just maybe TNA knew a few more facts about the situation than the average internet fan. Maybe people will think twice and give the benefit of the doubt to people before you believe everything you hear.

I do understand that we have lost many of our favorite wrestlers to drug use and all that, so I can see someones side when they sympathize with the situation and think that maybe Angle needed time off or whatever. Nobody wants to see a wrestler die, but none of us can act like we know what best for them either. So when people post that Angle fans have a deathwish because they support TNA's decision thats totally ridiculous. After all, the accusations "Angle's problems" may have been blown way out of proportion. Maybe he is on roids and painkillers, and should have time off. Maybe he's not on anything at all. Maybe his head is messed up about his family problems, or maybe he is dealing with them well. Nobody knows. The guy is not traveling with WWE anymore, he only works a few days a month maybe wrestles 2 or 3 times a month? Maybe thats plenty of time to handle his business, we dont know. The point is, no matter how much people wanna deny it, is that TNA management and Kurt Angle know a lot better than we do about that situation and we should trust and leave it to them to do whats best.

I gotta agree with the last poster, I've seen this so many times I'm sick of it. When I read the word "obviously" in anyone's statement about something they know nothing about, their credibility goes way down and and the rest is just blah blah blah. Heard TNA doesn't care so many times, it gets old. Hear about this situation between Angle and Vince so many times like anyone really knows what went down. Vince and Angle both have different explanations and people are always saying Angle is a liar about it like Vince is a holy truth teller. Who cares!! Its in the past. I'm sure eventually down the road they will kiss and make up. "Kurt Angles growing issues" come on last i checked his issues are dwindling

I was always skeptical of those charges and I'm glad I was right. Angle has always been one of my favorites, I've seen many shoots he's done (met him in person once as well) and thought he was honest and generally a nice person. I knew for sure that he was innocent when the I saw the interview he did with the reporter where he choked up through out. I could tell from his previous interviews and this one, that he was being sincere. I'm glad many stayed hopeful for Kurt and I'm hoping the ones who judged to quickly will swallow their pride and realize they were wrong. Best of luck Kurt

I'll man up and say I still say that TNA should have taken the title off Angle and suspended him indefinitely. TNA believed Angle, and lucked out, but they took huge risks essentially betting their World title belt on the situation.

I will say that the original assault charge is still a land mine out there. Khan used the order of protection to get Angle arrested for breaking it, which was vengeful and stupid, but the original protection order might still stand up. Even if Angle is 100% in the right on everything here, he's still shown horribly poor judgment by shacking up with Rhaka Khan.

Now, I'd be thinking about bringing Angle back.

For what it's worth, Kurt Angle was my favorite wrestler of all time. I loved the "Three I's" gimmick. It's true. I thought that after September 11 WWF missed a huge opportunity to re-run Hulkamania with our Olympic Hero and packed stadiums chanting "USA USA We Want Kurt." But the fact is, he's high on the list of wrestlers who might not see 2020.

The Kurt Angle incident is way over since Jeff Hardy made news and headlines of the worst person ever he could be in jail for a loooooong time if he does end up in Wrestling it'' ll be back in TNA again since he gave his hint on Smackdown "see you in the future" is his entrance in TNA
Of course Angle is no angel he is upset with Karen Angle but following an amazon like Rhaka Khan is not really a solution but he is got off scott free

Doesn't surprise me since Rhaka herself is bat crazy like Angle and all. Not saying there wasn't some truth to the allegations but both seem off their rocker so it's no surprise Angle isn't in trouble.

I'm glad TNA stuck by him, but honestly I feel that their still is something wrong with Angle and hopefully TNA countinues to support him, both generally and with anything he might need(rehab, counciling, ect).

But I hope Angle just countinues wrestling and promoting TNA like the star he is, and hopefully everything works out for him. I do hope this little incident(even if it was false)makes Dixie realize that Angle isn't cut out to be in charge creatively(like reports have said)until he get's his life 100% in check, cut's the baggage, and remains controvery free.

Now I do wonder if Khan's going to get in trouble, since Angle has said he's going to sue her. I hope both just cut tie's with each other and start over fresh.
