Anderson injured?

PWInsider.com is reporting that TNA has pulled Mr. Anderson from in-ring action at this weekend's house show events as he injured himself at the Impact tapings last night. No word on how long Anderson will be out of action or if the injury is serious or not. Anderson will still appear at the house show events even though he isn't wrestling.

Mr. Injury-Prone gets himself hurt again. Honestly, this is a bit of a downer for TNA if Anderson really is seriously injured. He is one of their most over faces, great on the mic, and pretty decent in the ring. Hopefully the injury isn't too serious, because a Hardy/Anderson feud for the title could sound good.

Thoughts?

I hope it's nothing serious. Anderson is so entertaining and valuable. Especially now after he got fucked over by Hardy, I deffinitely wanted to see an Anderson - THEY verbal barrage.

I hope you were sarcastic about Mr.Injury Prone, but let's hope that it was nothing bad. That's the positive side of TV tapings. They taped shows right now for this and next week so he's got time to heal up I suppose. And since he can appear and maybe cut promos, I don't think it'll be a problem. He's better at the promos anyway.

This is very bad for TNA, but don't forget RVD has vowed revenge on Hardy so he could take Andersons place. But honestly that match will not be anywhere near the caliber of a Anderson Vs Jeff Hardy. 10 years ago maybe, but not now. Let hope this isn't serious.

I don't think it is serious. He is still able to make his appearances and he also has 2 weeks before another TV taping. That is the benefit of taping 2 shows in 2 days. Now instead of having to be at live TV in a few days he can take some time and get right. Usually when it is serious the news leaks out and we know.

Well this is horrible news. Isn't this like the 3rd or 4th time he's been either injured or suspended in the last couple of years. It always seems to happen just when he's on the middle of a massive push. This totally sucks, he and RVD are two of the biggest faces in TNA and after what happened at BFG, they can't afford to lose him for any length of time.

Well I just hope the injury isn't too serious. I doubt it is if he can still make house shows. Granted, he wouldn't be competing but at least he'll still have his presence felt. It would suck if he was seriously injured, not only because I hate to see wrestlers miss time due to injury but also because Anderson has been a central part to TNA these past few months and it would be a pretty bad thing to lose him for an extended period of time.

I hope you were sarcastic about Mr.Injury Prone
Why? It's true. The man spends more time hurt than Carl Pavano. It's like calling Jake Roberts a drunk; it hurts if you're a fan of the man, but it doesn't make it any less true.

i was expecting him to get injured maybe few months from now and now he injured. If that's the case then that leaves RVD, pope and joe to work together to take on Fourtune and "They"

I hope Anderson isn't gone for no more than 7 months

WHhhHATTTT? Terrible comparison man, just terrible. You ALWAYS have a choice when it comes to alcohol. Roberts is a drunk because he chose to be. I don't think Ken Anderson woke up and said "I think Im going to go hurt myself today." Huge difference. Shoulda stuck with the Carl Pavano comparison. Much more accurate.

I feel bad for the guy for being injury prone. Not a fan of his, always thought hes gotten by more on his charisma then on his in-ring skills, but that's non-sequitar. The bottom line, the more times you injure a specific body part, the easier it is to re-injure it. I think that's the case with him. And it's nobody's fault, hes in a sport where injuries happen all the time.

As for the damage it cause TNA, its more minimal then you think, even if he's out for a long period of time. "The Pope" was part of the crusade against Hogan and co., certainly that plans to continue. Samoa Joe stands to be at the forefront of this as well, after being screwed over at BFG. Of course there's RVD, and Kurt Angle isn't gonna go away quietly either. Plenty of guys to step up and challenge Hardy. Still a bad break for Mr. Anderson if it's serious. They could always run an injury angle where Hardy injures his former "friend", giving Hardy more heat as a heel.

I really hope Anderson comes back soon. He's one of the best things TNA has to offer right now, and I honestly think he deserves to win the TNA Title some time down the road. Now, saying Anderson isn't injury prone is somewhat moronic. People call Randy Orton injury prone, but Anderson spends just as much, maybe even more, time injured and out of action.

Anderson's injury is not serious he only suffered a Deep Gash at one of the TNA Impact tapings and the injury is not going to force him miss months or weeks. Anderson will be fine by time they have the next Impact tapings so he won't miss any TV time only some House Shows.

Well good thing he didn't win the World Title huh? What if he was the final piece to "they", rather than Hardy? How the fuck would you save that angle? Good thing Hardy is champ I guess.

His injuries have really contributed to the fact that he's never been a World Champion in WWE or TNA. Hopefully it's nothing too serious, as he is one of the company's top stars right now. In terms of "they", it wouldn't be too bad because you already have guys like Angle/Joe/Pope/RVD/Nash and Sting(?) who'll be feuding with them.

Edit: Apparently it's nothing serious, so I guess this is now null.
